Laura and her team helped me sell my condo in the summer/fall of 2018. Im not going to lie, my condo was a challenge to sell - from location, HOA challenges, repairs needed, through to a nervous buyer. When the buyer got nervous during escrow, Laura was quick to arrange a call with the buyer and her realtor so that we could assure her there was nothing to be nervous about. Through it all, Laura and her team were supportive and worked with me to make sure I got the best deal I could and moved escrow through quickly and painlessly. Oh, and her staging is beautiful and is provided at no extra cost! Im not quite ready to buy yet, but when I am, I would definitely work with Laura and her team again!

Laura and her team did a great job for us in getting our home sold. Initially, she met us in person, toured the house, shared about her expertise, and then outlined her marketing plan. We were very impressed! Over the next couple days, we met many of her team members in person and communicated via text with all of them throughout the sale. The marketing was outstanding, including fabulous photos of the house and yard for use on line and in a beautiful brochure for people coming into one of the open house events. Laura had the house staged to maximize appeal, but we were still able to live in the home. Laura was also available via phone as we went through a brief waiting period prior to the submission of a fantastic offer. The house sold in nine days, which we thought was amazing in the current market. We would highly recommend Laura Wucher to all.

Laura and her team did a phenomenal job selling our home at top dollar in a very challenging market. With interest rates quickly rising and getting close to the winter/holiday season, we werent optimistic that we would sell the house at the price we needed. Laura and her team proved us wrong.From the start, we interviewed a few strong/proven real-estate agents in our market. Laura was professional, personable and posed a confidence that we would be successful in selling our home for top dollar. It was clear she had a strong presence in our market as we have seen many, many SOLD signs with her as the seller. Ultimately, we chose Laura and her team based on a few differentiating factors we found to be important in an agent and team.Her Sereno team was quick to act, communicate, very nice staging, AMAZING photos and marketing materials, open houses were very successful with a lot of positive traffic and circling of some potential buyers. Laura Wucher and her team were amazing people to work with during the sell of our home. We had interviewed numerous agents and decided to go with Laura based on her expertise. We felt she was spot on with the price point and how best to promote our home more than any other Realtor we had interviewed.Laura has a few stagers she works with and they did an amazing job staging our home. They will help you with suggestions on what needs to be changed to get your home in tiptop shape and ready to sell.. She has numerous contractors and inspectors to make the process stress free! The MLS listing looked picture perfect, with twilight shots in the evening that were stunning.We had to delay putting our home on the market due to the weather and Laura was very patient and understanding through the whole process.Once our house went on the market. Laura (and team) were extremely helpful in assisting us throughout the sale process. This is the second home that we sold through Laura.Recently, we were selling a rental property (while living in another state). We had a GREAT experience selling and buying houses with Laura and her team. We were able to sell during the Christmas holidays without even listing or having an open house. When we decided to sell Laura already had a great buyer just perfect for us. On the other end of the deal Laura and team helped us close on a house we fell in love with without any sort of drama. I was in the market to sell a house. This is not something I do often therefore I was looking for a professional that had market knowledge and was very experienced. I needed a real Sherpa and since thousands of dollars were at play, I also needed someone I could absolutely trust. After selling my house for 20% over asking, I can honestly say, I found that agent/ Sherpa, Laura Wucher and Team. Her knowledge of the entire process and ability work with my ideas provided the calm I needed. She made it feel like we had done this many times before from the point of selecting a listing price all the way to sitting at the table and navigating the final negotiations.As with all successful individuals, they understand the power of a great team. I can’t say enough about the support mechanism behind Laura. A few examples of where my expectations were clearly exceeded:The stagers were very skilled at their trade. They had a very keen attention to detail and this complimented the craft that went into the house renovation. When I entered the house after they were done, I was amazed at what a little furniture and color to could do to a property.
