I got my motorcycle here two days ago. I also found a helmet and clothes. I like it here. All the staff are very nice. Thanks to Rick and his colleagues. I recommend everyone to come here. If you need it.

Went down to Langston to look at some off road vehicles this past week and was blown away by all the options they had to offer! Customer service was OUTSTANDING! Rich was our rep helping us out, went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Then we were introduced to Edith, who was just a ball of knowledge. Told us everything that we should know about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Edith is a fabulous asset, especially when it comes to buyers that know nothing about these types of vehicles. After that we were introduced to Sal, who is the manager there. Sal was fantastic! Did his best research to find us the lowest rate possible and got it for us. Last but not least we met Devyn in finance. Devyn had a great customer service and was absolutely fantastic at his job. Had us in and out of finance in less than 10 minutes. What a great experience to come into a store where every representative is out and willing to help and actually excited to do it. Thank you all for the amazing experience!

Just did my service, new tires and chain for my ninja 650 and it turned out great 👍. Big shout out to Maria and the team for helping me. Highly recommend this place. Great service and very knowledgeable.

I went to this store to get my spokes and tire replaced, and Maria Oftedahl was able to help me with everything, they have really good service and all staff is very knowledgeable with everything, really good place to go shop, service your dirt bikes, or anything else!

Ive been shopping at Langston for years. I have purchased nearly all my bikes from them. I think its extremely poor website management when it shows bikes for sale that have been sold for weeks. It causes people to waste their time going in to purchase them only to be told theyre too late and shouldve come sooner. Or get told that the bike they are trying to trade in isnt worth much due to it being 3 years old but is still brand new with a lot of upgrades done. I can guarantee that I will not be doing business here anymore if I can help it

The entire staff at Langston is amazing, everyone from parts to sales always provides exceptional service. We went in today to buy a Raptor 700 and Robert went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The woman in finance was very knowledgeable and explained all warranties and extra protections available without making us feel like we had to buy them like finance people usually do. The entire transaction was seamless and we will definitely be back!

Picked up some silicone spray. First time in store was greeted and acknowledged at ever area by employees, very nice and friendly. Store and and parking lot very clean. Would go there again. Very pleased with the experience

Langstons Service Department is top notch! Ian and his crew in the service department are great and have exceeded my expectations every time Ive gone in there. Everyone is super cool and willing to help with even the smallest question. I recently went into Langstons to get a couple new tires and a chain on my bike; the bike came back perfect. I then decided to make my bike a little gnarlier and throw an ATV tire on a stock motorcycle rim. Ian at the service dept. made it work after I explained what I was trying to do; so I couldnt be happier. Im glad I found this place!!

GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The purchasing experience here was great as you would expect when someone is taking your money but if you have any issues after the fact dont expect any help from Langston. I bought a bike a couple of weeks ago and at the time ordered a skid plate which was supposed to be shipped to my house..i recieved a phone call about a week later or so that the skid plate was in and i could come pick it up when i was ready. I told them over the phone that they were supposed to ship it to my house and the person i talked to said oh there are no notes in here about shipping it but i will get that taken care of. About anlther 5 days later i was in the area of the shop and called to see if it had shipped so i could go pick it up if not and it had still not shipped..no problem ill go pick it up in person. While i was picking up the skid plate i also purchased a set of grips. I went home and installed the grips using the corresponding adaptor that the manufacturer stated would work with my model of bike. Installation went fine and throttle action functioned properly but i did not start the bike at the time. A couple of days later i started the bike to take it into work and the bike was idling very high. I loostened the barrel adjuster to take all the excess tension out of the cable and it did not fix the problem. I then basically disconnected the throttle cable from the grip and the bike idled fine..i called down to the shop to find a solution and talked with Ian who kept suggesting that i had used the wrong adaptor or installed the grips improperly. I used the k adaptor which he confirmed with me was the correct adaptor. I asked him if they had a spare set of adaptors laying around the shop that i could come pick up and correct the issue myself and he said yes and that i could come pick them up. I sent my wife down the following day and he had set aside the exact same adaptor that i told him did not work on the bike, and suggested that i bring the bike down and check it in for service and pay them to correct the issue. When i told him that i was not pleased with that he basically told me that since i had thrown away the package that i was s.o.l and offered no further solution to the issue and told me to try to return something anywhere else without the packaging and that it was store policy. I work in a similar industry and return products with out tags all the time..customer service should always be #1...and i wasnt trying to return the product in the first place. I was trying to get the rest of the adaptors so i could fix the issue myself. I called down later to try to speak with someone else and was redirected to Ian who basically repeated the same thing again and argued with me rather than correcting my issue on a brand new bike over a $25 part and told me to never return to the shop again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!. I would never do business with this dealership again and would warn others who want good customer service to steer clear of this shop. He later called and told me that he had a one time offer and he would send me new factory grips because the grips i purchased in fact did not work with my bike...too little too late..already lost me as a customer

Maria in parts and service is the best in the History of life...LIFE!!! She will find what you are looking for and has the best prices for parts and service. I have been riding dirt bikes and street bikes since 2006 and I have been to places like chaparral, malcolm, Temecula motorsports and berts mega mall and Langston has the best staff who are the most knowledgeable and the most professional and people like Maria is what makes that reality. Go see Maria for parts and service. I just bought some tires for my Hayabusa and Maria explained the different type of tires to me and choosing the right tire for your riding style and I was able to get the best tires at a low cost for my riding style. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!I also bought a 2023 Kawasaki Z125 Pro and John was the absolute best salesperson and got me the lowest price and made the buying experience easy and stress free.
