To Whom It May Concern:This is in regards to the white 2022 Tesla Model 3. I just want to let you know how disappointed my family and I are with your service and tactics. We didnt appreciate your bait and switch tactic just to get us in to upsell us. You have tricked us 3 times now. The first was being that I could negotiate a Long Range Model 3 down to $21,000. I wanted to make sure in fact that was the truth and not waste anyones time. I was made to believe that if I hurried up and arrived quick a deal could be worked out, only to find that there was another buyer. I was then told there was a white Model 3 and we could definitely do a deal but first I had to test drive the car. The car was offered at $21,900, off that number a deal was being drawn up after the test ride. I was told I was first in line for the car. All of a sudden there appears to be another buyer whole closed the deal before me. I didnt believe this, but for whatever reason unknown I accepted it.The third time was having been contacted by the same sales agent in the morning to let me know that the car was available again. I specifically asked him if it was under the same term agreement, the exact advertised price and I was told that yes in fact that was correct. I specifically said I didnt want to waste my time coming down again.I was ready to buy the car with a very large down payment and approved financing for the remaining balance. Once again I was deceived with a story about the previous buyer accepting a certain price for the car. The mark-ups from the advertised price were extraordinary high and didnt make sense. This isnt the correct way to do business or develop a good reputation. If I ask about a price and Im told in fact thats what the car is selling for, then Im led to believe thats what Ill be paying excluding taxes and other fees.Your dealership wasted my time and left a bad impression. I will be sure to tell all those while I know not to buy from you guys. I will also be posting a comment on Google and yelp.

Despite the 50/50 reviews, I actually had a pleasant experience. I would like to thank Justin for being extremely helpful today as I purchased a new car. He was very communicative and honest about pricing. The whole process took a few hours but I went into the dealership knowing what I wanted. Dont let the bad reviews scare you -- I recommend just going into the dealership prepared. Definitely give this place a try!

I drove almost 4 hours to look for my family car. I am so glad I did! They provided wonderful service. John Orozco was our salesman and Tommy the sales manager worked so hard to get us the deal we wanted. I definitely recommend buying here if you want to be treated with great customer service. We went in asking for an offer and they made it happen with out treating us bad or giving us no mean or aggressive attitudes like other dealerships we visited that day. I am so pleased with my purchase and with the treatment I received. They were so respectful and friendly. They sold about 5 cars while I was there and I know it was because they care and treat every single customer they had with the same respect and care. They are so welcoming and will work hard to get the deal you want.

After using the service department for all my work over the last 18 months, I had an incredibly disappointing and rude customer service experience this morning with the lady on the phone.With a service appointment booked for this afternoon I called to ask whether it’s possible to drop the car off this morning instead. I was informed that I could drop my car off but that it would be 6 days before they can assign a technician to my vehicle regardless of when I drop it off. Naturally I did not want to have my car sitting for 6 days, leaving me without a vehicle, whilst it just sits in the service centre lot. I asked whether I could in that case schedule my appointment for 6 days time or whenever the first technician would be available. I was given a robotic response that it’s not possible and that my car would have to be dropped off for the 6 day lead time to start. I have never heard such a ridiculous policy. I tried to better understand the reasoning and find a solution, which resulted in the service advisor telling me to go elsewhere and hanging up the phone.

So, Im leasing a 23 Dodge Challenger from thi a dealership, I went in for my first service, oil change, tire rotation, not onto only did they charge me almost $300 ( this is a LEASE mind you) but I they didnt even give me a courtesy wash. My experience with other companies have been MUCH more pleasant. When you lease are car it really is just a long term rental car, which means, its THEIR vehicle not mine, so why do they have me paying for the maintenance. Its smart to take care of your own investment, because Im just going to turn it in at the end if the lease. Overall, I wouldnt recommend ANYONE to do business with this dealership, take your money elsewhere. Its so bad Im tempted to walk away from the lease altogether and just go find a car company who actually cares about their customers. With them it feels like they are doing ME a favor instead of the other way around. I can go lease or purchase a vehicle ANYWHERE, but, unfortunately I chose this sad, unprofessional place to do business. My bad.

