We had an amazing experience with Dan Alexander and his office staff. From the moment we walked through the door, we were warmly greeting and welcomed into the conference room at our appointment time. We were there to get a power of attorney for an aging family member. I expected to be there for 20 minutes and quickly sign the paperwork that had been prepared based on the form we submitted in advance. However, Mr. Alexander took the time to make sure our family member and I understood each element of the power being granted and asked additional questions to explain various options. A few changes were made on the spot and we were out the door within an hour. Mr. Alexanders respectful way of genuinely listening, explaining and ensuring accuracy was unexpected and extraordinary.

Dan helped us update our trust and wills. His staff helped prepare everything before had, with several calls/emails to get questions answered, so when we came in, all the documents were ready. He patiently explained everything, made some corrections based on our feedback, updated the docs, and then we were able to sign, all in 1 visit. Dan and his team are great to work with!

I had two trusts completed by this firm, and an addendum as well. There were NO surprises, and everything went as smoothly as possible. I can highly recommend this firm.Most importantly to note was a property tax issue that was discovered, and brought to my attention.Daniel told me I should speak directly with the County Assessor regarding some papers that werent recorded properly years ago, or if he added one of my properties to my trust without speaking to the Assessor first, I could be liable for THOUSANDS of dollars in back fees!The Assessor said Daniel was correct, and that the error would be corrected. They said they were impressed Daniel understood how well the Assessors Office works, and to head of a potentially very expensive problem.

Dan and his team helped my family and I build our Family Trust. As the first in our families to attempt this, my spouse and I were nervous and overwhelmed but Dans team handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. We really appreciated their ability to make this entire daunting, ADULTING experience a positive and easy one. Definitely would recommend to family and friends! I have already referred an individual to the law office of Daniel H. Alexander. Our Trust was arranged with professionalism, patience for answering our numerous questions, and even some friendly shared humor. Really, the entire office staff made it easy. And when we felt ambivalent about a decision, the pros and cons were provided in a measurable and accessible manner. It does take some time to get an appointment, and my encouragement is that the wait is well worth it.

Connected with Daniel via his presentation on estate planning at my workplace. No one likes to think about death (especially ones own) and Daniel made the whole estate planning process seem easy. We got our trust done in 2019 and we just updated it. Him and his staff and professional, friendly, and super efficient. I have recommended his services to friends and they are also very pleased.

Due to a disability, I cannot easily travel so Dan allowed me to use zoom. He thoroughly went over the details of the trust to make sure I understood everything. Dan was open to my asking questions & did not indicate he was annoyed. Dan was patient, kind, courteous & listened to any concerns I had. He earned more than 5 stars.Thank you, Dan
