I’m not sure if Nick was previously a real estate agent, but he surely looked out for our best interests. Nick was the best mortgage loan officer to deal with, he was very responsive, educational and was there throughout the entire process. If you are buying a home I highly recommend using him!

He also able to resolve issue that arose during the process. I could see that he values you as a customer which is important to me when purchasing a home. I’m not sure if he ever sleeps lol, as he would respond or send you updates any time of day / night. My daughter and I are now in our new home with Prav’s help. I started working with home consultant Kerri burgner and she recommended Nick Pelican as loan officer who pre-qualified and approved me initially but then make me run around later on. He didnt provide assistance at all. Whenever I contact him regarding my application, he rarely responds and often comes back with additional demands. His statement varied everyday. Despite my reminder about the approaching closing date, his responses were slow. Only a couple of days before closing, he mentioned that my loan was difficult to approve. He sabotaged my loan application. I texted kerri about the situation, sending emails and making calls but despite my efforts, I didn’t receive any response from her.Then, I spoke to another loan officer Pavi Kaur who confirmed that all of my documents were in order. Subsequently, I began a new loan application with her, which was approved after a few days. She provided significant assistance helped me throughout the process. she is beyond amazing to work with. I highly recommend Pavi Kaur to anyone looking to get a loan to buy a home. Thank you so much Pavi for all your efforts!!!

Our loan officer told us that my wife is approve of the purchase agreement but has to shift her employment status from full time to per diem two days prior to closing escrow as advised by their “underwriter” they were concerned if we’ll stay in the house. Property is in Lincoln and she’s currently employed in Redding, CA. From day 1 of the purchase they know where we are working (RN in MMCR) and two days prior the closing of escrow they told us that it will hinder us from getting the house. Which from the start the plan is to do lateral transfer in Sacramento as her employer Dignity Health has huge network.Is there anyone from Lennar management that could help us?

He was always on the top of everything that I needed or questions I had and showed real professionalism to accommodate my loan requirements, one of the many examples would be extending my lock-in period to 120 days which I needed to close a newly built house without a single penny charged. It was my first experience buying a house, I did a lot of market research to find a lender to get the best deals but finally ended up going with Lennar Mortgage because they were able to beat all of them with the lowest interest rate. The loan processing paperwork is not the best and instead of fixing it or having a work around they just say it will be okay. Well it is a lot of money you are spending for them not to have their paperwork in order.

WHENEVER WE NEEDED ASSISTANCE WITH ANYTHING, HE WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL. WE HAVE NO ACCESS OR KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS AND GREG WAS ALWAYS THERE TO ASSIST US ON PREPARING MATERIAL AND PROCESSING FORMS TO SUBMIT.
