Awesome Experience. We went all the way from Santa Clarita as Luis (Vargas) assured us that they will be able to make the deal that we wanted happen. We just got a new car.we got a really good deal from Joseph. I love the way the entire team work as a family on customer’s side to make the deal happen. David and Dustin helped us to find the right car and Mark camein at the end to finish the deal and is our guy from before. We bought our first car from him and he was just as helpful this time. My husband and I had a great experience at Larry H Miller Toyota dealership from start to finish. For the first time in years we had a great sales representative names Luis Vargas (make sure to ask for him) He immediately helped us out over the phone sent us a video and pictures of the vehicle we were interested in. He was extremely knowledgeable in all the vehicles . We came into the dealership no one rushed us and tried to immediately hassle with us. Luis was very helpful and cool to talk to the entire time he treated us like actual people and listened to our every concern and interest we had . We’ve been to 4 other dealerships including crown Toyota, & Toyota Claremont where we by far had the absolute worst experience with the sales reps and entire staff at Claremont Toyota . Luis Vargas did not once treat us poorly or not serious given the fact that my husband and I were a young couple. Everyone in the entire dealership was friendly helpful and we were able to walk off the lot with a great deal on a 4Runner ! The finance gentleman named Jeff that helped us out was so amazing from start to finish as well. I typically hate even going into dealerships to inquire these days given the way the market is and how the reps talk to potential customers Rudely especially at Claremont Toyota but Luis Vargas, his sales managers and Jeff from finance all helped us out so much and the whole process only took 2- 2 1/2 hrs. If you’re looking for the perfect place to get a great car with a great experience this is the best place to go! We’ve been from San Diego all the way to Santa Barbara looking dealership to dealership and no place took care of us like here ! THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE L.H MILLER TOYOTA TEAM !! I just want to say thank you LMH and my sales person, Jesus. I have been searching for a manual Supra for months. After talking to at least 7-8 dealers, Longo and LMH are the only ones selling their Supra without added mark ups. Jesus was excellent with his communication and personally deliver the car to my house because I was too busy to pick it up myself. Id definitely recommend and comeback here for future purchases. Ask for Jesus, Im sure he will take of you.

I leased a vehicle on 5/3/24 and sold my vehicle to cover the down payment for the lease. The lease process was positive but now it has been over 6 weeks and I have yet to receive my trade in check for $13,000. I have attempted to discuss the issue multiple times with the dealership, asking for an update on my trade in check but the dealership had been unresponsive. The lack of communication and follow through has tainted the positive aspects of the leasing experience at this dealership.

I normally have good experiences with this dealerships; however, on today I had an appointment scheduled for 10:15am on 5/15/24. The service advisor was Martin. Upon exchanging pleasantries and discussing what I was having my car serviced for, the gentleman asked me ‘are you flexing on me because you have the day off?’ The guy repeated this twice, as if he didn’t understand individuals could have schedules that aren’t the same as his. You all should do a better job at instructing your folks on how to interact with customers. This was an off putting experience and I can’t say I’ll be bringing my car back to these individuals.

I am directing this towards the service reception department.I went in yesterday to get my tire fixed. It had a little metal piece in it that caused my tire to leak air and become flat.It just needed to be patched, easy fix.I scheduled an appointment and was told that it would be $40 just to get it fixed. (Ihaven’t even had the car a month and was told that my extended warranty would cover something like this)They then come back and tell me that my tire is not fixable and I will need a brand new tire. They tried charging me $266.89 for a new tire. I told them no, that’s too much. They then said they could knock off $20. I said no. They then told me they could give me another tire it just wouldn’t match all my other ones. I was considering due to desperation of needing my tire fixed. They said it would be $160. I said no, that’s too much.They then brought my car back to me and I get in to find my little trash can that I had on the door just thrown in the back on the floor.Moving on from that, my father in law who is pretty educated about cars took a look at my tire and told me that it is such a minor fix. He took it to a tire shop and they patched it and only charged me $16!!!!All I’m trying to say is, this was a very upsetting experience and I feel very disappointed. I wouldn’t trust some of their recommendations.

