If I could give David 10 stars I would. I came to him in desperation with a simple bankruptcy. David walked me through this process as painlessly as possible, answered my questions, listened to my frustrations and fear. David truly walks the walk and means what he says about helping the little person breathe while he tackles the big organizations. This is an updated review from a year ago and reposted as recently I discovered one of those organizations is not reportingpayments to credit bureaus . I reached out to David for help and received the same level of amazing support in that he picked up where we left off to help me clean up my numbers.At the time of this review Davids last statement to me waslet me help you deal with this financial entity so you can live your life. Thank you for living up to your words.This is the original review I accidentally deleted itit was posted 1/30/2023David I cannot thank you enough for walking me through a simple and not to be feared bankruptcy. To me it was far from simple and also terrifying and you were kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable throughout. To anyone reading this I cannot recommend David highly enough. He walks the walk and is STILL helping me after my discharge in the aftermath of Chapter 7 ( meaning unlocking accounts that should be unlocked ) . He truly means his statements that he wants to get the big entities off your back. Thank you is just not enough but perhaps this will help someone in the future.Bless you and yours David.

I take writing reviews very seriously as I have only written 2 in my life, and this is one of them. David Gardner, hands down, is the best bankruptcy attorney by far not only because of his plethora of knowledge, but the way he gets you through the process. It is obviously a very stressful and hard time in your life and he literally does what he says and makes the process so smooth and keeps you protected from everything throughout the entire time with creditors, family, being available, etc…Looking back I thought this was it for me with no way out and it was entirely opposite. If you hire David and just listen to what he says you will be blessed you chose to use him. If I could I would hire David for all of my attorney needs.

I have had the opportunity to meet with David Gardner on three occasions to help other individuals find solutions for various issues. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and down to earth. His negotiating skills were most helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to consult regarding debt issues and bankruptcy. One issue we consulted him on was related to a real estate matter where we had obtained a small claims judgment against a person who did not disclose numerous problems with the property during the sale. That person later filed for bankruptcy and was trying to use bankruptcy to get out of the judgment debt. However, David indicated that if any fraud was involved in the transaction that allowed us to get a judgment against him, then he could not get out of the debt through bankruptcy. Based on that advice, and because of the fraud, the person had to pay the judgment (over three years as I recall), but did pay us. Had we not consulted David, we would not have gotten paid. I appreciate his expertise in various areas. David was also of invaluable assistance in resolving a lawsuit against my disabled sister and nephew and negotiating a settlement that allowed them to keep their home. My sister described him as her guardian angel.

I found Mr. Gardner to be knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. He walked us through our bankruptcy, aided us during the period after my husbands paralyzing stroke, and was always pleasant to deal with. David Gardner was extremely informative, personable, and professional in helping us through the BK process. It goes without saying that a BK brings on an anxiety that just doesnt seem to go away. David helped alleviate most of the anxiety by explaining the process and calming our worries.
