Jonathan Lyvere helped assist with the preparation of my divorce paperwork to get my divorce across the finish line. I had some errors in my original filings prior to working with Jonathan that he quickly identified, corrected and refiled on my behalf. Jonathan is knowledgeable, courteous and professional.The process for dealing with the courts these days is more difficult as you cant do anything in person. Having Jonathan on my side to walk me through each step and handle the filing process with the court was like a breath of fresh air.Jonathan had my best interests in mind with the solutions he presented to me. Jonathans rates are fair and he made a very difficult time in my life much easier. I spoke with a few other attorneys prior to hiring Jonathan and none of them put me at ease they way Jonathan did. I highly recommend his services.

I needed help with a family law matter and a friend recommended Jonathan. I checked out his reviews online and made an appointment. He was responsive and direct. I was pleased to find that all the positive and kind words about Jonathan were accurate. He was reassuring and knowledgeable during a confusing and emotional process (dealing with the last part of a divorce during the pandemic). Within a few weeks of meeting with him, my divorce was finalized. I would recommend him to friends and plan to request his help if I need legal services again.

I never would have gotten anywhere with out Jonathan’s help. He made everything so simple and easy and worry free. Jonathan provided such a professional experience thought me a lot of what the process of divorce is and showed me how it’s not just a matter of signing papers there are procedures and dates to attend court. I would highly recommend Jonathan for legal services. I enlisted his help in my divorce case and he was able to get my divorce finalized in approximately 2.5 months. He re-filed my case and walked me through the entire process. I felt really comfortable and did not have to worry about any of the details. In early 2016 I was suddenly in the need of the services of a family law attorney. I found Jonathan online doing a search for local attorneys and since I lived in Hayward and his office was less than ten minutes from my house this was a logical choice. I also noticed right away he had a 5 star rating on other websites and now I know why.Jonathan guided me through the process of my divorce with professionalism and forthright communication from the beginning. His advice was spot on and pretty much everything he said would happen, happened. I never felt that I was in the wrong place. I never once considered changing counsel. I have spoken to several attorneys regarding my case and with the pandemic it was not easy. I found Mr. Lyvere. He was straight foward, didnt leave anything out on how to proceed and what I wanted out of my divorce. He understood me and what I have gone through. He replies back to my email and messages as well as calling me back when Im free to talk pretty quick. He was really informative and walked me through the whole process. His rate is fair and reasonable and he gives me a monthly statement for what was done. I definitely will recommend him to everyone I know who needs an attorney. I had called/met with a few other attorneys in the bay area before giving Jonathan call. Also I had Kelly Gamble as my attorney who left me with a very bad experience.My initial impression was that Johnathan was very direct and up-to-the-point about the case as he listened to my case very carefully before he gave me feedback. He told me that he didnt think i needed him to present me in court because my case was very straight forward which i was not prepared to hear from an attorney as i understand that was where the attorneys make most of their money.He asked me to send him all the court documents and my own records of everything to support my case. he even went to the court to obtain a copy of the full report of my case because i was having trouble getting it myself.The following week, I met up with Johnathan again to collect all the document he was worked on and it was perfect clear and easy to read. He showed me how to present myself in court with a personalized binder.Long story short, my case went smoothly and Johnathan even called me to check on me after the court hearing.Johnathan is the exact opposite of the sum all of the unpalatable stereotypes about attorneys, and Id recommend him to anyone considering his services.
