THE BEST LAW FIRM I WORKED WITH!!!I was referred to Law offices of Jon Jacobs by my co-worker Nick. My vehicle 2021 Chevy Equinox was in the Service shop for over 30 days due to a part that was not available therefore I qualified for the lemon law in California. Although I waited for over 6 months to get my check it was WELL worth it! I received more money than I anticipated. I would highly recommend working with the Lemon Buyback team. They have had my back the entire time of the battle with the car manufacturer. We had so many loop holes to over come and they were amazing. Also Lina is the most amazing person ever if you need someone to get the job done.The only feedback I would give the law office is if they had some type of portal that a client could sign into to see what or where thier status of everything is going. They were always amazing to answer my call but it would be nice to just check a portal without needing to call.

Great job. Had a 2022 Volvo S60 Recharge. The problems just wouldnt stop with this car. They started with only 4,958 miles on the odo. Volvo was not responsive to me. Lina did a great job reassuring me. I signed up with Lemonbuyback. They experienced the same frustration I did with a non-responsive Volvo. However, Nic filed the case to get them on a stop clock and finally, problems all solved. Definately would you them again, but hopefully will never need to. Great job.

Hello everyone I need to tell you about experience and how happy my family is now. I purchased a 2021 Ford F-150 back in March of 2021. The truck started giving us trouble a few months after purchasing it. I made sure I bought all the insurances the dealer presented to me just in case. I started taking the truck to the dealer once it started giving me trouble. The dealer kept telling they didn’t know what was wrong with it because it was an intermittent problem. I felt like they didn’t believe what we were going through. I started to videotape every time the truck starting acting up in the freeway the truck would lose power and put us some dangerous situations. I purchased a 2019 GMC Acadia Denali from Paradise GMC.and from the very beginning, I experienced mechanical and brake problems, as well as issues with the sunroof, electronics, radio, and projector screen. Despite taking the SUV in for service multiple times, the computer kept indicating that everything was fine, even though I knew there were problems with the temperature gauge and radiator. After consulting with a lemon law attorney in Los Angeles, I was advised to allow the GMC company to work on the vehicle at least three times before taking further action. Back in May 2023 I received my brand new custom ordered Ford F450 after a long 8 month wait. 2 weeks later and with 400 miles on the truck while headed out for a family vacation, the truck left my family and I stranded on the side of the road. We had a transmission issue for our 2020 Sierra that we bought brand new, it all started around 500 miles. The car had the shutter/vibration I had multiple visits with the dealer & they replaced multiple parts including the transmission and removing the engine to change the cam shaft. I leased a 2021/Buick/Encore from GMC in 2021. After driving for the first time, the safety light on the dashboard would go off randomly. It is bright red. It goes off whenever I’m driving, making it dangerous for me to drive on the street and especially, on the freeway. It is startling. After taking it to the dealership, one of the employees turned it off but it continues to go off when I am driving without traffic. After about two months, the car developed a smell coming from the air conditioner whenever it turned on for more than 30 min. The engine did this about three times. The dealership found nothing wrong with it after running a diagnosis. The a/c made noise at the dashboard. The car was defective when I received it. I decided to give the office a call. I have a 2020 Jaguar F-PACE and have been struggling with multiple issues from engine light on to system dashboard going completely dark and not available to utilize as the issues kept arising back to back and the dealership was not able to ever fix I thought I would clearly be given a different car right away. unfortunately they didnt and after every temp fix I was given reasons with codes as to why my car didnt qualify for a buy back. We had bought 2016 Mercedes GL450 in 2017. With in few weeks we had issues with transmission and harsh downshifting. We took our GL450 back to the dealership several times and they were giving us the run around stating that the problem had been fixed but the problem still existed. I contacted the Law Offices of Jon Jacobs after my 2020 Ford Explorer ST had been in the shop three times for the same issue without resolve. Our brand new 2017 GMC YUKON XL started showing transmission issues before it had even 15k miles on it. Upon numerous complains at the dealers the responses were everything between not able to duplicate to functions as designed - all documented over years of struggling over driving a broken car with 4 tiny kids including a special child.. until the factory warranty expired and the car just stopped in the middle of the highway one LATE rainy night on our way back home from the ER 😳.. First Id like to say that I do not work for this law firm. I found them in the google search after a lot of frustrations built up from my vehicle. I contacted them and within hours, I received a response from Lina. We spoke on the phone and she gave me a quick update on the process, what to expect and then she had me send her all my paperwork so the attorneys could review my case. (to see if I had one). Well, after my review they said I definitely had a case and would be happy to assist me. Just hearing those words, I felt a waive of relief. It wasnt a done deal but it seemed like there was hope.I purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang Convertible Ecoboost Premium on May 17, 2020. (It was still covered under the manufacturer warranty) I thought it was my dream car and was so excited to finally have it and in the color I loved! Well, my bubble was busted within a month of owning it. First there were issues with the windows not rolling up and I had it in the shop, 3x for that but after about a month of driving it, I noticed that shifting my car from Park to Reverse, it had a really hard shift and would literally jerk the car hard once engaged. Of course, multiple times in the shop for that and electrical issues (I believe 9 weeks total, last time in they had my vehicle for 35 days-and only owning the vehicle for 6 months and yes, you still have to continue making payments to have a car sit on their lot) they still were unable to fix my vehicle. Each time taking it in and reporting back to Lina and Nic what was going on via emails (and texts to Lina). Ford has finally reached out to Nic to let them know that they wanted to settle! They took my case in December and it is now February and they got me a settlement! I honestly didnt think it would happen this quick but I am beyond grateful to them! They pushed and when Ford tried to push back, they pushed harder and prevailed! It was a happy and a sad day for me. I loved my car and could have settled on a deal to keep it but I knew that it would have riddled me with constant issues and eventually I would have hated the car.I have to say something about Lina~ I told her she was my angel. My husband purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala in 2015 with 13,000 miles. We have been Impala owners since 2004. We had purchased GM last 3 Impala models. So we really know how Impalas run. I have a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox had a problem of losing power. My girlfriend drives the car and the first time it scared her to the point where she did not want to drive it anymore. I took it to be repaired and picked it up after the repair and had the same problem driving home. I took it back right away and left it to be repaired again. Bought a 2012 Mercedes CLS 550 Certified Pre-owned from Rocklin Mercedes in 2016 The car had obvious issues hours after purchase. Without getting into details it had been hit hard from underneath on the passenger side. Suspension was broke tires has chunks out of them. Parts had been replaced with junk and repainted. I called them asking for guidance on how to return my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Eco Diesel that had had problems with the engine, electronic system and instability when driving the truck.
