Klaus was able to provide me with 5 star support with mymattress order. He went out of his way to make things just right for me. Cant say enough good things about the mattress itself also, exceeded my expectations. Sleeping cool and comfortable.

Very happy with my purchase. First I ordered a med-soft queen and just wanted a little more cushion - I reached out and Klaus (customer service rep) totally rectified the situation by sending a complimentary soft mattress pad. REALLY appreciate such customer service and the quality is great - organic, natural, no weird smells. Once I researched how toxic other mattresses are - I will now always seek out only organic options. Thanks for keeping me well while I sleep!

Klaus was incredibly helpful. When the first mattress we ordered was too firm for our liking, he helped us navigate the return process with ease. He was incredibly responsive which made the process simple and made me want to purchase with them again.The only thing that I think the company needs to be more transparent about is the return process. For a california king to be returned it requires a pick-up which cost $99, so not free. You have to dig a little bit to find this information on the website which can feel sneaky.

I had a wonderful experience with Klaus from customer service. I ordered a Queen 2-Sided Natural Latex Mattress back in October of 2023. My wife and I have been the most comfortable we have ever been on a mattress and it was so nice that there was no smell to offgas. We had one unfortunate thing happened that the package was damaged in shipping and mold grew on our mattress after 2 months. Klaus of the utmost help getting us a replacement mattress. We are so happy to get off our couch and back on this great mattress. Thank you so much for the top notch customer service.

Store selling amazing latex mattresses. Bought one for my son and loved it so much that I bought another one for my daughter. Received both mattresses fast. There was an issue with the second mattress. I contacted customer service and the issue was resolved quickly and hassle free. Klaus quickly placed another order for replacement and scheduled the pick up for the other mattress. Very satisfied with their customer service as well.

Good and Bad, made better by Klaus!Ordered a Queen size (60x80) from Latex for Less and received the incorrect size (54x75). Contacted customer support and Klaus took care of the issue in a transparent professional manner. Great communication via email. Correct mattress processing and if all goes well with shipping we will be sleeping better soon!

I had so many questions, and customer service representative Leo, was so patient and helpful and really attentive to my concerns. He was so knowledgeable, and he stayed with me until I was completely satisfied. He was able to accommodate special requests and ensure that I had the confirmation I needed. He really knows how to roll with the customer and super related and nice. I bought a King mattress and am very satisfied! Now that I know Customer Service is so good, I am confident to shop here.

We recently ordered a mattress from Latex for Less, but unfortunately had to cancel the order (for reasons unrelated to Latex for Less.) We contacted Klaus at their customer support center, and he was prompt, personable, and helpful. Though we will not be buying from them right now, based on this interaction, we will definitionally be considering them for future orders. This is customer service should be done!

Service request 73135Bought the 12” latex mattress in firm. And added a 2” latex topper in soft. Then remembered the topper cover. 2 orders, with cover shipping separate. So I was confused about how the cover went on the topper ( cover comes inside out). Called customer service and talked to Klaus, who emailed me a video of the cover being put onto a topper. The company is in the wrong sector - online commerce - since it doesn’t take returns on unopened merchandise like the pillow I ordered (the “solid”latex pillow). It lures customers in with direct marketing and low prices but doesn’t stand by the quality of its products.We’ll see if the company is still around in a few years.
