Sam was great. Fast to respond, and charged less than all the other quotes I got. He was the only one who mentioned a 90 day warranty for my laptop screen repair. Highly recommend.

I cant recommend Sam/this shop highly enough. I dropped a glass of wine onto my MacBook Pro (bad) and the Apple store told me itd cost $1,500 to MAYBE get it working again, no guarantee on data recovery. Sam fixed my computer for just over $300; when I turned it on, all of my original tabs were still open. It was as though nothing had happened at all. GO TO SAM!

Highly recommend!! He fixed my macbooks water damage in a day. All my data/files were recovered, and the pricing was SO much better than I was quoted at Apple. Would definitely go back.

My Laptop computer refused power on middle of important projects, found them in Google, they offer free estimates, Sam called me same day for repair cost (was broken charging port)and he called next day for pick,best choice for any laptop and computer problem in Los angels area

Sam was super helpful, very kind. He followed up several times and did my repair quickly. I needed my MacBook Pro screen replaced before a weekend trip and he saved me from having a major issue of not being able to work remotely over the weekend.

I can highly recommend Sam and this place. My screen died on the flight to LA. Apple wanted $650 and seven days, Melrose Mac even more. Sam replaced it same day for just over half those prices. Saved me a week without my computer, and a bunch of money. I couldnt have asked for more.

Customer service was excellent! I purchased a used Macbook Pro with the intention of swapping my existing hard drive into the new machine. After expressing my intentions, Sam did the swap for me at no additional charge. Then, when I got home I realized the screen had an odd bright spot burned into the LED. I took it back and he replaced the screen with no question or hassle at all! Great customer service and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

I had spilled water on my work laptop and stopped powers on,I took it to Sam because my friend refer him to me, he sent few photos from inside the laptop to show how badly was damaged by liquid, somehow he did magic, I got all my works files back and laptop back to life.

Sam took my crashing, useless MacBook Pro that Apple wanted $500 and weeks to repair and fixed it for less than 1/3 of the price in one day. The shop has got the machine to do a full re-balling of the graphics card, basically taking if off the CPU, removing the solder, and putting it back. Theres a video on their site, showing the process. The shop is small and funky and filled with laptops under repair. They are clearly doing good work for a bargain price and Sam is very personable. I would certainly go back to them for future repairs (heaven forfend!).

I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone needing an affordable laptop repair. My laptip is working as good as new now.Its hard finding people in this city to trust, but this guy is hands-down a trustworthy fellow. No complaints from me. See for yourself. Whenever I have another PC related problem Im definitely coming back.

Sam was fantastic! He was able to find all my files on my crashed hard drive and fix my computer with a new hard drive and installed everything I needed! All within 12 hours!!! He saved me and my business! Ill never go anywhere else!

He’s fixed my devices twice now. Once a laptop, another time our computer. He is considerate about your costs and time, and does such a thorough job. He also sells used devices if it’s cheaper to just replace yours. I’ve been happy every time.

Reasonable price, but do not recommend. This guy is a joke, he does not know what he is doing, If your pc worked fine before, he will sabotage it so you will return it back to him for repair. I drove 30 miles to this guys location six times and there was always something wrong with my laptop after he had fixed it. In the end he will say it is not his problem. Heads up with this guy.....

This guy saved my butt. My MacBook charger and charging port were burned out. He replaced the port and my burnt charger for only $150, which is way cheaper than I expected. He also checked the whole system for any possible reasons for the issue. I’m going back for any future Mac repairs. He saved me from having to buy a new computer, and most of all, allowed me to get back to work in just a few hours!

I leave my laptop there for a liquid damage per almost a week and they dont give me any response anly syame is too damage after i send to other place for repair it and only take one day and they give me the answers was looking if you need a nice service better go Hammi Computer sevices is in the same city but they work nice

My MacBook stopped working and I immediately thought of Sam.. Hes saved me before. He told me hed extract the data and reload the software minus the glitch. It was like leaving my baby with a babysitter for the first time, all my art, photos, passwords and finances are enclosed in this silver case, but I trust him. He said hed have it back to me on Friday and I know he will. Hes that kind of guy. Trustworthy.