I bought my Jeep Compass High Altitude in this dealership, and I should say it was a find! My trim is the highest in 2023 Compass line, and it is not easy to find a good deal on it. I worked with Nikita, who went an extra mile to offer me every possible option to be happy with my purchase. But beyond all my expectations was Sam - a manager that made this deal an absolute possible best. He counted and recounted, searched for solutions to meet my payment limits. He even helped me to sell my previous car for a higher price that I was going to. After 2 weeks since I left the dealership in my new Jeep he still helps me over the phone with my questions about payments and possible aftermarket upgrades. After a long 6 hour drive I can say it was a pleasure working with the CDJR team. Jose Luis was exceptional to work with! He got us in a new 2022 Ram 3500. He even hooked it up with some nice RAM gear out of pocket! Also, big bonus he speaks Spanish!! The managers were fair and helped us stay within budget. Highly recommend these guys!UPDATE: 1/12/24We made our purchase September 30th 2023 (over 3 months ago) and we still do not have our spare key the truck is supposed to come with. The manager Maria avoids phone calls and is no help. We were told that a spare key would take about 3 months to come in but they would call our local dealer to see if they could get one for us sooner. (I doubt this was done)Upon calling our local dealer ourselves we were told a key is on backorder only 30 days. At this point Im over this dealer and their lies. I will take care of this myself.

Within one day of buying a car from LAX, I received a warning on my TRW that all my personal information, including my SSI #, had been leaked to the dark web. With all the various car loans Ive received over the years, this is the first time any of my information had ever been leaked to the dark web.First, I made an appt to see the car. I guess because I told them I was going to take it to a mechanic to be checked, they decided to put new brakes on it. I live about an hour and a half away. I had the appointment set up with the mechanic 1p. He would need 2-3 hours to give it a thorough check. When I arrived, I was introduced to someone else who would handle the test drive, etc. Salesman said hed go get the car.He came back and said its in service getting new brakes. I asked why they would wait until my appointment time to do that. He said service ordered the wrong brakes for the car, but it should be done by 3pm. I had to call the mechanic and let them know it wasnt going to be today.I said it was very unprofessional to setup an appointment with someone they knew it would be a long drive and then not call to let me know it wouldnt be available to even see, much less drive. He asked me to go back to his cubicle. He was ready to start making the deal. I told him, Im not making a deal on a car Ive never seen. I asked for the Carfax and the inspection report. He cooperated with my request.I pointed out the car had 6,000 more miles on it than the Carfax showed. He said; Service probably made a mistake in reading it. Theyre always doing that. Hed go back and ask and also ask them to at least put on the old brakes so I could see the car (this never happened). I waited and waited. Salesman never came back. I ended up driving home and what should have been, and an hour and a half drive turned out to be 2.5 hours of a drive because they wasted hours of my time. I called several times to find out if it was ready. Spoke to the service manager. He said hed find out. He put me on hold and then sent me back to the operator.The few hours I had to deal with this company, they lied to me at least once that I found. May have been more. This dealership is not a place you want to visit. Womens restroom is completely broken, you have to use the mens room.The brakes had just been done 20,000 mi earlier. The discs should last to about 70,000 mi. Its at 49,000. The tires have all been changed and need to be changed again. They never let me know if they changed them or not. I asked too many important questions about this car, and they werent ready to answer all the questions. They were looking for people who were either desperate or not that bright to buy their cars.My advice is to take your business somewhere else. Where the dealership is respectful and honest. Im finding thats a rarity!Update: I didnt take my own advice. 😓 I must admit I was desperate to buy a car. My rental car was already costing me over $900. I needed to get a car asap. I got a call from a girl from the dealership. The car was ready for me to see. I went down and saw it. I liked it, but I didnt find out until I purchased it that the sunroof was broken (I didnt do my due diligence). The tires they replaced were the cheapest you could buy. Thats what Americas Tire told me the next day.If I wanted to purchase any car on their lot, it came with an extra $1500+ tag of crap I didnt want or need. This included a camera, which Ca. insurance doesnt give you any extra discount for, because it already had an alarm. They sold me interior/exterior protection, which all of these will expire in five years. The dealership paid all of about $50 for all of this protection. I had to pay tax on all the items they forced me to buy and will continue to pay over $2000+ by the time its done. Dont buy from this dealership!

