After working with Christina and tailoring my resume to speak to my affordable housing experience, I applied to three different jobs and accepted a job offer for an affordable housing developer which has always been my dream! Starting a new job search, I realized it was time to get some professional perspectives on my resume and LinkedIn profile. After a great initial discussion with Katie Molloy I chose Leo & Loy to help with my rebranding efforts. Katie introduced me to Chrissy Litherland who seamlessly managed my resume rebuild and provided a detailed analysis and critique of my LinkedIn profile with great recommendations. My new resume has never looked better and theres no way I would have come up with the finished product on my own without Chrissys help. This was my first experience working with a company to update my Linkedin, Resume, and Cover Letter. At first I was unsure how it would go. Honestly, working with Megan and Katie was amazing. Megan wrote an unbelievable resume and cover letter, so much so that within 3 weeks of it being done I got a job offer. I volunteer and never thought to put that on my resume, and thanks to her telling me it is IMPORTANT, it is the reason why I connected with my soon to be boss so fast. The first words out of her mouth were hello Zach, I have a TJ mutt arent they the best? Proceed discussing dogs for 15 minutes.Of course her information was huge in my success on Linkedin too.
