If I could give him a 10 star rating that still would not be enough. Never have I worked with such a caring and thoughtful realtor. From the 1st day we met With Larry, He made the experience of selling my moms home effortless. From the first meeting all the way to the end of the closing His professionalism stood out. If you’re a first time homeowner, I couldn’t recommend Larry enough! He made the process so easy, fun and truly listened to what we wanted from a home. Larry really operates and provides service above and beyond. He is knowledgeable, and most importantly, attentive and understanding on a human level. We were first time buyers, thrust into the process a good time sooner than we had planned, and he helped us navigate without hesitation! To put it into context, we met Larry originally when he was hosting a rental open house, which we ended up renting. When the landlord gave notice that he wouldnt be renewing the lease, we agreed on a time to give back the property, but alas he changed his mind last minute. Larry helped us get through the hunt, placing an offer, and navigating escrow. He was always on the ball, happy to listen, and offer a voice of encouragement amidst such a difficult time.We are SO grateful he was able to work with us given a tight timeframe. My wife and I found Larry on Youtube as we were actively searching for a real estate agent to assist us with the sale of our home. While other agents had minimized potential flaws with the home or obstacles we would likely face when selling it, Larry met the challenges head on and provided strategies and a game plan to meet them.-a valuable stream of recommendations for service providers (general contractor, landscaper, house cleaning service, carpet cleaning, etc), each of whom did a fantastic job. A friend of mine referred my wife and me to Larry over two years ago when we were looking to sell our townhome in Newbury Park. We really appreciated how strategic and evolved his approach was in order drive appeal and capture a large pool of interested buyers. We felt really great about the entire process, and how the transaction ended as a whole. There were no hiccups or miscues. Everything worked out just as planned. Fast-forward to present day, we reached back out to Larry as our family was ready and prepared to dip our toes into the home buying market. This should probably be clue into how we felt about Larry. We felt comfortable trusting him again in helping us make our biggest decision - buying a home. Larry did not pressure us at all, and allowed us to see every single house we were interested in (even if it was a new property that just appeared the day before). We also appreciated how personable and professional he was with other realtors. It made us feel like we had a good one. He was very flexible, and we always felt like he had our best interests in mind. At the end of the day, we ended up purchasing a house in an area we werent even considering originally. Now, we couldnt be happier. His perspective was very appreciated and we are very thankful today. At the end of the day, Larry is also just a good person and very down to earth. Larry was absolutely amazing, every step of the way. We were first time homebuyers with a long list of musts, wants, must-nots and little to no knowledge of the homebuying process. Larry walked us through, gave us expert insight on each house and the area encompassing them. He was quick to get us bookings to check out our houses, and wasnt pushy to just close. He clearly wanted us to get the house we would love to live in (and we do!). Even since closing he has been amazing, giving us amazing referrals and being all-around a great person to have worked with. Cannot recommend him more.