Took our Tundra in for the software update recall service. Was completed within the time frame given. At intake the service attendant stated he hoped we would return for future services. Have used this dealership for 20+ years prior to the new ownership and would always get our vehicles back freshly washed. What a disappointment that after having our vehicle for three hours it was returned unwashed. Maybe they no longer offer this? Not a great way to build customer retention. Service personnel were very courteous though.

Angel did a great job of getting my car ready after I brought it in with a bad tire, and noticed I was due for an oil change/rotation service. He got me out after just a few hours which worked fine because I usually wait for my cars to be serviced rather than wait at home.

I have been there many times, and both of my cars are being maintained there, but this time I am very angry. My car ran 15000 miles, which should have been a free maintenance. When I communicated with the receptionist again, I didnt listen carefully to what he said, just signed and went to wait. But when I made the payment afterwards, I found out that he asked me to do a four-wheel alignment, but my car only ran 15000 miles. Should I do that service? I dont need it! The funniest thing is that he told me in the end that he wanted me to have a wonderful day, which was so ironic and disgusting! I will never recommend my friends to go there again, and I will no longer trust the staff here. Its really disappointing.

Scheduled an oil changed, lady on the phone told me 49.95 deal was only available during the week was the weekend price 69.95, then I showed up and they wanted to charge me 99.99. This is after they charged me 200$ for an alignment when my inner tie-rods were bad, completely making the alignment pointless. I bought my 4Runner there, but they have lost my business.

Service of this place has gone down significantly since the last time i came in.They didnt update the status of my car. I had to call to follow up to find out that it was completed hours ago. My car was not washed after the service. Worse of all, the floor mat on the driver side was thrown in the back of the seat. It was not even put back properly when i received my car. I sure did NOT expect this kind of service at a dealership.I only give them 1 star because the greeter was nice, polite, and helpful.

I had a great experience with this dealership. I have purchased several vehicles and always dread the games salesman play. They will post a great deal on a vehicle then get you in the office and try to add a ton of dealer add ons and mark ups racking up thousands of dollars. On top of that the finance manager will use pressure tactics to add on extras and additional warranties. Not here in this dealership!I saw a 2024 Tacoma 4x4 off road on their website and thought it was a great deal. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Leo the online sales guys. He was polite and straight forward on the price. When he showed me the truck, I noticed he did not try to add any dealer markups, or paint protection, or vin etching, or LoJack etc… the price I saw was the price I paid. He made it easy fast and enjoyable.He sent me over the finance manager, Nicholas. I was prepared for pressure tactics, tricks, hidden fees but nothing! He offered some warranties which we declined and he didn’t push at all! All dealers should be like these guys! We were out with our new truck feeling good about the whole experience which is a first for me at a dealership.I also noticed an accessory was missing from my truck after I got home. I followed up with Leo, my salesman and to my surprise he came through and had a replacement part within the week.100% satisfied with my deal. If you are in the market, be smart, do your homework and ask questions. Your experience may be different than mine but I give credit where credit is due and these guys hit it out of the park. I will definitely be giving them an honest crack at my business in the future.

