I never used LBC or Alex Shekhtman, but my email got into their database. Now, they are bombarding me with their spam. They violate the US CANSPAM Act by not providing a way to unsubscribe from commercial email. My repeated replies requesting to put an end to this spamming went ignored. Ill be filing a formal complaint with FTC.I would strongly advise anyone against dealing with such obnoxious, arrogant business. And clearly, dont provide your contact information.

When my husband and I were considering to buy our second home, our main challenge was to find a good mortgage agency. The reason for that is our first purchase was not as care free and smooth as we had hoped (mostly because of the mortgage agency we used).However, working with LBC was the exact opposite! After being ghosted by the first loan officer, I left a one-star review. I was then reached out by another loan officer who tried to remedy the situation, but didnt really-- after some coorespondence they asked for me to delete my review as a favor. Seemed like there was an ulterior motive to reach out and assist my search for a loan, only if I removed my review instead of actually helping me to secure a loan. They said they couldnt go below $150k for 20% down. Not everyone has just $30k laying around to throw down like that. Thats the whole point of a loan, to loan us the money! Ill obviously be looking elsewhere for lenders with more reasonable rates. So heres two stars for at least trying.

I am currently shopping for a home and got my pre approval from LBC Mortgage. Kevin Tenin is my loan officer and he got back to me right away letting me know exactly what he needed to pre approve me. I sent him all the documents and got a pre approval an hour later! He let me know exactly what I can qualify and how much I can afford. He even quoted me different rate options depending on my down payment and other factors. I love how quickly they respond and how they tailor their service to the needs of the customer. Purchased and REFI home with LBC and could not be happier with the process and results. Having done financing with big banks and small boutique lenders, Lending Bee was the best experience so far. They dont hassle you with meaningless paperwork like big banks. In the same time everyone is on top of their game and very knowledgeable in constantly changing lending rules and regulations.
