I knew very little about real estate when I first met Lee. All I knew was that I was looking for a home where my husband and I could start our family. During our first conversation with Lee I could tell how thoughtful and intentional he was, and how determined he was to find the perfect home for us. While looking for a home for the first time I found a listing on Zillow that put me in touch with Lee Portella, hands down the best connection/person I could have asked for. From the very beginning Lee was extremely kind, professional,informative, and all around awesome. He got in touch within hours where he had various listings for my mom and I to take a look at. He seemed to know everything about all of the properties that he took us to and answered literally ALL of our questions! Right from the very beginning I knew that Lee was the right realtor for us! Lee was very attentive to our likes and dislikes and quickly narrowed it down to one that we are absolutely in love with. Lee came highly recommended by a close friend and we are so thankful to have had his guidance and expertise when selling my uncles home. After moving to Carlsbad shortly before lockdowns began, in 2021 we found ourselves with just 60 days to vacate our rental home. Luckily, we found The Real Estate Fella for our new home search! I could not have asked for a better realtor than Lee Portella. Not only did he help me sell my property, but he also helped me to manage my entire move. I was traveling extensively for work while my house was on the market and Lee helped manage every detail of the sale including my furniture.