I Went into Larry H miller Toyota Corona today to check out a black GR Corolla. This dealership went above and beyond to help with with the car and the sale. Everything went perfectly. Bill Brixey and Mike Thatcher were amazing and made the experience the best I have ever had. One of the worst Toyota dealers I have ever seen in seven years, this is my six car, me and my husband we always lease our cars through Toyota and we never had any problems with services, we have been doing service in Glendora and Claremont dealers for years with no problems, staff always professional, excellent customer service and quick service too.We moved to Corona area and that location is the closest one to us, so we never expected we will have issues with them, we booked an appointment ( a day before)through automated system, arrived there 10 minutes before the appointment, waited in line for more than 20 minutes, staff going around without even acknowledging me that someone will be helping soon, until finally someone came in, he got all the information and then told me that it will be a charge for the service, I replied back the car is leased and I want to get the free service that comes with the lease( oil change, tire rotation…etc) he didn’t seem happy, but he said okay.The next question was the wheels keys, I did the service for this car 4 times no one asked me for the wheels keys, so I looked in the car, unfortunately couldn’t find it anywhere, he said we can’t help you since you don’t have it, I replied really!!! Can I speak with the manager ? Manager came with same attitude very poor management skills so I left, now I’m at Riverside dealership with no appointment, no questions about wheels keys, excellent customer service.If you don’t like your job or don’t know how to do it, you either improve yourself by getting training, or find another job that you really like, but don’t give attitude to the people who are keeping your business open until now, you’re destroying Toyota’s reputation.

I would like to write about my last car buying experience at this store. At that time, we had just applied for admission in the United States and were preparing to purchase our first car in full. We started talking very well with the dealer and the price was basically agreed upon. But when they made the payment later, their leader said they would never sell it to us for any amount of money. I feel very frustrated. However, we easily bought the car we wanted in full at other Toyota stores. I still dont understand why this store looks like this, is it discrimination?

The car rental girl never got her name was impolite and when I complained to her I saw her smile and smirk to another employee she never gave me a copy of contract just put tablet in front of me to sign brought car without any explanation of use etc and letter when I was home and downloaded. I have purchased extended warranty offered by sales rep upon signing contract. It is so useless and very distressing whenever I come by to drop off the car at the dealer shop. It is all same at different branch. Idk if their system is not showing or staff is not trained to know customers warranty status. Pls stop asking for extra payment as we have still left far to go another year.Other than that, much better than Pasadena location in terms of service and speed of service.

Went to Larry Miller to have my Highlander for engine check light I saw in their website they offer free diagnostic,I usually do my Maintenance to Toyota Huntington Beach, I dont want to drive To Toyota HB because I have a bad Thermostat my Highlander Might Overheat in Freeway living near Toyota Larry Miller I have decided to Visit their dealership just to check how the dealership is, Arriving I was immediately greeted but informed there is a 175 diagnostic fee, I told the adviser i just need to confirm the If the Problem is the thermostat by just doing a simple diagnostic check still he insisted on $ 175 fee.After the Diagnostic a lot of additional charges from changing fluids, changing oil, transmission fluids, everything was an add on, defective strut,filter dirty I even told him my Highlander had just a multipoint inspection 2 months ago was a perfect condition .As I was waiting in Dealership, I had an opportunity to look around the Dealership for Available Vehicle the reason we are planning to replace our Highlander with a new one, As I was looking around nobody in the dealership greeted me ask me if i need anything there were a lot of Salesman and Toyota people just sitting and walking around and talking unlike in HuntingTon Beach the Sales Person will approached and greet you if they see you looking for any vehicle,I was there for almost 15 minutes walking around checking the Display vehicle nobody even bother to ask me if i need help so disappointed with the dealership.The service of vehicles took so long, The service advisor seems upset,I did not avail of the Recommended service.I dont mind paying $175 but for the Service I received I will not go back to the Larry Miller Toyota Corona nor Recommend it to my Friend and Family who are majority are Toyota Owner to Service or Buy new Vehicle.

Bad customer service experience. Went in to speak with Sales person, and he was not there. When another sales person decided to assist us, he wasn’t helpful at all. When asking question about the car he would say “ I don’t know what you talked about with the other guy, I’m just stuck with you guys” . I then asked about the change in pricing from what it showed online / CarGurus and he said he couldn’t sell it to us on that price, since the car is selling so well. I then said that would be false advertising then. He then said the fine print on the website saves them from any legal action. Unbelievable. Me and my family ended up going to Honda and purchasing a new Accord. Won’t be going back there and definitely not recommending this place.

