The best agency I have ever worked with! Masato is absolutely amazing! Patient, easy to talk to and helped me secure an excellent job that I have been looking for for, he provided exceptional guidance throughout each stage of the recruitment process, giving advice while showing a genuine interest in my progress. How Masato Takahashi found me to this day I do not know, but I’m glad he did.He has given me 2 assignments so far and both are great companies to work for. He got to know my profile well and has diligently looked for job assignments that would suit me. He’s also very responsive and quick to address any questions or requests that I may have - will respond within a day and mostly within minutes. He’s also very supportive and would go to great lengths to explain a company’s profile and the personnel working within it!

My experience with Ledgent was great. The communication was consistent and thorough. They made me feel welcomed when I had a question and were very helpful throughout by checking in and updating me. I have had the best experience with Ledgent Finance and Accounting in Woodland Hills especially Alia Badawi she is the most sweetest person ever when I talk to her I feel as if I had known her for years. she has helped me get a job in 2 weeks when I didnt have one. she is really good with communicating on the status of the job, checking in on you and keeping you updated with everything. I must say, I was hesitant about working with a staffing agency, always wanting regular full time employment, but Roth Staffing has been a pleasure. It has been a year and I have no regrets, hope I will be made permanent full time soon, but will go back to Roth if need be in the future. Very communicative and very decent benefits.

I am very pleased with the work done by Ledgent to find me a new job. Not only because I found a new job very quickly, but also for other reasons, such as high professionalism, attentive and respectful attitude towards candidates throughout the entire job search process, and further support. The first representative of the Ledgent, Jimmy Mejia demonstrated his professionalism from the first minute of our communication. He asked some very clear questions during the online interview, and a few hours later, the first online interview with the employer was already scheduled. Jimmy always spoke calmly and confidently. It was important for me to maintain emotional balance. since I was looking for a new job while continuing to work at my current one, Jimmy always scheduled only one interview a day. This gave me the opportunity to calmly explore the requirements and expectations of the potential employer. The Ledgent team was constantly in touch, before and after the interview they diligently asked how everything went. They are always instructed how to behave with a potential employer and avoid common mistakes during an interview. In general, all the time Ledgent worked with me, I felt their patronage, which helped me significantly reduce the stress associated with finding a job. As a result, they helped me find exactly what I wanted. The paperwork process is very well organized. The Ledgent Fin & Acct team promptly responded to questions that arose.
