The entire team at Legal Soft was professional, courteous and had my firms best interest in mind. Our experience working with our remote attorney has been amazing -- its really as if he is just down the hall. Technology breaks down borders. Expect to invest time in training to help that individual get up to speed with our legal systems and your own practice preferences. One of the best staffing firms Ive used for my law firm. They pay attention to your needs/requirements for a staffer, present you with qualified candidates, and then THEY act as part of your interview team by asking questions, (you get to ask questions as well) and then debriefing with you after. Do not use this company. One they do not communicate with each other and secondly they do not monitor the work or hours of their employees. We had one of their employees who fraudulently enter hours and work product. When we called the company and questioned them about it, we were given the complete run around. It was until we said we were going to take legal action or dispute the charges did they decide to attempt to work with us.
