After undergoing wavefront Lasik surgery nine months ago, Id like to express gratitude to the attentive and kind team. It is evident that the whole team works very hard to provide exceptional service. Dr. Bindi was very caring and talked me through the surgery which made the process much more pleasant and relaxed. Their recently remodeled San Jose location is very clean and modern in addition to offering the convenience of being seen in their Pleasanton location. I did my surgery with the goal of playing team sports without glasses and I am very happy that Lasiks and Dr. Bindi has given me that opportunity. While the service was exceptional, I have some suggestions for improvement.As a healthcare professional, I understand individual recovery can vary. I wish the team had been more transparent about the recovery process. They assured me of a quick return to normal activities including seeing patients and resuming workout the very next day but that was very far from my recovery. I experienced intense pain and sensitivity for almost 5 days post-surgery and under no circumstances felt comfortable working out or doing work, contrary to expectations (a numbing eye drop would have been very much appreciated specially for the first night). This discrepancy made planning difficult and caused some inconvenience. It’s better to be honest and not to downplay the normal recovery time that is needed.Additionally, during two consultations, I was told my surgery would be straightforward due to my low prescription (-1.75). However, I wasnt informed about potential permanent or temporary halo effects, impacting my night vision. I did go back for a check up and was advised to wear glove compartment glasses for driving since some of the halos could be from residual astigmatism and residual decrease in vision from one eye. While offered a corrective procedure, Im hesitant due to fear of worsening the issue. Openly discussing risks alongside benefits would enhance the decision-making process and eliminate surprise side effects.

I am so happy I had my lenses replace. From beginning to the end my experience with the Laser Eye Center was amazing. I decided to get my lenses replace because I didnt like to wear glasses and I was getting to the stage of having to wear bifocal. After my consultation with Dr. Ling, I knew this was for me.The staff was amazing. I have better vision then I could every imagine. I can read fine print and actually read the small print on the television.I went in with no fear because knew I was I in great hands. Everything went perfect. I would totally recommend this procedure. Its worth going in and getting a consultation.

The whole experience was amazing! The staff was very efficient and professional. Dr. Bindi make you feel so comfortable and not scare of the surgery. I didn’t feel any pain and I can see everything clear like 8 hours after. My whole take on the surgery is “I should have this procedure done a years ago!” 👍

One of the best decision I ever made. Day 1 after surgery and I can already see and read without glasses. The staff has the best customer service I ever seen in my life. Everyone is so nice and experienced in their job that makes you feel so comfortable. DR Bindi di my procedure and he made sure I was comfortable and he explained the whole procedure before he started. Thank you so very much everyone at Lase Eye Center.

The process from the first consultation appointment to the 3 months post surgery check up has been really great. I was able to get schedule for SMILE procedure a few week after my first consultation appointment. Everyone has been very helpful and they’re always available for questions. During my first consultation appointment, Doctor Bindi explain everything very clearly including all the options and the risk and his recommendation. Overall I have a really great experience and will definitely recommend Laser Eye Center of Silicon Valley to everyone who’s thinking about getting LASIK procedure.

I’m so happy with a great result of my clear vision today. I highly encourage my partner to do it so he’ll have a good vision like me. I really appreciate the entire staff of laser eye center of Silicon Valley and I’m so glad I did it soon. I highly recommend to my relatives, friends and colleagues to get it done with laser eye center.

I had a wonderful experience in the Laser Eye Center of Silicon Valley with Doctor Ling and other staff there. Everyone helps me with the pre-operation test and the surgery, the over all process, are very nice, patient, and professional. The feeling that waking up and seeing the world clearly is amazing, no need to find my glasses any more! Thank Laser Eye Center, all staff, and especially Doctor Ling!

Amazing experience with Dr Ling.I had evo ICL surgery and went great, I had some pain due to dryness of my of my eyes and they took care of it right away with contact lens band aid and the day after was totally healed.In general great experience working with them and highly recommend the laser eye center of Silicon Valley

What an amazing facility to work with! I had put off LASIK for years but finally decided to check it out. After some research and consultations from a few Bay Area Dr’s I decided to go with Dr Ling and Laser Eye Center of Silicon Valley for a number of reasons but overall I thought they were the right for for me. They worked effortlessly to ensure I was making the right “permanent” decision on my eyes. I have to say the recovery is amazing faster than I anticipated. Most of all it is next to impressive that I can now wake up and see without glasses or contacts. Very much appreciative to all the Dr’s and staff at Laser Eye Center of Silicon Valley!

Dr Ling is amazing. He is very cautious, competent, and professional with great people skills. He can be firm but gentle in the way he addressed my concerns. The entire staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. Today is my first day post op and I can see the small prints just fine. If you are struggling with near sight, far sight, and cataract like I did, there is no down side to getting this done. I wish I done sooner. I hope you all talk them at least.
