My PSU failed and when I tried to install a new one my Pc wouldn’t turn on. Turns out I forgot to plug in the case to the power supply. When I got my PC back it was missing two of the ram sticks which were handed back to me even tho I had all 4 installed. Also, I was told he broke my usb connector so I lost a USB port in the process. Still paid full price but he threw in a used dirty old fan 👍🏽 I was contacted twice about this review from the owner so maybe think twice about all the 5 star reviews. Normally paying 90 dollars is fine for the time and service but to break a usb port, remove RAM and give me a used fan that wasn’t even cleaned is super unprofessional. They wanted me to build a new computer because they didn’t like my case (nzxt H510 Elite) due to temps so the tech didn’t feel bad about breaking the port since “you’re gonna get a new case anyway” which I never agreed to! At the end I asked for the list of parts he recommended and he said it was only if I built it through them and wouldn’t give me a list! Super predatory about getting upgrades through them! I took it to someone more professional and they got it fixed with no issues and cheaper!! They also replaced the USB cable that LAPC said wasn’t able to be replaced!!!

I was looking for a repair place that could fix my husbands broken iPhone Pro 13 screen ... LAPC was given excellent reviews in the City of Burbank Facebook Group and bc we only live a few blocks away, my husband went to see them this morning ... Within 30-minutes the iPhone screen was replaced at the unheard of price of only $20 ... The job was done expeditiously at a reasonable price and Tino was extremely caring, patient and professional... I cannot speak highly enough of LAPC and I highly recommend.

One of the best places in the Valley to get your phone fixed. I’ve gone to many before and most of them are not professional or they have an attitude when your trying to get your phone fixed lol. Dont listen to the fake reviews. I left my computer with LAPC for two weeks. While they had it I called multiple times asking for updates on my computer. I was always told someone would call me back with information and never once did I receive said call backs. When they finally did call me they just told me they couldnt find the problem and my computer was in the same state as when I dropped it off to them. Waste of time and money.

I was having problems with determining why I couldnt connect my custom desktop to any display. They were able to debug it and help me determine that it was my graphics card that was dead. They also helped me install a new graphics card and the manager even gave me a few tips on how to improve my PC. 5/5, great customer service and very professional, I recommend for anyone looking to fix their PC.

Ye, this place has some friendly people from what I can pick up but you know when other stores have some moderate expected prices thats what I expect. This store has gotten some great reviews, was expecting good prices, friendly people, and no hassle. I was terribly wrong. $185 plus tax, $50 just order the product plus tax and then $135 plus tax, just to repair a LG - VS920 phone screen. Ive checked out three other places already each one saying they would need to order it, without charging me by the way, and it would take only $70 - $80 plus tax and some time, so I really dont know why people are saying these prices are great but Id recommend going to a AAA or a mall booth to fix your phones because you are being terribly scammed and over priced just for a smile.

Tino did an amazing job fixing my shattered screen. I came here because of a referral from my coworker. He also noticed that my battery was swelling, something that the previous phone repair place did not mention and just used double sided tape to try to keep it down. I needed a new LCD for my Samsung and the owner told me he would need to order it and that he would have it ready by next Monday, perhaps even Friday of that week. (It was monday so one week wait) So I call friday and he says it hasnt arrived, but that he should have it by Tuesday at the latest. Im a patient man so I wait till Tuesday and call.This time he pretends like we never had a conversation on Friday, in fact he pretends like he never even gave me an estimated time! He says the LCD screen is not even in the US and it could take weeks! Are you f.. kidding me? (If he never told me Monday I never would have left the phone with him) Im pretty upset at this point because now I have gone a week without a phone for nothing! Thats a big deal in the year of 2021 lolI went to pick up my broken phone and the guy is rude and even had the audacity to say karma will get me for leaving a bad review. Fixed the broken screen on my ASUS ROG Phone and for a great price as well. The Best Buy Geek Squad wouldnt even look at it and said they can only do screen repairs on IPhones. May actual bring my business here from now on with tech related issues because of how cheap they were and timely. They also have many awards on their walls for service and pictures of celebs that come here for their tech needs as well. My phone was working out right, but I decided to change broken screen. After guys changed the screen the phone started living it’s own life (start to call people from my contacts and switch between apps by itself). So I couldn’t use it next day after repair, but couldn’t came back for one month because I was living in another city. Then it dropped and fell apart. When I came to them they said that I have to pay 150$ more for new screen one more time. I refused. So now I have broken phone and minus 150$.

I cracked my Galaxy S3 screen and went in here to get it fixed. They were so nice and professional. When they told me it would take 10-15 minutes, I was so surprised.I got a coffee and came back, phone was done!They even have a 2 month warranty with on the screen if anything happens to it during that time.They also fix computers.

I searched Yelp, and pored over the reviews for several different computer repair shops. I finally decided on LAPC.Tino quoted me a price and time estimate of thirty minutes. The price was fair and my computer was ready in time as promised. Also,Tino was very patience in taking his time to discuss questions I had with him about my computer and my mobile phone.Its always satisfying to find a small business owner that gets it right. Im writing this review a month following my repair.After experiencing a few weeks of intermittent iPhone problems--apps spontaneously opening, non-reactive screen, and finally, gray lines at the top and bottom of the screen, which eventually grew wider--I sought help.First from Apple: the genius could not diagnose my phones problem, and attempted a guess at it being a motherboard issue (something which was beyond their scope of repair), but ultimately proposed that I turn in my phone and spend $350 to get a new refurbished phone. (No, thank you.) Then I went to AT&T (my cell phone carrier). I have another year until its paid for, and all of their options were more costly than having it repaired through Apple. I looked for iPhone repair shops to provide a more sensible and cost-effective solution: first in Northridge, then in Tarzana, Canoga Park, and elsewhere. All vaguely diagnosed the phone as being afflicted with mother board issues or gray bar. However none would attempt its repair (too complex, they said). Fortunately, one of the technicians recommended LAPC Networking. I called and described my phones problem. The conversation was very different than the conversations with the other repair-people. This guy seemed competent. So I brought my phone into their shop for a diagnosis. Yup, gray bar. (Great, tell me something I havent heard.) Yup, they could fix it. (Whaaatt?!?) First they tried changing the screen. Nope. Then, swapping out a chip provided the solution. (Yaaayyy!!!) Tino fixed what others could not, and would not, even attempt. I was so happy with the repair, the fair pricing, and the experience of dealing with them, that I brought in my laptop for repair, also. Im a happy customer! Thank you LAPC Networking.

My clumsiness never ceases to amaze me. My 4th cracked screen on my iphone. Arrrghhhh. Good thing LAPCs right next to my house (although if it wasnt, Id still make the drive because they are that awesome). They have breathed new life into my macbook pro that had looked like it was done for. I was so happy. These guys are incredibly talented, skilled, and so generous with their rates. I dont know if theres anything they cant do when it comes to computers and cell phones. I havent found anybody who could beat their rates or quality of work yet. Oh, and its like magic how fast they can work if you need something repaired asap. Precise, detailed, high quality work.
