Love LCP tracker and the way they encourage their employees to give back. They actually get vacation time to go and serve in the community.
I agree with others who have stated they dread getting a LCPTracker job. I told my PM to please dont bid projects that require us to use this program. My mental health is at stake.
With the hardworking team of support staff this company has available for its clients, I do not understand these low rating commenters. Great company.
The absolute worst. One star is for the support team who are very helpful.

2023-10-03 19:34:07I have been using LCP Tracker for many years now and while I love their program, their customer service has gotten progressively worse. If you call, be prepared to wait a LONG time for someone to answer (if they do). If you send an email, it takes even longer and they seem to do whatever they can to pawn the issue off on the payroll admin or someone else so they have to do the least amount of work possible. Most of the reps dont seem to understand their own program. I love the program but if youre a first time user, I can definitely see it giving you a bad taste in your mouth. Once they improve customer service, Ill change my review to 4 or 5 stars.

2022-06-23 05:25:48LCPtracker has demonstrated to be an effective choice for me. It reduces my time by making my work cheaper and more productive. It comes with a variety of functions. It is well-designed and has a nice user interface. In addition, the support service responds quickly and is always available whenever I have an issue. The greatest payroll software in the country is LCPtracker!

2022-10-07 15:31:12Terrible software. My bids double if I know Im going to have to use LCP Tracker. In Colorado, actual wages are nearly twice as much as Davis Bacon wages anyway, so this is a complete waste of time.***Update, Colorado now requires LCP Tracker for all CDOT projects so we have doubled our bids across the board. We are just as busy but now charge twice as much. Thanks LCP Tracker!

2016-12-12 14:45:33The software is user friendly as well as there are several ways to receive training on how to properly utilize it. The support staff is extremely diligent and quick to respond to support issues and resolving them in a quick and precise timely manner.

Yeah right, its probable easier to do the forms yourself manually. This has got to be hands down, the worst certified payroll program ever! smdh

2016-09-01 17:50:11The designers of this program did not work with people who actually enter certified payroll. It asks information that the DIR and other programs do not i.e. information that is not necessary. No other program needs you to calculate base rate for this project and the fringe rate for this project., they simply ask for the total pay for this project. Simple formulas to calculate the amounts in the many boxes that are asked to be filled out would have been nice i.e. if you know how many hours were worked and the base rate, then a formula to fill in the base rate for this project would have been a simple calculation for the program to do. To cumbersome and time wasting for productive payroll processing.

2022-03-08 16:07:21I wish all companies who do prevailing wage work would use this program. I have been using LCPcertified for 5 years and have never had a problem, whenever I needed help their support team responds quickly.
