It was my first and last time coming here. I will say when we arrived it was busy but they did attend to us pretty fast. My partner and o both got pedicures. He already had a clear coat on and they did not remove it before applying their own. I asked for a regular polish white french tip and they told me they only do white French tips on gel (meanwhile from where I’m sitting I can see their collection of regular polish -there was white). Point being, they were super persistent in me getting gel, and there was no way they were going to let me walk out with regular polish. I paid $40 +tip for the gel pedicure. I also noticed the lady touched my nail before curing it so it left a mark on my nail 🙃it felt like the lady just didn’t like me. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

I have been doing my nails in this place for the last two years, and I’ve never be disappointed. They are pretty fast during the service, prices are reasonable, and they accept payment by Zelle.They can do anything you ask on your nails .I have come on Monday and Thursday night, and the waiting time has been 5 minutes. Weekends are pretty busy, and parking may be an complicated.

My feet began to Crack, there was no lotion on my feet at the time of pedicure. They used some blue scrub and cuticle oil. calluses are beginning to form. Would not go back. I was not told they charged more for gel. They lied saying it was 40and it was 55.

They did an okay job with my acrylic nails. Though, I will say that the man doing my nails wasn’t applying the acrylic evenly. On three of my nails, the acrylic looks like a patchy line going across. Also, I came in with a cuticle cut on my thumb and I repeatedly told the nail technician to not touch it because it hurt... I told him 3 times and he didn’t listen, that really got me annoyed but I kept calm. Any who, I ended up paying $73 in total for a pedi and full set. I don’t think it was worth it...

Beware price hiking!! I got charged $81 (+ $9 cash tip) for a basic gel mani & pedi. A Queen pedicure is advertised as $40 and there was no design/dip on either. Ive been coming to this location for years and the service is always hit or miss some of the girls here are really good (people will sit and wait for them or call for apts) unfortunately the ones doin the best work no longer work here? or arent there as often, theres newer workers who barely know what they are doing and charging people high prices for employees who arent properly trained/bad work is ridiculous.

0 stars, horrible service and rude. asked the woman to do a soak off on old acrylic and she refused. stating “it took too long”. don’t understand why they could not do it if i was willing to pay for their time. instead she proceeded to stack more acrylic on top of old acrylic. disgusting. when i complained, the woman started to laugh with the rest of the workers. left with with the thickest nails. stay away from here.

I went for the first time and I didnt have the first time experience I wanted, the lady that did my nails was already in a bit of a mood.I wasnt sure how long I wanted my nails so I took a bit of time thinking, she raised her voice at me saying to hurry and she rolled her eyes...i asked for how much it would be for a full set with gel before and she didnt answer me until she put the nails on and told me that it would be $45 just for a basic color in gel...and onwards with the procces she was very rude during all of it...when she got to the color part I specifically wanted a white pink and gold color for a party I was going to but she raised her voice and said why so many colors??! And I told her why and she said rudely its going to cost you more, and she was actively forcing me to get gel cuz of the cost, she constantly kept filing my nails and it hurt very much most painful nail experience ever, after she finished my nails i noticed she didnt even do them nicely...she left glue on the sides, she left the tips very thick, she didnt paint them well, and she left the acrylic very bumpy as you can see in the photos...never going back and it wasnt worth paying$45 for them

1st off it is a welcoming place, and staff are friendly. But the price seem a-little too much for what I would have paid where I regularly go but Jose did an amazing job. I paid $60 when everyone else seem to be paying less than $50 wish it was cheaper. ☹️

I will rate it 5 because the ladies that gave me the service were extremely nice and friendly.The equipment they used is clean. I would definitely go there again. They understood what I wanted and I came out very satisfied. Definitely recommend.

Never going back, I asked for coffin tip and they did not look like coffin tip when I asked them to fix it the guy got a mad look on his face I paid $55 plus tip & at that my nails were short coffin tip the gel polish was ugh and then He glued the nails more to one side & when i told him he was like no and kept doing my nails. I didnt like the service I got so ya definitely not going back.

First and last time I would go there . When the theLady ask me how long my nails, I told her and ask for price . She said $55 it was kind expensive but I agree. Then when she finish, my boyfriend come inside to pay and I told him $55 . She said wait went to talk to the owner o her supervisor and come back and said it was $70. I was like why so much. Oh that what the man said, I was like what man if you did them and you said $55 . Then got I up and went to see the man and he put an excuse her voice is not good. Stupidest excuse ever . They are rip off . The nail were nice and I went because of the pictures and reviews but everything is fake as they are . Really disappointed with what they do . Because I thought I finally found a good place. But I’ll a place where they don’t lie .

Absolutely love this place first time client now lifelong client. Havent had a pedicure in forever but she didnt make me feel bad for my rough callous. Tammy was sensational when dealing with my tickling condition. Will definitely return and tell everyone I know about the wonderful service here.

First and last time for me going to this place. If you want to throw your money away, this is the place to go, I went to get my gel manicure last Wednesday and the paint started peeling off by Friday, completely gone by Sunday, usually last me for 2 weeks, cheap products ever. Horrible experience.

