I’ve frustratingly gone to several places for a year or so to be told they cannot replace lost screws to my lenses into the frames of my lovely sunglasses! LensCrafters in Menifee are the only ones who serviced them beautifully! They even fit us in for eye exams! I’m truly grateful for the kind & knowledgeable staff there who did their parts to help us!

Although we didnt have an eye exam done here, we still had a great experience. We walked in shopping for frames. Dominique walked over and helped us from start to finish. I haven’t gotten an eye exam since I was in middle school.. now being 25 I figured I was probably overdue! The exam was quick and effortless. The dr made sure to go over any concerns I had and double checked at the end of the exam that all my questions were answered. Then Sam took over helping me find the right lenses for my needs. I’ve never worn glasses so I had no idea how expensive this stuff can get. Sam first quoted me with everything the Dr recommended. The price was a bit out of my budget but she was able to find me alternative lenses that fit my budget perfect with everything I wanted. She helped adjust the frame to make sure the glasses fit my face perfectly and even readjusted them when she noticed one of the arms wasn’t sitting flush. She was phenomenal! Thank you Sam!

The best eye doctor. My son had been seeing the same eye dr at this Lenscrafters since 2017. He is so patient, he really takes the time to be sure its the best RX for my special needs kiddos. 👍 Entire staff takes the time to be kind and patient. If your insurance doesnt cover, it is worth the $ . Great experience for the kiddos rather than a negative eye doctor. *as my kids had prior.

Farah and the staff were absolutely amazing. I had my first contact fitting in over 15 years and Farah was patient, kind and provided simple tips to give me confidence in doing it on my own. I love coming to this store because of the friendly service! It’s not as big as some of the locations but you can’t beat the service! It’s great to see the same associates from last year. Linette and Suzi were very helpful in getting my exam set up and they had some Oakleys I really liked. For me, it’s all about customer service and the people here are very friendly and really enjoy what they do!

Update 12/28/23Picked up my sunglasses and absolutely love them, Dominique fixed them so they are perfect now. I also took my dad in to get his new prescription and he saved over $100 by going to Lens Crafters, he was super happy with the service he got.UpdateWent back after getting my sunglasses and wasnt happy with them, Dominique was super helpful and helped fix my issues with them. On 5/14 my wife and I walked in to the store to quickly look at sunglasses and resolve an issue with a canceled online order. Sam and Farrah were very welcoming despite the fact we entered at the ten minutes before closing. They were both very attentive and even reordered a pair of sunglasses the online service had canceled. While Farah took my measurements, Sam offered to clean my glasses which was greatly appreciated. I could not be happier with the service they provided to my wife and me. At no point were we rushed and on the contrary, they were offering to go above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, I felt appreciated and at ease. The sales manager Devin was attentive without being intrusive. I was able to share what I was looking for to which several options were quickly pulled, each of which fit my description to a T. In addition to the frames pulled according to my request, Devin provided me with an additional frame which ever so slightly ‘tempted my boundaries’. In the end I ultimately went with the frames that were slightly out of the box regarding my initial request, but ended up being everything - they are BEAUTIFUL!Once the frames were selected, I was introduced to Sam, who is perhaps the most wonderful Vision Specialist I have ever had the pleasure of working with!!Sam was not only responsive to my concerns associated with my new pair of glasses, she discussed nuances that I had never considered but am certain that her suggestions and attention to detail are what is destined to make my new glasses exactly what I needed!!I truly appreciate the service, personal insight and overall incredible care that the team at the Menifee Lens Crafters provides! I just needed to get my frames adjusted because theyre old and were sliding down my face. I came here because of the great reviews and because I recently moved away from my previous optometrist. Suzy was so kind and helpful. I walked in after work and she sat with me right away. She worked carefully and patiently until my frames fit just the way I wanted. I had a very pleasant experience at this location from beginning to end. My husband and I stopped by during our lunch break and had our first encounter with Dominique. He was very helpful, professional, and answered all of the questions we had. We both made appointments within the same week. The optometrist (forgot his name) was friendly and quick (but thorough). My husband and I ultimately needed a small prescription and Ellie, who is amazing helped us pick out some great frames and informed us of our coverage through our insurance and the options we had. Other associates helped us as well but I cant remember their names. However, the entire team at LensCrafters is top-notch. I 100% recommend this location and will be back for my check-up in 2 years!