Dont be a sucker and fall for the scam. They will refuse to sell you a car without the protection plan for an additional five thousand dollars on top of the price and taxes and fees. So take the price they have the car advertised for and add $10,000 to the price. Oh and the so called protection plan is a straight up scam. Youre basically paying for them to etch the Cadillac converter (something done for free by many police departments) and spray disinfectant in the car. There is a reason their online prices are so low...to bait you into coming in the store. Save your time and money.

A year ago I spent over $1200 for them to fix my car. It had a gas cap sign on my dashboard that the service guy said would go away after I have driven over 500 miles. I’m well over those miles now and I still have the gas cap sign. They kept my car for 7 days with no loaner given to me. That “service” was a waste of time and money.

Service review.Came in to do my 10k maintenance plus replace my aux battery. They wouldnt commit to a firm price nor let me know when the work would be completed.The minute you walk into this place youre going to get that feeling of being ripped off. And that feeling is real.I had to call a couple of times before anyone answered. And when I came to pick up my Jeep, they tried to charge me $1,200 for the maintenance and aux battery.I got it down to $900 but I suspect I paid about $400 more than I should have.Avoid servicing your Jeep. This place sucks and they are not business professional, and their employees are not professional at all.

Was looking to purchase a 2021 JCW Mini and had a surprisingly successful and hassle free experience despite the many bad reviews. I had previously told the Sales Manager by phone and email that I would pay the discounted dealer price as a cash deal but would accept no add ons ($4500+ of b.s,) To my surprise when we came into the dealership they abided by that agreement without any debate. Daniel, the sales person, was first class and Danny Vu the finance guy also. Thanks. So LAX CDJR do what you need to do to continue re-build your reputation. That means cut out the add on b.s and deal honestly and transparently with potential customers. You did with us because I think you knew we would not tolerate anything less.

Definitely a bad experienceI’m going to be honest I was not going to do this, but I am extremely angry of the way I was treated on my second call apparently with a sales Manager.I called earlier to get an inquiry about a working truck and I was trying to get information about the vehicle but the person decided to be rude and they asked me what pride was I looking for, then he mentions that they might have a used 400,000 mile diesel vehicle that might be in my price range. This is going to be for the service side. I brought in my Jeep for maintenance and two recall services on the vehicle. Those were completed as they should, that’s why I’m giving two stars.However, I had a mopar coupon that was specifically for this dealership, to which the service advisor said that was a mopar coupon, not the dealership… (this is a mopar service dealership and the coupons specifically said they’d work here). He then proceeds to the specific dealer site that offers 10% off service, fine. I asked how much everything would cost and he said x. However when I looked at the pricing sheet, the price ended up being higher than he mentioned, and when I asked if the discount was applied he responded “uhh yes.” It clearly wasn’t. I get to the place and they tell me they don’t work on 2012 Jeeps because their machine is broken & it sounded like they had no intention of fixing it. I had a generally positive experience shopping for and purchasing my car here (lease, new vehicle). My car salesman was direct and I got a lot of help crunching the numbers of the various financing options. I have two main issues with this dealership, however. And it makes me unfortunately conclude that you cant expect this dealership to deal with anything professionally once you sign on the dotted line.The first issue was minor - my brand new car came back fresh from the detail with multiple very noticeable white marks on the black car not easily removable. I had to run because the signing process had taken over an hour longer than they estimated and I had to run to an appointment across town. I took it to a car wash I trust and they helped me remove the marks. Fine.The second issue is much more frustrating. I have called on FIVE separate occasions over the span of 3 months to get the contractually promised second key. On 4 of the 5 occasions, I was told I would be followed up with, and every time, no one ever reached out by phone or email. I am so sick and tired of chasing them down for a car key that I was promised when I signed my contract. I signed the lease over 3.5 months ago and this is simply ridiculous.

