Dr Kim has been great and extremely informative. I’ve been coming only for two weeks now and finally feel hopeful about my fertility journey. I missed my period for 46 days and after one treatment of acupuncture and herbal teas with in 24 hours i started my period. The staff is great and so nice. I overall feel more energized and not as stressed. I look forward to my sessions.

I went to Lee Acupuncture to support my fertility journey. Everyone at the office is friendly, supportive, and accommodating. My Doctors, Kim and Jo, put me at ease with their calm and caring bedside manner. And I’m always amazed when the talented doctors can tell when I’ve had a bad night’s rest, ate something that upset my stomach, or if I had a headache (I did!). Dr. Jo and Dr. Kim are so tuned in and clearly experts in their practice.

I found Lee Acupuncture through a recommendation of a coworker. Ive always wanted to incorporate acupuncture into my wellness journey, but it was difficult to find a place to trust. From my first visit, I felt comfortable with Dr. Shins knowledge and expertise. She listens to your health concerns and tailors her treatments to address those concerns. The practitioners are well trained, skillful and caring. I have been given great relief through Dr. Shin. She has provided herbal supplement teas as well as acupuncture treatments and between the two my skin rash is nearly gone and allergies are in control. I highly recommend Dr. Shin but I have also experienced several of the other professionals and found them all to be competent and caring.

I’ve been coming to Lee Acupuncture for a month now and I love it. JooHee Lee has been working with me for weight loss, stress, and fertility. She is kind and caring. She has given me a lot of beneficial health tips. I also really enjoy the herbal tea. I’ve never felt better. I started seeing Dr. Kim about two years ago for insomnia. My treatments and herbal tea remedies absolutely helped with my sleeping patterns. Later on, when my husband and I decided to start trying for a baby with little luck, we turned to Lee Acupuncture for fertility treatment. We are happy to be welcoming our first child in August this year! When we told Dr. Kim the good news the office gifted us a beautiful basket of goodies as a congratulations. I came to Lee Acupuncture because I was tired of just “ managing “ my under working thyroid and feeling awful all the time . I been with this clinic on and off for a year working on many things happening with my body that led me to dedicate time for herbal tea and continuous treatment to calm my endometriosis and along in between my fertility treatments. I started working with Dr. Kim at Lee Acupuncture a few months ago because I was suffering with sciatica bursitis, and my knee was beginning to give me troubles as well. Well, at least those were the symptoms I told him about my first day. Dr. Kim assessed me and gave me an acupuncture treatment and prescribed me some Chinese herbs. I saw him three times a week, and took the herbs twice a day, and within the first week the pain in my knee had gone away. And after one month, my hips no longer hurt. My hips have been hurting for the past three years, and I have had physical therapy and practiced yoga diligently in that time with out receiving any relief. I was shocked when after six weeks of treatment I was pain-free in my hips and my knee, and I was sleeping better than I had in years! I feel calmer and have less anxiety and overall more energy. I wasn’t specifically looking for any of those things when I went in to Lee Acupuncture six weeks ago and I am so grateful that I found an excellent doctor of acupuncture and Chinese medicine in Dr. Kim.

They have organic teas and snack in their comfortable waiting area... They never keep you waiting for long tho. They are efficient and get you into the room to begin relaxing as soon as possible. Very friendly and accommodating staff. You can schedule on the phone or via email which makes scheduling super easy. I also like the email reminders the day before. I go to the location on Old Newport Rd, it’s very clean and stocked with goodies in the waiting room.I mostly go to Dr. Jo and she is wonderful. So caring and gentle (as I don’t really like needles). I’ve also been to Dr. Shin who is also fantastic. Highly recommend this acupuncture practice to support your female health.

I went to Lee Acupuncture to track down what’s been causing all my skin allergies. I’ve gone to my PCP and derm and they’ve only ever prescribed antibiotics or prescription allergy meds which hasn’t solved the root of the issue.Dr. Jo told examined me, asked some questions and recommended that I stop eating chicken and all chicken by products because it causes a lot of heat in the body and could be a cause of my skin allergies. I tried it and it coincidentally seemed to helped, but after I tested the theory and had chicken after taking a month long break, I broke out in hives. I’ve tested it twice now and seem to have the same reaction. I would’ve never guessed!They also provided herbal meds and acupuncture which I’m not sure how much helped with allergies, but they did alleviate other issues I didn’t realize was a problem! Like constant bloating… the herbal tea worked wonders. And the acupuncture instantly relieved tension in my body. It’s amazing!Definitely worth checking out, even if it’s just for general health. A holistic approach can do great things for you body, more than you may think!

