Scheduling was simple, staff were friendly and welcoming. Had an appointment, only waited about 10 min. Service was great, pleasant and professional. The clinic was clean and well kept. Very positive experience. Will definitely go back if I need their services again. Highly recommend!

Check in nurses were amazing and friendly along with being helpful. Dr. Elias was super nice and extremely helpful as well. Lani Urgent care exceeded my expectations and highly recommend. Thank you for the help!

This is a very friendly staff, beautiful clean place. They took care of my friend, gave him his refill, and medication for his dry cough and running nose. Gave him a shot, and covid test, which was negative. I recommend this place to anyone that needs care right away. Thanks Lani urgent care.

Disappointment with Scheduling Oversight at Lani City MedicalI am writing to express my frustration with a recent experience at Lani City Medical. I had my annual physical scheduled for today, but upon arrival, I was informed by the nurse that my appointment could not be conducted as planned. It appears there was a scheduling error, and my physical was set two days earlier than the one-year mark since my last exam. This oversight meant that my insurance would not cover the appointment if conducted today.I attempted to resolve the issue by asking for the name of the individual who scheduled my appointment, hoping to understand why I wasn’t informed of this date discrepancy beforehand. Unfortunately, the front desk was unable to provide this information. This lack of communication has resulted in a wasted day off work, as I had taken time off specifically for this appointment.I believe that such scheduling matters, especially concerning annual physical exams, should be handled with meticulous attention to detail. It is crucial for the clinic’s scheduling staff to verify dates thoroughly to prevent such inconveniences. I hope that Dr. Khemlani and Dr. Lalwani, both of whom I regard as excellent physicians, are made aware of this incident to ensure it does not recur.

I absolutely LOVE this Urgent Care!!!The doctor is magnificent, caring, kind and efficient. I bring my grandchildren and I also come in when I need medical attention. The doctor is so patient with my grandchildren they absolutely like going here because one the wait is not long and two the doctor interacts with them. He remembers their names and that is a huge plus in my book!I totally recommend Lani Urgent Care!

Amazing staff. Very clean and efficient. Professional staff. Please understand you will have a wait time in an urgent care. They are taking time with each patient. This should be expected with the great service.

The doctor that saw me and my wife was good. Here’s the problem tho, this clinic is so greedy and the front desk staff they have are not even trained or worse might even be trained to be that way. We had our annual check up (new provider, new insurance cause of new work) with them. We went to them because our insurance said that they are one of the office the insurance covers. We were then greeted with our insurance does not cover the appointment, we insisted to verify as we were directed here as it was covered, the front desk staff confirmed we were not covered. Having to schedule a day off from work, we decided to just pay. After the appointment is done, we spoke with our insurance provider and they did confirm that we were covered and only need to pay the copay. They are taking care of it now. So this clinic just blatantly lied to our face. Fast forward a few days, we came back for a test reading. I then needed to do another test to confirm, we requested for our result but they won’t give us the result until we do the test they needed and they keep saying they have the test in their clinic. We insist in getting our result but they won’t give it. We don’t have much time that day so we just went home without my result. Fast forward, I had my test scheduled in a different clinic as I don’t feel comfortable with this clinic anymore. I needed to get the order for the test they needed from me to do the test so I can provide it to them to give me my result. They want me to book an appointment again and pay copay, just to get the order to take the test so I can provide it to them to get my previous result from the first test. At this point our patient run out and explained how many misinformation they have been giving us including not releasing my result and making us pay full when we were covered by insurance. We really insisted to get my result if they don’t want to give the order for the test. And they did give it to me. Based from my experience, think twice before you deal with this clinic. They’re all smiling, happy, and welcoming (except from the front desk lady we had) but in the end we felt that this clinic prioritize business first rather than the patient.

The service provided was great. The nurses were extremely nice and the doctor was very helpful. Added points because the place was very clean. They were very knowledgeable and help us with our problem. Definitely recommend this place.

This place never lets me down. Ive been seen here for about 4 years now and still absolutely LOVE THEM.. They care for my special needs daughter and they give her so much respect and make her feel so important. They have hearts and they show it while staying professional. I love you guys.. Thank you for all your love and support and care youve given to me and my family. ♥️♥️

The entire team at Lani City Medical Urgent care is great! I have been there twice this month and called many times. They all have been attentive, helpful and caring. A special thanks to Elias Zayer, PA for being an awesome medical provider!