I was there to reserve a 4Runner TRD Pro. I reside in San Diego, CA and they made me drive to the Dealership to reserve it (almost 2 hours away). Seems like that might be a standard so its fine I guess, I did think that might have been a better deal so made sense for me to drive. They did 2 things that were very scummy.1- I had a reservation on a TRD Pro on Underground already and they made me cancel it telling me that Toyota doesnt allow multiple reservations (I was going to cancel anyways) and that if I didnt, Toyota would not let me buy either one. So they lied to my face just to secure their sale and since I wouldn t have any other option. And the guy who told me was one of the managers I think. Short bald guy2- A week after, a local dealership called me about being willing to trade their TRD Pro for the one I was interested in so I agreed. I talked to them and they told me that what LHM Corona told me was not true. Toyota doesnt care nor knows anything about reservations. Anyway, I ended up buying the truck with them, I called LHM Corona and they made it sooo hard to get my money back. They refused to refund my money over the phone saying it was a corporate policy. I called LHM Lemon Grove here in San Diego and they told me that they can refund a reservation over the phone, especially if the customer is not from the area. I was lied again by LHM Corona. These guys turned from the best of friends to almost hostile. I talked to a guy over the phone and hung up on me while I was still talking. What was the point of trying to make me drive there when they were not going to get any sale? Just out of spite? If not, they surely made it look and feel like that.The people I spoke to was Omar Mohammed and Saul (which turns out nobody knows his last name?). Omar almost scolded me saying Why did you reserve it if you were not going to buy it? verbatim. And Saul tried to joke at the end about the amount of money I was getting refunded and even said he was going to jump over the policy and do the refund over the phone for me.Terrible experience

I brought my car in at 8:15 & it was ready by 2:30 pm. My steering wheel was shaking when I applied the brakes. They did a diagnostic check, replace brake pads & rotors, rotate tires, & fix windshield wiper (all that I requested). The only they found that it additionally needed was replace brake fluid, throttle fluid injection, & 6 spark plugs which I didn’t mind since it was a reasonable price, nothing outrageous. I trust Miller Toyota with my FJ Cruiser! It runs nice again!

