This is the worst law firm I’ve ever been. The Attorney Paul orloff is not just careless but totally unprofessional and clumsy. I ended up losing my case with him because he said he didn’t know the other party have no Auto Insurance, after the fact — His own words not mine. SMFH! Now Im stuck with $3600 medical bill just because and he’s not even willing to negotiate nor correspond. I filed a lawsuit and complaint to the state bar of California for negligence and malpractice on him to get my money back. Heard he was retired too. STAY AWAY!!!

I hired Paul for a very complex case where u wasn’t being treated fair. Not only did Paul do a fantastic job in the case but working with Paul was easy because he has a very strategic approach to how he practices law! Paul is unique and I highly recommend him for your legal needs. Paul will be my legal counsel for the rest of my life or as long has he’s practicing law. Do NOT go to Mr. Orloff. Not only did he fail to properly reduce and pay all medical bills and medical payments reimbursement claims brought by my own insurance company after settlement forcing me to hire another lawyer to clean up his mess after he charged me his full fee, but he is not even a board certified trial lawyer with the American Board of Trial Advocates which means insurance companies know he is a lightweight and will never try the case but instead settle cheap. There are many better and much more experienced lawyers out there in the Los Angeles community.Do NOT recommend

I have know Paul for 20 years and started using him as an attorney when he was just out of law school. Paul has filed 9 lawsuits on behalf for my various corporations. He has prevailed on every one of them securing a $1,200,000 judgement on one case. Another case he secured a $125,000 settlement. Some of the defendants we have litigated to a settlement or judgement include Wells Fargo Bank, Volvo Aerospace, Coldwell Banker and Prudential California Real Estate. Paul is so calm and cool even when things get very stressful at trial. We once had a 23 day trial where we prevailed on 7 of the 8 counts we alleged. Paul has become a good friend over the years and he is the most honest man I know and is extremely fair and kind.

Mr. Orlaff agreed to take my case on contingency at the end of 2014. As of today 8-1-2017 I have heard nothing about my case. I call every month sometimes more. I have left message upon message and Im assured he will get the message but no calls were returned. Once I called his cell phone by accident and he answered the phone. But all in all I have spoke to him only 4-5 times in the past two and a half years. I doubt I can take my case anywhere because the statute of limitations are now gone.

Im certain many parents have run into issues with their teenagers and i am one of them. In a matter of lets say ninety days, my son was arrested for a DUI after sideswiping cars and running onto a block wall, then shortly after getting another car so that he could keep his job, slammed into the back of a car on the freeway only to get another DUI along with other much worse charges. Paul worked what I called a miracle keeping my son out of jail and avoided what was certainly a felony conviction. Of course, there is more to the story, but the bottom line is I cant thank him enough for his help! Thank you, Paul.
