This review is not about their sales process, quality of vehicles, or other dealings of this dealership.However, I would like to say that Shane was very patient, helpful, and considerate when I was there looking at vehicles. I really appreciate him helping me through this whole process. Nikki the coordinator was also very helpful during the times I called, and she gave great customer service and care.It’s important to note that when dealing with any dealership, due your due diligence. Make sure the vehicle you want is exactly how you want it, you’ve had it inspected by a mechanic, and everything checks out *before* you put money down, leave a deposit to hold the vehicle, or sign *any* paperwork. Also, if you are going to exchange money to hold a vehicle, in the case it’s non-refundable, do not use your entire down payment. You’ll save the dealership, and yourself, a lot time and stress by not rushing the overall process.Thank you Shane, Nikki, and Mark for operating with integrity in our dealings.

This review is dated for .Pros: seems like they vehicles they have are good . The representatives were nice and very clear about what they are selling you.Cons: They try to up-sell you thousands of dollars on top of the sticker price for a vehicle warranty and dont take no for an answer even if you clearly state you are not interested. They also try to up-sell you a GPS tracking device they put in theyre vehicles ( 1000 cost they want the buyer to pay) and we you say your not interested and dint need it they says it cost them money to remove it . So they are hoping you fall for that up-sell trick.Conclusion: if your goal is to get a good vehicle and spend more than you anticipated this is your place. If your goal is to get the best deal on an affordable vehicle look elsewhere, this aint the place for you.

I was able to find a better car than I was looking for with all the help from Hunter. He was great and a friendly salesman with excellent customer service. They found me a deal with no stress at all! I recommend this place if youre looking for a used car and need to comfortably make a deal

Great experience here!!! Thanks to Marcelo who helped me looking at three cars and finally got the pick! They do have some extra fees but they are all reasonable and negotiate. The cars are clean and works well. Highly recommend!

Super easy experience. Justin was very patient with me and walked me through everything. Didnt take all day to get my dream car. They even made sure my omma and I were comfortable and offered us water. I bought a 2015 Rogue and i have never had such an easy and honest experience buying a car. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car thats good quality and worth the money and wait to come here. They dont add any ridiculous fees or hide anything from yoh. Everything js very transparent and easy 🤙🏽

The 5 stars are for Momen who helped me out in buying a car. He was obviously trying his best in getting me a fair price for the car based on the market and went far and beyond to show me every component relevant to the sale.I personally feel like all the cars at Legacy are fairly priced and the process wasn’t at all draining.I’d give Legacy itself 4 stars though, they said they would detail the car and put it in the back before I took it home and it was quite obvious they didn’t follow through with that. If you’re looking for them to do that I suggest you get it in writing unlike I did.

Got my Cadillac finally …my experience was short and sweet from the first phone call and the follow up calls. This car was as good as the photos, it’s a used car so I couldn’t expect the brand dealership upkeep of a 2023 but I was pleased it was perfect and just what my husband and I was looking for….our credit was challenged a little mines more so than my husbands but I am grateful the sales lady Alicia along with the other sales guy Scott and the lady that first called me Nicki I think she is the office coordinator they assistant me in through the process as I was a family member. We are so pleased and happy with our car and such a friendly upbeat experience with Legacy Auto that we plan to buy a second car next year and let everyone know about our experience. Please, if you have a income but may feel that you can’t get into a car…contact this place first, the entire atmosphere that these people have and even the manger came out and of course our dream car was an experience of a life time …thank u guys see u next year.Nikita Simone (Nik)
