Having to go to urgent care can be super frustrating and not the funnest thing to do but today was a great experience. Booking an appointment was so easy, the office staff was really nice and check in was easy. The nursing assistant and practitioner were super nice, easy to talk to, thorough, and provided great care. Its so great knowing that an office where you feel taken care of.

Dr. Neha was excellent she was very knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns. She prescribed the perfect medications. Also, the staff in chino location was very helpful and welcoming such and a good experience. Highly recommended.

After researching local urgent care facilities online Lani came up with 5 stars. After speaking with Karen over the phone to verify that they take my insurance and that they could see my daughter today; we set up an appointment. Upon arrival Karen was very pleasant and helpful. Therise took my daughters vitals and was also very pleasant. Daprit the P.A. was our next interaction. She was very pleasant as well and interacted well with my teenager. Over all I am very pleased with our first experience at Lani City Medical.

It went from bad to worse. The staff was amazing. The staff seem to care about there patients. But the doctor come in was only talking to my son. She was completely ignoring me when I was talking. Im like hes a minor and Im the parent. I know what happen to him. Both my son and I were kinda annoyed. Because my son even noticed because I kept repeating myself. My son doesnt really know how to explain himself. Plus they dont even know if he has any type on disability. This was my 1st time coming here. If there not going to consider my opinion or take note of whats im trying to let them know. Especially when they try to charge me for the equipment that my child needs when this insurance covers it. They didnt even try to wrap my kid Injury. They didnt even give him medicine for the pain this injury was swollen. I had to call this physical told me to just take him somewhere else. They would see him the next day. As a mother I would not Recommend this location!! I just feel bad for the staff because there were very nice. Especially the front desk lady Karen was very professional and Friendly.

Definitely not the most inexpensive out of pocket urgent care location. But it was efficient and with good customer service. Location is in same lot as target cvs pharmacy which is also a perk. I was a walk in and the wait was pretty minimal. Great customer service.

Made a telehealth appointment for urgent care and everything went smoothly. Easy to make the appointment and check-in was a breeze. Office staff was awesome. Dr listened to my concerns and reviewed photos of bruising I had from a recent auto collision and gave good advice on what I should be doing to heal and also prescribed the correct medication to help with the swelling and bruising. Prescription was sent to pharmacy without delays and the doctors notes were available for me online fast. Definitely recommend Lani City Medical. My kids have also been to this urgent care and weve always had great experiences! 👍🏻

The staff here were all amazing from the front desk to assistant and physician. They were so good I wish this was my regular doctor’s office lol. I’ve never had such great care in my life and usually expect to be treated like an annoyance at urgent cares or health centers, I didn’t feel like that at this urgent care. The best part is I got adequate care and felt like they know what they’re doing.

I love this place! The staff is friendly, compassionate, kind and professional! The facility is clean and I feel like I’m really cared about not just another client bringing in money!Honestly this is one of thee Best Urgent Cares I’ve been too and if could make them my primary I would! 5 stars isn’t enough, They deserve More!

I was able to make a same day appointment for their Urgent Care. The whole process was so seamless and efficient. We were in and out within 30 minutes and that included the paperwork for being a first time patient. I truly appreciate everyone that works there. They were all so kind, courteous and above all else, very professional. 10/10.

Excellent care & the customer service is above and beyond from all the staff including front desk, nurse and NP. Very clean office. Scheduling same day appointments is easy. User friendly online scheduling.
