Our attorney, Michael Anderson, is bright, competent, interesting, friendly and did his best to save us money. This is important to us because we have a simple problem that doesnt require a great deal of work. A previous lawyer charged us $200,000 and LOST the case due to inattention and due to NOT trying to help us or save us money.

Initially reached out for information regarding starting a trust. Got an appt with the lawyer and he answered every question and even gave more information than what my questions were even asking. Got a quote and because of the manner and informative nature of the lawyer I immediately started the process for the trust. Anytime I had questions they were only an email away and if the question was more complicated then theyre only a phone call away. After starting the process the whole process was effortless and straightforward. They sent the drafts and I corrected what was needed and even ended up adding to my trust with no problems. Final draft came did my part and sent and in no time at all I was receiving the completed trust. There were typos but even those were corrected quickly and professionally. Loved working with this office. Will recommend.

We met Daniel Hunt as a “coincidence” when we were looking for an experienced and competent trust attorney to clean up a messy trust prepared by a previous attorney. Dan reviewed our existing trust, pointed out several problems (beyond the ones we already knew about), and assured us that the trust could be corrected so it would stand up in court. Both Dan and his staff were great to work with. And the seminars and updates the office provides are outstanding. We especially appreciate the fact that Dan specializes in trusts and wills and doesn’t work in multiple areas of law, thus giving him the time and expertise needed to keep current on the trust laws.