We started off with a predominately English speaker, who nicely asked us if we wanted to a Spanish speaker, in which we agreed since I was translating. Every time I talked to a sales rep, they immediately wanted me to come in, even after I told them I didnt have a car *and* asked if they delivered.There was never any pressure from the team at Larry Miller. I felt comfortable from the first call when I spoke with Joseph. They had a great deal on a Chevy Bolt that we chatted about. After learning that they werent able to do the instant used EV rebate, I initially passed them up, thinking to look elsewhere.I received a text from Greg with a link to a video of the car. Im checking it out thinking Wow, they have a really good CRM system that sends you info of the car after you get off the call with them.I clicked on the link and a video of the car pops up. And Im like Wow, they even take videos of all their cars so they can send them to interested customers, thinking they filmed it once and reused it for every customer. I was really surprised when I opened the video and realized Greg had actually recorded it for *me*. WHAAAAT?After thinking about it (without any pressure from Joseph or Greg), I couldnt pass up on the deal they offered - and also I would eventually end up banging my head against the wall if I continued the car buying process any longer. Ill claim the rebate on my taxes next year.After I reached back out and agreeing on a price, Joseph said that I needed to be there to finalize the paperwork and offered to have someone come PICK ME UP, knowing full well I lived in Koreatown.WHAAAAT?As was promised, Greg picks me up the following morning and takes me the 50 miles there. Everything is great. Once there though, things took a turn for the worse.I could not find an insurance company that would open a policy the same day. I had never had this issue before. Apparently GEICO and many other companies no longer do business in CA and the car insurance business here is in a really weird place right now. Greg and the team were helping me to find solutions the whole time and after more than 2 hours of searching and a tip from Victor, I was able to find a policy! (I was honestly thinking about calling it quits and going home and was probably about 10 minutes from doing so.)Nick helped me with the paperwork and Im thinking its finally going to be smooth sailing. NOPE. I ran into issues with my bank and their support was not being helpful. The only solution Nick and I could figure out was for me to come back with a check within 5 days.I wasnt able to mail it and the thought of having to drive more than 2 hours and 100 miles to drop off a check hit hard (I had already been there 4 hours) and at this point, I really did want to go home because I was exhausted from the car insurance search and the back and forth with the bank. I told Nick I wanted to go and was ready to leave, disappointed the sale couldnt go through - for me and for them.Joseph came to rescue the day and offered to have someone go PICK UP THE CHECK. WHAAAAT? Bless your heart, Greg, for driving out to LA AGAIN for me.They did all this for a USED car. I am speechless (obviously not, considering). Joseph said hed take care of me and he definitely fulfilled his promise. Aside from the crazy stuff that the dealership had no control over, this was the best dealership experience Ive ever had (this is my 9th car).Thank you to you all for your help today. Wasn’t the best service I received at this location. Usually get a courtesy quick wash but not this time. Some vehicles did. Tire pressure wasn’t checked, just the box on the invoice. The good: Customer Service from Steven was great. Quality of work from the technician. Car appears taken care of by them.The bad: keep in mind, this is not my usual dealer. Was surprised to see when I arrived its chaos in terms of the check-in process. You wait in your car and “move up”. This is where the chaos begins. You basically wait until it’s your time to move up. While the other line may move 2-3 cars forward and through who arrived after you, yup, you still wait. Didn’t care for this process. Do better tracking who arrived when.The ugly: Bought my car here in 2022 and purchased the maintenance plan. I asked can I use this at any Toyota dealership (which is why this is not my normal dealership) Was told yes by the finance guy. Turns out, no, you cannot. They are all awful people, overcharge, will tell you your car is non-functional when its brand new. Kept our car for a whole week over the holidays and lied to the warranty company that the car was negligently driven, even though we were told otherwise, so they could extort more money out of us. This was confirmed by our warranty company. Go to a more honest dealership, because we have had nothing but bad experiences here.In the past, they tried to rip me off by overcharging for a bunch of things on a brand-new car, and took them off as soon as I questioned them about it. They are rude, will talk down to you, and are not honestly run. This is the last straw.

I have been a loyal customer to Corona Toyota for seven years and after the construction, they told me they no longer wash cars. last night after picking up my wife’s 4runner, I spoke with another patron, who had her car washed, she said she batted her eyes and they said they would do it. When I went into the cashiers area to ask, they said they do it for some clients. It’s unfortunate they choose to lie and don’t offer this service to all of their clients, and their most loyal clients when this is something that ought to be offered to everyone versus a selective few. I had been a Customer over at Crown Toyotas Service Department and thought Id give Larry H. Miller Toyota a try and my expectations were exceeded. First thing I noticed that was different was that there is no long line waiting to get your vehicle checked in. Second, my trucks oil change was done in under an hour... instead of the 4-5 hours it usually takes at Crown. Third a package of 3 synthetic oil changes, 3 inspections and tire rotations for $170... my last oil change at Crown was $97 and thats all it was - just an oil change... and the mechanics refused to re-install the skid plates. (I found them in the back of my truck with all the mounting hardware missing - this was at Crown.) Fourth, outstanding customer service - Larry H. Miller you now my business.

Made an appointment to bring my daughters car in for a recall. Prior to bringing in they had me give them her vin to make SURE they had parts and did not need to do anything prior to the appt. So Sat brought the car in for 9:30 AM appt; they called me at 3:30 and finally let me know that I needed the app so they could have access to do the electronic recall but it was too late now for me to download the app and told me to come get my car even though they closed at 5 PM and they had my daughters car all day!
