Hamid was able to provide everything I could hope for in a repair service. He differentiated between repairs I needed and repairs and upgrades he recommended and he made sure I knew the difference. He kept me updated on every move he made, texted after parts came I the mail, after repairs were made, etc. I took my laptop in because it wasn’t even turning on, I received it back working better than ever and in a timely fashion. I can’t recommend Hamid’s business enough if you need your computer serviced.Thanks Hamid!!

After checking over a dozen shops I finally found Hamid who was more than happy to disassemble my complex water cooled pc build. He had it ready for me in less than 24 hours and priced very fair. All around awesome!

He is great, an engineer who is working for himself doing computer repair and network setup. My office laptop needed work that shut us down, he took me immediately, made the repair and was willing to come to my office if any followup was required. Courteous, qualified and fair prices.

Hamid did a really excellent job of cloning my son’s SSD and installing a new and larger SSD for his computer. He even did it in only 24 hours, which was great. I would definitely go back to Hamid if I need more computer work done. He is also a really nice fellow, so it was a very good experience!

Phenomenal service from a phenomenal technician. Hamid doesnt go the extra mile for his customers. He goes TEN. Pricing is more than reasonable, and the job isnt done until the problem is totally fixed. When my all in one HP printer started giving me trouble, Hamid had it fixed for me in days flat, even ordering me the necessary replacement cartridges so I didnt have to do it myself. He was upfront and honest about whether the unit was worth repairing, and made sure the job was done right. Thanks a million Hamid! You guys are awesome!

Hamid did a great job recovering 1.3 TB of data for me from a corrupt drive. He was very responsive to my inquiry and quick with his turn around time. Furthermore, he gave me excellent suggestions on how to keep my data going forward to prevent this issue from arising again. I can tell that Hamid cares about his clients and wants whats best for them. I would definitely recommend him to anybody who needs IT assistance.

Yes, he works out of his house but he knows what he’s doing. My Dell laptop was cracked and having sound issues, he told me he’d look at it and if it was too costly to fix he’d recommend a new laptop for me. I appreciated that he wasn’t going to try to gouge to fix it. He ended up letting me know it was a really good laptop and the crack is an issue with all of that year’s models. The price was great and I have a fully functioning laptop again! Thanks so much Hamid for being so quick and responsive!

I wanted to upgrade my laptop with more RAM and an additional SSD. Normally this is an easy upgrade, but with the make and model that I have the motherboard is inverted making the task more tedious. After calling Hamid and explaining my situation he checked to make sure that I had purchased the right parts. The following day I gave him my laptop and hardware and within 48hrs I had it back with the upgrades.If youre looking to improve the performance of your laptop I highly recommend Hamid. Hes knowledgeable when it comes to technology, and I was happy with the whole process.

Excellent work and overall very satisfying experiences. I have used Hamid on several occasions concerning two laptops and one tablet. My problems ranged from data retrieval, to screen replacement to repairing the dc plug. Each time he understood the problem, was an excellent value and the repairs were done in a very timely manner. I called and they were very responsive. I have lots of personal and confidential information on my laptop, I did not want to leave it at the shop. They accommodated me by taking out the hard drive in front of my eyes and letting me take it home. They repaired the laptop in 2 days and I took the hard drive back to them. They istalled the hard drive and gave me back my laptop in working condition. I am fully satisfied with their work.

I had dropped my Alienware laptop on the ground and busted the right corner to where it looked like I needed to buy a new computer, I took it to bestbuy and they said it would take a month plus would charge me allot and I’m better off buying a new computer. I then did some searching and found laptop repair by Hamid and we looked for the part that I needed off eBay which was basically a new front cover piece and we found one for 50 dollers. Once I received the part I took it over to Hamid laptop repair and he was able to complete putting on the new cover piece plus he cleaned and serviced my computer all for better price then Best Buy, and was done the same day with no days on of waiting like Best Buy dose with the shipping out your computer and never hearing back from them. I would go to Hamid again for any computer repair I need because he is quick and friendly and dose not try to scam or convince you of buying something expensive. 5 stars!

Hamid was fantastic. His communication was perfect as he called me to inform me of any possible situation. I have a Samsung laptop and he was very knowledgeable with all parts of the computer. He replaced my touch display, updated my hard drive to a 1TB SSD and reinstalled my original Windows 10 configuration. It’s pretty much a new computer for an exceptional price. Samsung wanted almost double just to replace the display. Hamib went above and beyond by cleaning the inside of my laptop as well. He was great to talk to, gave me options, advise and completed the job much earlier than expected. Would highly recommend for your computer needs. Thank you Hamib, everything is perfect!
