When I started my business 25 years ago, it was Michael Weiss who helped me determine the right type of corporation my company should be. He took care of all the paperwork for my incorporation, introduced me to an outstanding accounting firm, and has been my legal support ever since. From simple tasks like contract reviews and negotiations, to sweepstakes rules and regulations, to an unfortunate situation in which my company’s intellectual property was stolen, Michael was there and handled every aspect.
