He is my go to lawyer!! 7 years ago,He helped me to get E-2 visa and it was really difficult time to get any visa. And this time, he helped me to get green card!! Ruben and his assistants are really kind and always give me proper advice and take care of my case very well.I totally recommend him!!

5 stars isn’t enough! They need more!I want to start off with say Thank you to Ruben and his team for ALL their time and assistance. When we had our first consultation the conversation felt great, he gave wonderful info and answered all my million and one questions. Him and his team were always very responsive during the process. I love the updates they gave us. I just love the amount of patience and kindness Ruben and his team had because we all know how anxious an immigration situation can be. My husband and I met Ruben this past year and we had the best experience. As soon as we called his office they quickly set an appointment to meet with us. From there we knew we wanted him to rep us for our situation. We made payment that same day, submitted our paperwork, and within a few short months we can happily say our situation had changed for the better! Ruben is very thorough and goes step-by-step answering all your questions and concerns. He has a wonderful assistant to help with information, too. Not once did we feel lost. Ruben Definitely knows what he is doing. We were facing a very difficult situation with a renewal of H4 for my dependents that was denied. Even facing a 10 year bar and other consquences for my wife due to the neglicence of my previous lawyer. He was able to help us overcome the decision filing a Nunc Pro Tunc process that was properly justified, and after a request for evidence he was able to justify why we went that way and in less than a month my dependents H4 was renewed. We appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

I was searching for good reviews Attorney in the internet and I found him. My experience with Attorney Ruben Martinez Jr. was amazing my situation is very difficult and under a lot of pressure he handled my first case while Im in the Philippines and he made it work. Finally, I got my humanitarian visa to travel United States for my husbands remains. When I got here in the US I visited him at his office to thank him personally and he advised me to apply a greencard. I didnt know how it works but I trust him 💯 so, we filed my application last December and finally I get approved just recently. Its unbelievable He is truly a Gods blessings he took all my stress and he lift me up from horrible things happen to me. My case was denied in 2016 but Ruben was able to reopen my case within a month and he was very optimistic and helped every step of the way and he got my case approved,i went to see other attorneys and they all said to pack up and go back to mexico but not Ruben,, he didnt give up and now i got my green card and went to visit my family in mexico after 20 yrs,,,,,,Ruben is always on top of everything and he is always reachable when you call i am very happy and thankful that God put him in my way,,,,,,Thank you Ruben God bless you always,,,,,
