Insurance companies and their agents seem to give less and less service to their customers these days. That isnt the case with my StatevFarm agent Leslie Sategna. I have replaced my entire fleet of family cars in the last year and in some cases less than a year after buying a new to me vehicle I replaced it again. She and her staff have patiently put up with all that and in a few cases they noticed a needed change. In my policy or once when a payment had not arrived. To me that extra above and beyond matters a lot. I feel like my agent is looking out for me. If I could give her more than the 5 stars I would for my review. We needed some papers notarized and she met with us to witness and notarize our signatures on her day off. When we moved she helped us get established with a new agent in Va. We left one of our cars with our daughter in Ca and kept that car on our insurance. She worked with our new agent to keep the coverage going. She. Does what is needed to get it done . My homeowners policy is about to renew and State Farm is changing the method for calculating my premium. Leslie reached out to inform of the changes and how it will impact my cost. She was very helpful and wanted to make sure i was comfortable with the changes and that i understood how they affected my policy. A few months ago my home owners insurance annual premium was due. Now that my mortgage is paid, I pay more attention to taxes and insurance. I had been using a well know insurance company which is only available online because I bundled my HO insurance with my car. For over a year, the online company had administrative errors. I wanted to shop for something better. What surprised me is that a traditional local State Farm Sargent blew me away with premiums, options, and service. My coverage is far better than it had been for year, the premium is lower, and she educated me and provided me with resources so that I understand my policies and they are stored in a clearly labeled manual. It is near all of my emergency supplies! Call her!Update: I just had my first annual review with Leslie. I have never had such personal concern about my family and our financial security! She remembers each person and little quirks in our lifestyle. We talked about options, both to save me money and to make sure that I have the appropriate safety net. For example, one car is hardly driven--so rarely that the computer used the annual average for mileage. Leslie caught that before I did and had a new bill prepared based on actual mileage. She also explained other cost saving benefits offered by State Farm. I am a customer for life and will always trust Leslie.

What a wonderful experience working with Leslie’s office! Usually talking to your agent isnt good news because it means an accident. But when we had an accident, Leslie took control and handled everything for us. Not only that, we had in person meeting to discuss our coverages and we actually ended up with better coverage and cost was very minimal to have 10x the coverage.