Ok here is my third review for them in a period of 3 or 4 years. The first review was a raving review giving them 5 stars. The second review was a bout a year ago giving them 2 stars. They had a huge staff change where many of the nail techs were no longer there and they had a bunch of new techs whos work I didnt like at all. After going to Salon after Salon, I realize that getting a good nail tech for a fairly decent price is harder than it seemed. So Im back. Ive had my nails done there three times now (mani and fills) and Im satisfied with the service. One thing I have maintained since I first found this place is that they are very clean ALWAYS. That has never changed. Like I said, im satisfied with the service and their prices are decent. I may go somewhere else someday (who knows) but as long as things dont change here, I dont see any reason to go to another salon.

Honestly one of the best places in the area. They do a great job on all type of nails (manis, pedis, full set, etc.) They always leave me spectacular and I leave their lounge happy. I dont mind the price because other places may charge cheaper but for really bad work. Cant complain for a couple extra dollars!

I asked for ombré nails, the girl could of said she didn’t know how to, I typically change it up if your honest with what you know how to do ! Long story short I hate my nails they look so patchy not even ombré. I didn’t realize how ugly it was until this morning!

My wife and I visited this nail salon to get her nails done and we showed these artisans a picture of how we wanted the nails to look and damn. The results were better than the picture! Will bring my wife again some other time 😉

Came here today the place didnt look too clean the door entrance is full of ants asked for a pedicure they had me sit and wait 15 min once the lady came the chair arm rest was a lil dirty like if someone spilled a drink the chairs are clearly not wiped down i was there an hour i didnt see anyone keeping anything clean or sanitized no wiping down i chose their 25$ pedi option witch clearly states scrub and massge i got a foot scrub but not what is advertised no massage was given of all my years getting pedicures all over L.A at diff nail shops this is the worst false advertising rude front door employee they ask you to tip on top of a 2$ card fee witch takes from tipping most places charge 50cents and by law they should not be charging ppl to use their card o will uplaod the pic of the package i got with service i paid for and didnt get once i told the girl upfrony she gave me a rude sorry excuse necer coming back the polish job was uneven the lady hurt my toes several times just all around bad experience

I will never go back to this place again, nor do I recommend it to anyone, terrible customer service and because of the Chinese woman who served me, I got moisture and fungus on my toenails because I told her to take off the acrylic and she didnt, she was angry and put more acrylic On top of that, I was about to leave without shoes because her attitude was super lousy, bad experience and I still paid $65 for a pedicure..!!!

Honestly this has been the one place that I will return to with pleasure to do my nails. They have excellent service. The employees are extremely nice and make you feel so comfortable. Shoutout to Vincent and Steve for always making sure I am satisfied with my nails.

Ive been going to one person for years since im honestly very picky with who touches my hands or toes since most places are just trash, so im honestly stoked about this place I looked it up on google so I was like its either gonna be a hit or miss but I need these nails done lol ps. Very pleased with my service. Walked in and was attended right away. Ashley did a great job of executing my vision. Loved the attention to detail, my only complaint is how the other employees would talk to the person doing my nails and it would distract her from what she was doing. It also made it difficult for me to tell her when others were there putting in their opinion. Glad this place is open late, would definitely come here again.

They are so unprofessional and rude. I was there when a guy who seemed to be the one in charge of that place refuse service to a disabled person. They made the lady wait until her turn and once it was her turn they denied service for having a cane to walk with. Guy agreed that he was discriminating when asked. Then he proceed to be rude with other customers. Worst service ever!!! And also pricey!!

They do really bomb nails here and the techs are nice but I haven’t gone back since I left the salon one day with an ugly set. The were short on staff and one lady was working with me and another client at the same time so she was rushing but there was no reason to leave my nails that bad 😐

VERY ............RACIST people. First of all I Called and spoke to steve before I went way to the location. My brother wanted to use the restroom and the owner Vicky stated that the restroom was just for customers. And thats when I made her aware that I was a customer and that I had spoken to someone on phone already, and also that I wanted my nails and my feet done. After My brother was refused to use the restroom. He decided to go outside to use the restroom. Then She asked what kinda nails I wanted and called steven out from the back and he then asked what the problem was. After reiterating what just happened. He said Well I refuse your service too why B cuss Im black, or because my brother had to use the restroom. Im confused as hell right now. I thought I drove way over here to get my nails done. But I guess I came for a blast to past to experience slavery and mistreatment hands on. So...Sad what is the world coming to. When they did my pedicure I started to feel pain right after on my big toes and I came to find out they gave me foot fungus plus the lady was over charging me and when I told her why she acted like she did the math wrong . Also when I was doing my acrylics the main guy running the place was doing it and in the middle of my set he stepped out to smoke some cigarettes while wasting my valuable time, So unacceptable and over priced for bad service!!

So this was my first time going i like the fact that they ask you to use there hand sanitizer then they take your temperature great job but By far the quickest pedicure with no detail attention to your toes no massage and it was $22 first and last time ill be going there very disappointed

Went in for a manicure and pedicure about three weeks ago and by far the worst service I’ve ever gotten .. first off my toe nail shape wasn’t the same on both feet and when added acrylic to my big toe the lady didn’t make the nail the same length as my toe nail on my other feet and didn’t clean them enough and a week later the side of my toe started to hurt and got swollen and purple and I couldn’t walk much because of the pain and the side of my middle finger started to hurt and also got swollen and purple as well.. never going back.. first and last time I go !

I didnt like it, I asked for a type of nail and she didnt give me the one I asked for. When I decorated it she made me look bad because I told her that I didnt want it that way, someone else had to come and tell her how to do it and she got upset. In the end I didnt leave them the way I wanted