Had a cylinder misfire and was out of warranty but brought it here anyway. Mechanic listened to it run for a grand total of 3 seconds and told me I needed a brand new engine. I asked him how much that would be and he said around $15,000. I didn’t know how much I trusted that so I went to another local shop. They fixed it in a few days without doing an engine swap for about $1,800. If I was someone who didn’t know anything about cars and moved forward with that recommendation, I would’ve lost $15,000 over essentially what ended up being a $20 part.

We had Geico deliver our stolen jeep gladiator to LAX Chrysler Jeep for a Back to Stock, Multi-Point inspection to list the repairs that needed to be done on the vehicle. Apparently, this Multi-Point inspection didnt include checking the horn, backup camera, car alarm, auxiliary battery, start stop functionality, check engine light, roof damage or tire size, as they were returned nonfunctional or improperly replaced. The inspection noted that the thief had shorted the keyfob radio frequency module but made no mention of the alarm, horn and other components that the thief also had shorted out while stealing the vehicle. LAX replaced the keyfob radio frequency module and fraudulently told my insurer that it couldnt be programmed to accept the two original keys that came with the vehicle, Charging $189 for 1 key and $850 in labor to stick us with one key even though the vehicle came with two keys. After weeks of negotiation, they charged our insurer an additional $532.90 for one more key to match the two keys that I already offered them that couldve been paired with the new radio frequency module. They then replaced two tires that were slashed by the thief with a different brand that had larger dimensions than the brand that came with the vehicle, making it approximately 1 higher on the right side of the vehicle. Noone informed us of their intent to do this or any of the malrepairs that they made, as this was supposed to be an inspection, followed by approval. Legal action will soon be taken.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ive been having electrical and transmission issues with my Jeep since February 2023. Its been in the shop- not running since then. This place has been absolutely HORRIBLE. Their final solution was to put a zip tie on a part - and that didnt work again- making my transmission fail on me. They then proceeded to blame me and tell me that I tempered with the zip tie. They told him his car he just purchased needed a smog and that they would deliver it to him on January 16, 2023 Monday came and they never showed up he called at 11 AM and again at 4 PM to ask about his car, they kept saying they would call him back. never did. AFTER they said they would deliver it on Monday. My brother picked up his car on Wednesday and we found a receipt and his car for a pizza order. That was placed Monday, January 16, 2023 at 1:15 PM by employee named Krystle. Also, there was an extra 117 miles put on the car after he purchased it. We called to ask about this incident, and all they can say was maybe the receipt fell out of somebody’s pocket. Now does this receipt look like a pocket? This pizzeria is 23 minutes from this dealership. And nobody can give us an explanation on why those receipt was in his vehicle and why was taken off the lot besides getting a smog with an extra 117miles. I would NOT RECOMMEND this dealership they might take your NEW VEHICLE home before you could!

This dealership does not value its customers. I would consider shopping elsewhere if I were you. I submitted an online price request two days ago. I received a response from Danny Vu asking me to call him to discuss the vehicle. I explained that I only wanted to communicate by email for now but that I would drive up and check out the truck I was inquiring about if I decided it was a good fit.He refused to answer my questions unless I called in and then stopped responding to my emails once I told him that I didnt want to call in until I was ready to come see the vehicle. He would rather lose the sale (and my future business) than communicate with me by email.If this is how this dealership treats its customers, then can you image how they will treat you if something goes wrong with your vehicle after you have purchased it. Be careful with this place. I was ready to lay down $25K for a Tesla Model 3 and it wasnt until then that I was presented with almost $6K of addendums that, along with the mandatory taxes and fees, brought the out the door price to over $32K. Having done further research, it turns out that addendums (e.g., catalytic converter etching, security alarms, special paint coatings) are a common tactic for dealerships to overcharge and rake in more money. Also, electric cars do not have catalytic converters so just goes to show how bogus these add-ons are! Knowing that Tesla just released an updated Model 3 design and the market will soon be flooded with the old ones, I promptly left and will wait it out.

