I was in a car accident exactly a year ago. I was badly rear-ended resulting in my truck being a total loss and I injured my left knee causing me so much pain. that I needed surgery. So I searched for an attorney specializing in personal injury and collisions. I was searching for a local attorney close to my house which is easier and convenient for me. That is when I came across Lem Garcia Law and they have an impressive 5-star Yelp review which speaks volumes. When it comes to attorneys I use Due Diligence, I check everything about the attorney and know whom I am dealing with.The good thing about the good Yelp reviews is that Mr. Lem responds to every single review, evident that he is serious and cares about his firms reputation, so I know I am in good hands. I also checked some of the YouTube videos where he discusses his dad, and his humble beginnings, starting with a 450 sq. foot office with used furniture, and building up his firm from there, so I was impressed.After meeting up with his staff I was finally at ease as this was my first time using a personal injury attorney, I didnt know what to expect as I was still very much in pain. The case manager explained to me the whole process and I was given a General Bodily Injury Case Overview chart which explains the process and makes it easy for me to understand the whole process. I was then connected to attorney Vince Xu, to discuss my case. He was attentive, patiently listened, and responded to all my questions. He fought for me throughout and he was able to claim 100% of the policy limits. Lem Garcia Law fought so that I the client/injured party got the maximum claim settlements. Lem Garcia Law also negotiated with all the medical liens parties for a huge discount so that I was able to get the maximum case settlements. I was highly satisfied with my settlement funds as the medical liens were very high.I didnt have to do anything during the whole process. They arranged for all the doctors, surgery, and physical therapy appointments. I was told to be straightforward and honest with my doctors, follow their recommendations, and only receive the medical treatment I need is reasonable and necessary. So all I had to do was to follow up with the doctors appointment. Even after my surgery, Vince arranged for more physical therapies for me as I needed them due to my lingering pain.The support staff: case manager Cassandra kept me informed throughout the process. We had a good experience. We were helped very fast, the case didn’t linger on like other lawyers and they accommodated us with a chiropractor for our injuries very fast and in our areas in order not to travel far to get therapy. They were on top of emails messages and information.They only thing I would have like was some help with the car but we were grateful that it wasn’t too much work for us. Or to be contacting them all the time.

I turned to Lem Garcia for a car accident that left me in a lot of chronic pain. The person who hit me had very little insurance coverage and his insurance company played hardball with us. Not only did Lem and his team get me the medical attention I desperately needed, they also achieved getting me the maximum possible payout from both insurance companies. He fought my insurance company long and hard when they refused to budge and wanted to drag it out and pay me a lot less. I felt the settlement was the best possible outcome given that I only had uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage. Ann and the rest of his staff were great. They were super attentive and always made themselves available to answer my questions and concerns. They communicated with compassion and empathy where I felt like a priority to them.
