It was a breeze working through my Citizenship process with Gregory Duncan. It went very smoothly and I had no problems with anything. My experience with Greg Duncan was very positive. From our first interview to becoming a US citizen he was a pleasure to work with. Greg is professional but also personable and friendly. His calm demeanor put me at ease in a very stressful situation. My case was complicated; definitely not a slam dunk but Greg spent a lot of time with me going over all the details. He is very easy to get a hold of and never rushed me.I had tried to get citizenship with a different attorney in 2017 and was unsuccessful. I hired Greg in June 2020 and my case closed May 2021. I am now a US citizen. At my request Greg came to the naturalization interview and just knowing he was there kept me calm. He was pivotal for one particular question so the fee was very worth it! I highly recommend this law office and wish Greg a long and prosperous career.

4 years ago while looking for a divorce lawyer, a friend mentioned Gregory Duncan, what a great recommendation it turned out to be Gregory is friendly and incredibly meticulous, which made the process seamless.Earlier this year I decided to create a Will along with a Living Trust and Gregory was my first choice.He really is a one stop shop, as we are now working together on an immigration issue for a family member.Give Greg a call, I am confident you will be pleased!

I found Gregory online and from our first conversation, which was a free consult, I found him to be extremely personable and knowledgeable. My process was drawn out due to the length of time I have lived in the United States and also Covid related slowdowns. He was upfront about this at the beginning so I always knew what to expect. What I most appreciated about Greg (other than his hilarious sense of humor) was whenever I called him with questions, he promptly returned my calls and answered all my questions in detail. My wife and I have literally known Gregory Duncan for five years and even though the immigration process and Covid made us feel like this journey would never be over Mr Duncan always worked hard and gave us answers for questions. I used Gregory as my Immigration lawyer last year, 2019. To begin with, as I know its the number 1 question, how long did it take? I believe we sent all the paperwork for my I-485 and adjoining petition from my wife form I-765 in may. I received an approval in October.. Gregory was the second lawyer I met with. The first lawyer wasnt half as informative or understanding of how I was looking at my specific situation. As soon as I spoke to Gregory I felt this guy knows what hes talking about. Gregorys price is competitive and he makes the whole experience easy and relaxed, yet timely. I will, and have recommended him first hand. He is fast with calling backs and is flexible with meeting times and has a comfortable office. I dont write a lot of reviews, but i felt it was due. Considering what is at stake in the application process and how stressful it can be, you want to make sure it is done by a professional. You will get that with Greg.

Gregory was very professional yet also relaxed in the way he approached my application for residency. Having dealt with bureaucracy in a few countries in the past, we were a bit apprehensive but Greg calmly guided us through the process which was very reassuring. Although the process was long and kept getting longer due to legislation changes and Covid, Gregory kept on top of it and we were well prepared for our interview which went very smoothly!

I was impressed with Gregorys professionalism from the start. My husband sent him an email and he called my husband in return really fast.Gregory gave us amazing advice from our very first phone call with him until the end of my Naturalization process.Gregory knows his business and easy to reach out. He answers every question and doubt you may have. He does thousands of naturalizations a year! He is polite, extremely professional and engaged too, which is a bonus during this stressful process!During this entire time, wed call or email Gregory and he (not his assistant!) always answered us fast. He accommodates early appointments or late ones. His office is classy and clean in a pretty building.I even had an issue because in the middle of the process we moved and even though we updated on line our new address, my interview letter never showed up. But Gregory again helped us and wrote a letter explaining the situation. Finally, I received the new interview letter and I am a new citizen.I highly highly recommend Gregorys work. Greg helped me with a probate case after my grandfather left me the executor of his estate. It was a difficult time for my family and I. Greg was very personable, understanding, and ready to help walk me though the difficulties following the death of a loved one and complicated family drama that comes along with it. There were defiantly some difficult times for me and Greg went above and beyond to make them as easy as possible. He is a great person and runs a very efficient law office. Greg will keep you updated on all matters and is always willing to answer your questions and hear your concerns. I would defiantly recommend him to anyone.

Greg Dunkan is a very knowledgeable lawyer. I was very skeptical and scared to find the right lawyer for a very unique case. Literally all other lawyers I had contacted from from San Diego and Riverside area would not even consider the case they would tell me but there was no such thing. When I contacted Greg for the first time he immediately let me know how he was familiar with the forms of the case and so then I knew I had the right lawyer. From that day on he will always update me with any new information until the day that my relative had her interview and even after to see how the family is doing. We are so very blessed and very thankful. If it literally wasnt for him my cousins wife and baby would not be in the states now. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
