Had problems with my computer after it was supposedly fixed and for a hefty sum too. Took it down here in the end, and Fernando and Stephanie took really good care of me and got the job done quickly and for a really good price compared to most who will charge a great deal. These guys are the best in the Desert to take your PC down to whenever you have problems.

Great place Stephanie was a great help and very welcoming.My mum had an issue with her IPhone and although they couldnt do anything to fix it they gave us information on where we could get further help. She also explained to me how I could try things at home. Must say over and above the call of duty would recommend to all. Thank you so much for you help!!

I have been a client of this company, which was formerly known as NYPC IT, since 2011. I have always been very happy with the friendly service they gave me, but this week they outdid themselves. Last week end I clicked on a link to OneDrive and immediately all my files, etc. were moved. The worst problem was that my email in Outlook totally disappeared! I tried to fix it myself but couldnt, so on Monday I took both my desktop and my laptop to these fine folks. They managed to totally restore everything Id lost and get me up are running again. I cannot tell you how relieved I am. They get my unqualified support!

I have been doing business with NYPCIT for many years. They have kept our server clean and updated, make sure our phone system is working properly, keep our security cameras updated and are always available to help keep our office functioning efficiently. Noah and his team are professionals who come in diagnose and solve your I.T. issues. I was having issues with my Wifi connection and also wanted my network to be more secure from hackers. Noah and then his associate came in got my wifi speed way faster and secured my network as secure as the military has it. They were diligent, fast, and affordable. It made me realize why I did not call them sooner.

I have come to expect a broad range of experiences from IT companies and data repair. I have run in to a lot of people who clearly dont care how big a deal it is when you lose a lot of data. NYPC IT, however, was absolutely AMAZING. They gave realistic expectations, were clear with their process and timeline, and then were honest in their discovery to level I am not used to. Know that your gear and your data is in the safest hands of people who actually care. Highest praise possible for this company.

They are professional and courteous, and obviously know what they are doing. I highly recommend them. I took my laptop into NYPC hoping that they could solve my problem of my computer not loading up. Angel checked over my computer and did his magic for me and it loaded up. He told me that the Bios file had been changed and he fixed it. Who knows how it was changed. He had it fixed for me in about 10 minutes! When I took out my credit card to pay he said oh no charge for that. WOW! What great customer service. Highly recommend this business for your computer issues. Thanks again Angel!

I brought in a computer in which my Windows program crashed. I thought it was due to a defective keyboard where the number 2 was stuck.I brought in two original Windows programs because I was not sure which was loaded on to my computer. I have three computers at this time. I custom designed two of them.I was told that they had read literature that made them think that with my type of system and two hard drives, a reload would probably be unsuccessful.I was also told that my computer is old, has a video card that may soon fail, and that it was not worth the money to fix it.Then I got a sales pitch for a new computer. I declined. Picked up my computer and reloaded Windows with no problems. It will now be a spare.I called them and the person said that he did not realize that I had more than one computer and there was a miscommunication. Hard to believe.I recently saw the owners response which makes no sense. They charged me $95 to tell me it might be hard to load windows. Why not try to load Windows for my $95? That is what I did.Why would I replace a computer that was custom built with 24 megs ofdram and a 64 bit system which is much more than many computers today. There was nothing wrong with the hard drive and the video card still works fine probably because I have extra fans.

Thank you Noah and Team at NYPC for the quick repair of my Dell Laptop. I just wanted to give a quick shout out to this team of experts. I use my laptop every day for business in the office and in the field. My hard drive was failing and they installed a new SSD drive and luckily were able to copy all my data from old to the new and get me up and running in a day. Now my computer is faster with the new SSD drive and I am totally happy and satisfied. Thanks!

These guys know their computers. After enduring several months of a slowing 5 year old MacBook Pro that on diagnostics that every thing was operating properly they were not satisfied and after reinstalling the OS still were not happy. After figuring the hard drive was failing replaced it with solid sate at a very reasonable price. The labour was extremely fair considering all the time they spent with it. Ive been with Mac for more than fifteen years and think I now have the fastest computer Ive had to date. Thank you.

Honest!! On two occasions I have taken my 10 yr old Toshiba laptop in for repair near our business, JCs Cafe. They could have pretty much sold me anything and I would have believed them. I wish there were more auto mechanics like them. These guys are the best!! Trust them...

Im a professional computer network engineer by trade, mostly working with small and medium businesses. My company is one of the larger IT firms in the area, and we dont do residential work. For a while we had trouble figuring out where to refer home users or very small businesses that dont have servers. Once I found Noah at NYPC that problem was no longer an issue. Ive referred probably close to a hundred home users and small businesses to NYPC and every time Ive gotten a positive review from those I referred. I even referred my own family when the time came for them to get a new computer. You can be sure to be treated fairly and that the staff are skilled and knowledgeable if you go to NYPC Repair.

Not only was the team at NYPC knowledgeable but they were really kind and willing to not only help but also teach they assisted me with a server issue at my business and where the other companies stated there was no time NYPC sent out Fernando immediately and he ensured I was taken care of I highly recommend their services and I will be switching our managed IT service provider to them!
