Michael and Anthony were extremely helpful during the duration of my case. To those of you who are reading this I hope that I can give you “HOPE” Christopher Gardner represented my son who was facing 16 years and was able to get him down to six years! My son did a year in county, which will count as two years. My son faced many challenges with the public defenders, he went through several not to mention judges. I would honestly say this case was complicated. not something any Lawyer would have wanted to pick up. Christopher and his firm colleagues were extremely compassionate and helpful throughout this tough time for our family. I can’t say enough to describe our gratitude towards Christopher and his law firm for the help they have given us. I have been working with this office for almost a year now, specifically with Megan Scafiddi. Michael Scafiddi is an amazing attorney who can flip a bad situation upside down. After a year of back and forth with the insurance company, Mike was able to get them to reverse their decision and get us the compensation that we deserved as well as extra compensation for their bad faith attempts to deny me what I was owed. Michael Scaffidi is the best! He made me feel like I was going to be ok from the very beginning. He has good energy and always treated me so kind. If I had a question I could always call him no matter how late it was. If he was in court or with another client as he is a very busy man, he would always return my calls. Communication is great. Im definitely not proud to say, but Ive had to call on Mike and his office on more than one occasion. That being said, the fact of the matter is that this law office has pulled me out of the fire more than once. The fees are reasonable and everything was clearly explained to me upfront. Even when there is some new lab work or investigation needed Mike and his office will let you know the pros and cons of the additional expenses. I should have written this review years ago so I apologize for the tardiness Mike, but hopefully its right on time to make someone else feel comfortable with calling or coming into your office for the help they need.

I hired Mike Scafiddi to represent me in 2011 due to a criminal charge in San Bernardino County. He had the case dismissed! The State of California did not complete their procedures and never closed it out. 12 years later, I’m getting hired by a big company which completed a criminal background check. This issue arose that compromised my employment. The State of California removed the records surrounding this dismissed case that resulted in a major problem. Mike and his team went above and beyond to remedy the situation! I got hired and all is well because of Mike. I can’t recommend Mike and his team of professionals enough.

My husband and I were desperately looking for an attorney to help us out with an issue that was leading to him being sentenced for 3 years in prison due to his prior strike. One of the scariest moments of my life was when my teenager was arrested at our house. The charges that my child was charged with were very serious felony charges that could have resulted in several years in prison. The case instantly took a very strange turn in which it was identified my child was a victim as well. There were layers of this case that were an absolute nightmare for our family.I was at a loss, I didnt know where to go. In my research I found Scafiddis Law Office and reached out. We were lucky enough to get Chris Gardener as our attorney. Instantly he talked to me, heard everything I was saying (truly listened), and was more than willing to do anything he could to help us. However, I was even having money problems and did not know how I would come close to paying for the attorney. Chris worked with his office to help make accommodations so that I could make payments, the retained in a way that worked, but for him it was not about the money; he truly wanted to help us.The likelihood that my child would be released from jail at her first hearing was so far below unlikely that I was almost discouraged to try. Chris Gardener helped guide me through the process and advised on steps and resources I could put into place so that we could get my child released. To my surprise, we were able to get her released. My child is now going through the process for services and counseling to address being a victim as a result of this. I am so thankful for the day I got referred to Michael Scafiddi and Chris Gardner. My daughter was being charged with a felony and I was in serious need of legal advise. Michael and Chris were very quick to assist me in this matter. Chris was able to push out the date that my daughter needed to surrender so that we can plan accordingly. After he got to know us he realized that my daughter made a mistake but that she is not a bad kid.The charges that my Daughter got, compared to what she was going to get, is like she got a pass with only probation. We also have a trip pre- planned out of the country and Chris reassured us that we shouldn’t have a issue and if we did he can add it to the calendar to make sure we can still have our trip. I was facing 14 years . 10 years from Gang Enhancement & the rest from previous and on going chargers . I am a striker and was given no opportunity to prove myself to the courts that I am not a menace to society. The courts did not want to look past my violations or juvenile record, while probation did everything in there power to keep me incarcerated until my probation hold lifted 2 years later . Mike & Rory set up a hearing to get me bailed out and did everything in there power to prove to the courts that I’m not just some felon . I ended up fighting for 2 years out of custody as well. While appearing to the courts I’ve changed and I am not the monster they tried to make me seem, they took a lot of it into consideration. I went through different judges and many DA’s that didn’t want me out of custody . With the help of Rory & Mike they got me down to admitting to my violations and taking 1 charge while doing a year credit on house arrest and 2 years of probation . These two men and Mike Scafiddis team overall helped me so much. I went in when I was 20 years old and I am now 24, changed and very grateful for there team .

14 months ago I was charged with a felony. I thought my life was truly over. I am going to school to be a registered nurse. I thought my career was over. I had no idea how I was going to provide for my three children. I was charged with DUI. Michael Scaffidi and his team of lawyers appeared on my behalf 16 times in pre-trial court and another 6-10 times at my DMV hearing(The DMV kept delaying us for a number of reasons). I was never asked for a cent more than they had quoted me in the beginning. I was never pressured to take a deal so they could move on over the TWO years they were helping me. They got me a plea of DRY reckless driving. I took the deal along with DUI school. Overall theyre helpful, and willing to do payment plans after the initial deposit. The criminal justice system sucks overall. Everyones guilty first, unless you got money to fight for you.
