This is the best staffing agency hands down! Emma was there for me every step of the way in my job search and touched base with me daily; either sending me opportunities or following up before and after temp jobs. She kept me in temp positions until she found me the perfect long term position. She was kind, caring and fun to work with. Bea filled in for Emma when she had other meetings and was very in tune to my situation at all times and so easy to work with. After I accepted a long term position, they were both so excited for me and gave me confidence of moving into the new role. They are very professional and organized and I would highly recommend Ledgent to anyone looking for placement in a job.

This is my third time with you guys. My first time was with Roth and 2 other times with Ledgent. The first two companies were not professional and really toxic. Im hoping this third one will be better since its a company provides and gives. I just want to give a shout out to Cole Cameron and his partner Chris Buttler who is an awesome agent. His not like other agency out there who ghost on you for having an issue with other companies. I just dont work well in negative environments that bullies you. I am very happy to receive an offer and start on 9/13/2023.Its a temp to hire position with potential growth. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend if anyone needs a job in the accountant field.

As a recent graduate, I have really struggled to find the right job opportunity for me to further my career.After applying for a job on LinkedIn, a representative from Ledgent reached out to me for a quick interview to determine whether I was a good fit. Working with Ledgent has been so easy and I wouldnt hesitate working with them in the future. That being said, Cole placed me in a great company that I really hope will turn into a long term opportunity. We did everything by phone and email which I prefer, but Im certain they would be more then willing to meet in person if that is someones preference. One major difference I noticed between Ledgent and other staffing services is how personal it feels. Other services always feel like they are giving you a sales pitch, but Cole made me feel like he really wanted to find me the right fit, even though he knew I was interviewing directly with other companies. He or his college Meghan were always available for any questions I have and they have checked in with me since starting the new position. I have really enjoyed working with them both.

I really appreciate to Ledgent team for providing extraordinary experience! As an experienced accountant, I was looking for Senior Role and they were able to find a great match so fast, I started working within 2 weeks.Davyd, Chris, Bee and Ashley are really amazing team. Personable, friendly and professional. They gave me a lot of good information for the interview preparation to make sure I am ready! They really cared about what I was looking for at the moment and invested a lot of time to discuss and understand all my options and help me make best decision.The team is really working hard to follow up often and not just letting you hang there waiting. With very little experience and a accounting degree, I was able to leave my temp job with Robert Half for a better opportunity. Cole Cameron was able to find me a direct hire, a perfect fit, with lots of exposure as a Staff Accountant. Thank you, Cole
