I have known Fernando since before he opened his own law firm, and have always found his competency and empathy towards injury victims admirable. Unfortunately, there will likely be a day that we all experience a personal injury; when my time came, I immediately contacted Fernando.Fernando and Joel made the process relatively simple by handling the legal processes for me with minimal burden. I was always kept updated as to next steps and what to expect. I felt well-represented throughout my case, which settled for a satisfactory amount. I unfortunately needed help from a lawyer after I was in a car accident. From the first time we spoke to the day he handed me my settlement check Fernando was amazing. He was very thorough and explained everything. He answered all my questions and kept me in the loop about every step in the process. I appreciated more than anything that he was realistic from the beginning about what the settlement would be and what the timeline would look like. One of the best lawyer in town. I had a very difficult case and didnt even realize that I even had a case to begin with. No one ever wants to have to need an attorney. I had questions regarding two matters. Fernando Brito was made himself available to answer all questions.