I had an incredible experience at this facility, with kind and helpful staff. I traveled from Tennessee to Newport Beach as a gestational carrier for a FET procedure. It was my first time receiving acupuncture, but Dr. Lee was very informative and gentle during both my pre and post-transfer sessions. On top of that, they even provided me with a goodie bag filled with delicious treats and helpful information. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this facility.

I’ve been seeing Dr.Lee and Dr. Kim since March and I’ve had such a great experience here. I was searching for an acupuncturist that specializes in fertility and was pleased to discover that fertility patients are a large percentage of their practice. My doctor seems to think that the treatments improved my egg quality and now I am continuing through my transfer. The staff is very warm and helpful which is important when you are going through infertility. The doctors take extra time to answer questions and offer alternative therapies if necessary. I never want to leave this place when I am there. It is such a warm and friendly environment with incredibly talented acupuncture professionals. I am treated mostly by Dr. Kim. His knowledge and intuition are both incredible, and he has done wonders for my stress levels, circulation and overall mood. I was referred to Lee Acupuncture by my doctor and was extremely happy with how welcoming and clean the facility is. That has been my first concern during these covid times and it is a place I truly feel safe. I’ve only had acupuncture done a few other times previously, but this is my best experience so far. I have been going to Dr. Lee’s medical office for a few months now after a workman comp situation. I am very impressed with their professionalism. All of the doctors and front staff are amazing. If you want to come to a medical center where the staff really cares about you that this is the place for you. Dr. Kim always makes me feel comfortable and safe and has been helping me a lot with my shoulder and neck pain. Dr. Lee takes the time to talk to each and every one of her patients and has a heart of gold. They are never late, always on time and very pleasant. I recently rescued a dog that had an injured leg and was inquiring regarding one of the lasers that they had used on me. Dr. Lee is so kind hearted that she let me borrow her laser for free and now my dog can walk with no limp. The staff from the office to the acupuncturists to the assistants have been amazing. I have not tried acupuncture in the past but figured I would try it because of stress, sleeping and GI issues. I have been going for 2-months now and have been sleeping really well. The GI issues are subsiding also.ALL of the staff is empathetic and informative. Dr. Sukyoung Shin has been my primary acupuncturist and her knowledge, treatments, and life style change suggestions are invaluable.Lee acupuncture recently opened a satellite office in Newport/Irvine area which is now closer for me which is great!There are several acupuncturist offices closer to me in Aliso Viejo but I will continue to go to Lee Acupuncture and encourage anyone reading this to give them a try. This was my first experience with acupuncture. I did research on how it helps when going through the IVF process. They came highly recommended through Dr. Werlin. At Coastal Fertility. Initially I came in for a consultation where I was offered snacks, tea coffee or water. The staff was very nice and and Dr. Lee went over my patient forms line by line. This was my first time trying acupuncture so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I contacted Dr. Lee through a Facebook post that I came across. She called me within minutes which was really impressive. We went over a brief introduction of each other and she told me about her practice and asked me what it was I was looking for. After some back and forth I made an appointment to go in. I came to Lee Acupuncture in August 2019 for help with fertility. I had read mixed things about acupuncture and whether it was beneficial for pregnancy but thought I would give it a shot. Who knows if it was 100% due to the acupuncture, but I got pregnant the very next month that I started going! I also continued getting treatments through my first trimester to help prevent miscarriage. Nam was especially wonderful, she taught me some relaxation and meditation techniques to help make the treatments more effective. She is also really responsive and helped out with billing questions and insurance. Great staff, very friendly, and highly recommend if youre looking for help with fertility!

I went to a specialist and all kind of test and no answer, so when I found Lee Acupuncture online I have to try it as my last resource. And it is working. You will only get the BEST treatment here. A friend recommended them, I checked their ratings and looked at my insurance to see if I could get covered. Everything aligned!Dr. Lee and his team are amazing. I needed an acupuncturist who could help me through my IVF process and they were the most helpful/knowledgeable of the three practices I saw before him. I have been under Dr. Kims care since April 13, 2017 (twice a week) for gastrointestinal issues. I have suffered from GI issues since I was little, but in the past four years, the pain became debilitating. With the severity of my symptoms, my body is slow to react. But I have seen improvements. Dr. Kims methods have helped more in this short period of time than three months spent with other acupuncturists (I have gone to MANY). Dr. Kim is calm, gentle, understanding, and personable.