I must say that all of the employees are so helpful & very knowledgeable about the types of products that will suit your individual needs & encourage you to ask as many questions as you wish. The doctor explains in precise detail every issue that should arise & listens to your every concern. Dominique (the store market manager & licensed optician) is my go to every time I go in. I called the Menifee store initially because I wanted to make certain the frames that I wanted were available. I spoke with Dominique, the store manager. He explained the process, and though the frames were not at the store, they could be ordered!😊I stopped by the store and met with Dominique, he was extremely attentive to my needs, i.e., progressive lenses with no desire to have transitions. My glasses have been ordered and should arrive in a week or so!If you need to see an optometrist and or purchase glasses, you should come to the Menifee store and ask for Dominique. Avoid the malls!

Purchase sunglasses with prescription and they couldnt get it right had to readjust 5 times. Ask for a full refund after few months going back to the store to get my glasses adjusted to my prescription. Ive yet to hear back from them very upset with Lenscrafters. I have been going to the Menifee store for years and have been really pleased. The last few times Dom, the store manager, has really helped me out. He is very knowledgeable about all current glass technology and communicates very well. Kelly helped me pick my glasses and I’m so happy because I probably wouldn’t have even picked them up. She took care of all my measurements and all of my add-ons and was so pleasant. I will for sure return in the future.

Went to Americas Best and wasted a lot of time for them to tell me they couldnt do my lenses. Walked over to LensCrafters and had to waste no time at all and got my lenses ordered in less than half the time wasted at Americas Best. My wife went to pick up my $300 lenses and found the lady to be totally rude. Handed her glasses that were clearly dirty, when asked if she could clean them she did with an attitude saying, you have to clean them you know. Shocking that I would have to clean new lenses purchased from you for a pretty penny. Horrible customer service from this lady. She shouldnt work there or anywhere with the public for that matter. The manager that helped me initially was great along with his assistant that day. He also told me when we picked up we could add a warranty. No such info from the rude associate. I have used LensCrafters multiple times, but would not recommend going to this location if you wanted to be treated like a customer should. UPDATE Jodie the manager called and was terribly apologetic and thinks the girl was temporary help. She made it right and I would give them another shot next time.

I just picked up my new glasses and am very happy with them. The customer service was very good and friendly, which during the very busy time it was hectic for the store personnel. I probably had 3 or more people assist me during the first visit, and although the store was super busy, everyone was attentive and no other customer was ignored or waited without attention. When I picked up my glasses, the gal was very good at making sure I had a good fit, and I felt my visits were genuinely appreciated beyond the norm.The eye doctor was thorough and super friendly, going beyond what I expected when it came to explaining what was going on with my eyes. She also gave a short lecture and demonstration of macular degeneration and the warning signs if this should ever set in, which I dont expect nor have any family history of, but I thought her time with this was beyond a normal eye exam.Sure, I would recommend this store, Im sure Ill return, and Ill give it 5 stars out of 5!

SHOCKED! I really hate leaving bad reviews but this has to be done. We didnt realize each store is independent. We visited the one in Menifee and paid cash for our exams and my glasses. Even though we updated our info with them they left a text message with an old number and when I called them after two weeks they did have my glasses. When I got them I could not read with them. The assistant was very polite and tried to make the needed adjustments and I was told to try them for a few days and come back. I came back and they tried again but then decided that I needed to see the doctor so she made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment the doctor was there but they decided to just do another adjustment attempt. During that appointment the assistant revealed that the reading portion of the glasses was off skew so that they could not line them up. They needed to be re done. She went into the back and when she came out she told me that because it had been over 30 days they could not fix the problem for us. THIS WAS THERE MISTAKE AND THEY KEPT PUTTING ME OFF. We are retired and so I am wearing my really old glasses again because we cannot afford to cough up another $600. We are still shocked and warning everyone NOT to visit this particular Lens Crafters. If their lab makes an error good luck getting it fixed.

Checked out this Menifee location after I had an unpleasant experience going to the Temecula Promenade. I came in 10 mins before they closed and was able to get a quick appointment for my son and a pair of classes for myself fits all my need and exceed my expectations. Not only did they work with my insurance but look at how I was able to get the most out of my insurance benefits.
