Excellent Computer Repair and Audio/Visual Service!Over the past six months I have had the pleasure of working with Laptop Repair Pros (Eddie is our Tech) for computer repairs, troubleshooting computer problems and last week audio/visual setup. I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Axel was amazing. He spent hours trying to fix my laptop and even contacted Microsoft on my behalf to try and figure it out. In the end, the repair would have cost more than the computer was worth so we decided against it and Axel didnt even charge me for any of his hard work or time. He was awesome and have me for a customer for life.

My cell phone wasnt charging so I took my phone to Laptop Repairs Pros on a late Friday at about 4:45 p.m.. The guys at the store said they would fix it soon. After I left, I went home. Im about an hour my phone was fixed and I picked up my phone about 10 minutes before the repair shop closed. Just great service. I highly recommend them.Terry

We dropped off an Apple laptop with a broken screen. Keep in mind that we first went to the Apple store and they were going to take 5 days to fix it not to mentioned they wanted to upsell us a new one. We decided to shop around and stumbled across this gem. The customer service was incredible and the laptop was fixed in one day. I couldnt be happier! In the middle of finals my laptop LED screen turned white and started blinking 😭. I called laptop repair pros and Eddie said to bring it in so they could take a look. I came here for the first time to have my laptop password removed as I had forgotten what the password was and the customer service here was impeccable! The representative there was super professional and able to quickly remove the password, I was in and out in less then 15 minutes! Also, it was only $40 dollars!!!! I couldn’t be more satisfied with choosing Laptop Repair Pros to help me fix my laptop. Overcharged for a laptop screen repair. Has been a month and a half and I still haven’t been returned my laptop, keep getting delays without being communicated what’s going on. They have been enormously difficult to get in touch with over email or phone, being unresponsive to both or hanging up mid call. I have decent fears I’ll never get my laptop back…Would advice against coming here - go to a few different places for quotes and pick them over this place

Im contacting you because the battery u fixed, isnt charging. I charged it up just too see if its all good and it said it was fully charged. I havent used it since that day. And it was just used to see if it was charged and a lil bit of hearing some music. I just turned it on because I bought some SD cards. And it wasnt charged at all. I will go in and take it to you. I need you to see if everything is still the same as you left it. It even looks dirty again and I left it wrapped in the same gray bag you gave me that day.

He will sometimes offer you lower price than usual and he is respects you as long as your respect him.He does free diagnostics, will tell you the price upfront afterwards, and wont charge you if you decide to not use his services, and has very fair prices.He gets the repair jobs done quick and will notify you of the devices status through text message or phone calls so you are aware how far the service has progressed. You can trust this guy to get the job done 100%.Do note: you want to make sure you know what you want fixed so he doesnt misunderstand. Some unfortunate experiences may happen because people did not tell him exactly what they wanted.He additionally sells other products like phone cases, old classic gaming consoles, controllers, laptops, monitors, and games.

Went to Best Buy (Geek Squad) for a laptop repair and those guys wanted to charge me $180 and thankfully i passed on it because on the way home i passed by this shop and they charged less than half of what Best Buy charged and my laptop is functioning great now. Both jobs that were done for me were of poor quality. One was a part replacement that didnt even last a week (almost making me question if the part was even replaced at all.) I didnt bother going back or writing a review then, but after a more recent visit I feel the need to just warn others to stay away. Went in to try and buy some parts and had a few questions, but the guy at the front felt it was more important to try and make me seem dumb and get a laugh out of it with other customers laughing as well in the store. Ironically, after he tried explaining some things to me, I realized he had no idea what he was talking about and I decided instead to politely thank him, and walk out. Extremely unprofessional, never going back or sending any more customers to them.

Awful service. I was overcharged for a very simple task. I asked beforehand if my stuff needed to be saved since the guy said he wouldnt need to log out, restart, or shut down my laptop. At first, he said it would take about an hour. I said that I have to go to work and asked if its ok to just reschedule for an appointment. He said no, let me just do it for you now in 10-20 minutes. I said ok. He ended up closing all of my browsers and deleting ALL of my work. When I expressed to my frustration to him, he said it had nothing to do with him and it wasnt his fault. He ended up arguing with me to keep up his ego. I said I understand it wasnt his intention but it is his job and I had ASKED beforehand if I should save my stuff. He said no, its very simple coding so it wasnt needed. He then said that I never asked him that and tried to turn it around on me by saying that I was playing with him because I asked for a discount.

Horrible! Do not go here. It took a month for my laptop to be repaired for a broken screen and now it is in worse condition. The touch screen works when it wants to and when I turn the computer on it now takes about 3 to 5 minutes to turn on. Once its on the screen jumps which doesnt allow me to use it. Basically they ruined my laptop. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