Be careful!!! Scam alert!!!! This is not an honest service department!The service department and manager insisted that my service plan ( puchased from mopar ) was wrong. Both the service rep insisted that the work needed ( oil change) exceeded the allowance in my plan. Stating the oil change was $400 and my plan covered only $100. Because I have used my plan many times with $0 out of pocket I knew there was an issue. I raised my concerns regarding the attempted charges, I received a persistent response from the service rep regarding the additional charges. At that time I informed them I felt lime a scam was being attempted. I left the service department with no service performed.I then took my truck to another dealership. I was greeted with a smile, my service plan was honored without question. Absolutely NO mention of any money out of pocket.Ultimately I feel like anyone attempting to have service should be cautious of potential unnecessary fees and or cost the service center is attempting to add to your bill.What a joke, and horrible experience.

I have been lied to over and over about them having to order the right part, then the wrong part comes in. It’s been now almost a year of dealing with them attempting to fix it. **WARNING**I see many positive comments about this dealership and I am happy that some people had a great experience, I however did not. I had a vehicle advertised on Facebook Marketplace and they reached out to me inquiring about the details of the vehicle. After some negotiation (ie. going to his “sales team”), we came to a deal at $52k for my vehicle, even being transparent with a few scuffs that were on a couple of rims. We set up an appointment first thing when they opened to complete the deal and they proceeded to give me a sad story about the status of the used car market right now, prices are dropping, Blah Blah Blah. I have the text messages that shows we came to an agreed upon price and I would be coming in to the office to sell them the vehicle.I had my suspicions and come to find out my intuition was correct. They used this tactic to get me into the dealership and proceed to talk me down in price in hopes that I would be desperate. This was a complete waste of my time. They should have done their due diligence ahead of time to make sure what we agreed upon was going to work for them. They had days to so. I don’t normally like sending negative reviews but if you have read this far, much appreciated. Keep your guard up and trust your gut with these sales people.

My sales guy Danny Vu, seemed very eager to sell me anything, I did not like that, I mentioned a Jeep Compass as interest he scanned it on the site and immediately got up and looked for the keys to test drive, we did not look at any other car!! We did not discuss numbers, cost, options etc he just wanted me to test drive. I asked him, could i see this or that and he said me that his job is to inform me and answer questions but we did not look at another car, & even though i LOVED the car, i felt pressured. When we were inside the car, i offered a mint, his breath was not the best and it left for a very awkward ride. I was helped by the manager when it came to the numbers part, the information of pay etc was discussed with Danny but not me, any issues were not relayed until i asked. I like full transparency. if you are working on soemthing, if you are trying to finesse something LET ME KNOW. Danny asked me 6x to write him a review, (i didnt even have the car in hand yet), it took a long time and again i was not communicated throughout. The paperwork was the best part and i was in a private room with the financier and THEN Danny walks in again, to make sure the paperwork is running smooth, he decided to sit down next to me while i was fillling it out, again pressure!! i did NOT like that at all, THEN, i was having a conversation about the test drive and he stands by the door listening in, NOT OK!!! either way im happy with my car, im happy with the overall financial experience, they worked w/me and danny was cool, but he really needs to respect boundaries. 4.7/5

Ravi and the rest of the gentlemen at LAX Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM were very welcoming and professional. The no haggle buying process was a breeze, even thought we ended up buying a used vehicle of a different make.We were initially looking at a particular used vehicle, but ended up buying another. They listened to our needs and guided us towards the right vehicle at a great price. Were research people, we had been looking at prices for months, they nailed it.If you want a good deal just get up, go there, and ask for Ravi - thats it!

If I could give this 0/5 I would. Do not come here. The dealership specifically the finance office is incompetent and messed up our title/lienholder information and put a random lienholder on our registration and has ignored our calls and voicemails to get this rectified as well as dodging calls from our bank who keeps calling to get the title themselves.
