Lenity Tech is by far the best IT support Ive worked with. They are very punctual and have been a tremendous support for small business startup troubleshooting and solving issues. I have been working with them since 2016 and have not had any complaints. I strongly recommend Joel and his team.

Lenity has been great to deal with. Theyve handled everything from the conversion of Analog to IP phones, business center security/management, and many other requested IT issues. I am very happy with the service weve been getting and would recommend Lenity to anyone in need of IT help.One note: this firm is very up to date on what is current in todays quickly moving IT industry. There are a lot of old school IT firms out there - make sure to go with someone like Lenity so youre not kicking yourself for installing been there done that technology.

These guys are great to work with. Im a travel writer, so I was instantly crippled when my computer crashed. Lenity had me back up & running in no time, with just a one day turn-a-round -- and with not one follow-up headache. They are knowledgeable and professional, but they also have a personal touch (not something you always get in the tech world). Personally I like dealing with a smaller company where you dont get lost as a client. If you need any kind of tech work done (big or small), I highly recommend Lenity Technology.

I work for a company who uses Lenity Technology for their computer consulting. They are very friendly and easy to talk with. Last month, my computer was having issues and they were able to get it back up and running in no time. Id recommend these nerds to any business in the area.

Ive experienced top notch service from this team time and time again! Their response time is unbeatable and even though I dont know techie talk they take their time to explain to me in laymens terms whatever issues Im dealing with. Ive switched locations and they are even able to help me remotely! I will continue my relationship with Lenity Technology for years to come and trust my technological needs with no one else!

These guys are rock stars! IT people are typically the worst and speak nothing but Geek; however Joel and his team are great to work with, easy to understand and have exemplary customer service. Theyve literally talked us out of spending money with them because they didnt think it was in our best interest.

Amazing company!Quick, reliable, fair prices, knowledgable and fun to work with.The entire staff, no matter who we work with, are happy to help and quick to solve the problem, even if its a first for them. I highly recommend them to all, unless it takes them away from us :)
