We approached Chris and immediately felt that he was the right person to sell our home. He was straightforward and always honest. I personally loved that he was a numbers guy and his data was mind blowing. Right off the bat he took the stress of selling and moving off of us and let us focus on our next home. There were some unexpected things along the way, but he and Misty stopped at nothing to get the job done. By the time our home sold, it felt like they were part of the family. I would recommend no one other than Leeper Realty Group. They are knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and they are always thinking of your best interest. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to support us. They made this entire experience as easy as possible. Leeper Realty Group is one of a kind and they will give you nothing, but the best. Chris and his team were amazing. The market at the time was understood that our home could be on the market for up to 45 days. Once the pictures were taken and the open house completed, we had several offers within a few days. Chris worked with several offers to identify the perfect buyer and the process went very smooth. Chris and his team do a great job of educating clients and bringing them the most up to date real estate information. Now a days agents are transactional and don’t build relationships with their clients. I called a list of realtors before I chose Chris to sell my moms rental home. I wanted to make sure we hired a trustworthy realtor and one that had a lot of knowledge about the market. Chris and his team will not disappoint you. He is very good at negotiating and getting you the best deal possible. Her home stayed on the market for only a couple of weeks and closed escrow in 16 days! Chris and his team are amazing and we will be using him again the next time we want to sell or buy a home.

Chris selected the best listing price for that market which resulted in multiple offers. After the inspection, Chris negotiated on my behalf and saved me money. As I reflect back on our home buying experience I’m so thankful for Chris and his team of trusted professionals.House Hunt/Offer:We found the house of our dreams that had everything on our list and the stakes were high. There was LOTS of interest and we needed to come in strong and on top to have our offer accepted. Chris listened to our situation, discussed the market, looked at homes that sold in the area, and helped us strategize to put in a strong offer. Multiple offers came in and I became anxious we could loose but Chris remained calm and patient. Again, he helped us strategize on our next move. He negotiated hard and helped us land the home of our dreams. If not for Chris Leeper I know we would have lost our home to another Buyer.Home Inspections/Financing:Offer accepted and then the “real work” begins. I work long hours, travel often, and have young children and a husband... so my time is very limited. To make matters more complicated, our family was planning a move from Oregon to California. I didn’t have time to call and interview home inspectors, roofers, electricians, and termite companies to access our home. I wanted the best interest rate but didn’t have time to “shop around”.Chris recommended professionals he knew and trusted and personally attended the home inspections. What a relief!!!Day or night Chris was always responding to my texts or phone calls.
