Robert and Morgan were so helpful! I was frustrated the intermittent problem was not able to be diagnosed, but they were accommodating and took my car right back in when the problem occurred again. They made sure it’s looked at right away and it was resolved soon after.

Our service advisor was Tonya. She was just great. She kept us informed every step of the way. Our car was not running well and Range Rover promptly fixed it! They were able to order the parts and repair the car within 48 hours and then deliver the car to us immediately afterwards. I would use Woodland Hills Range Rover for service every time.

Do not go here. They tried to overcharge my girlfriend $1500 for an engine clean. Then they wouldn’t give her the report for the diagnostic she had already paid for when she told them she’s taking her Jaguar elsewhere. She took it down the street and got the same service for $200. I’m sure it’s illegal what the people here do.

PART 1On May 28, 2024 I called the LR Woodland Hills dealership in the morning and spoke to Joesph Johnson with a few issues that happened over the weekend. I purchased some aftermarket running boards and I got half way through installing them and found out that this was a two person job and being that this was my first time attempting something like this I gave up. I also mentioned a few other issues I was having with my 2021 CPO LR Defender 110X. He said if I could bring the car in at 9:30 am later that day.I came in and showed him what I was trying to accomplish he said I will have my tech look at this and see if this is something that they could finish. He quoted me $800 for the install. Later on that day at at 4pm I received a text message with a link from the LR tech with the issues he found. The video stated I needed two new front tires an aliment, and air cabin filter. He also stated that there was a trim part that was broken that needed to be ordered to complete the installation of the running boards.On Wen.May 29th at Noon Joesph stated with the part and installation going to be $1700.00. Not a problem I gave the green light to order the part to get the installation complete. (This part was broken by someone else, previous owner maybe) At this time I gave Joesph the Ok to replace the air cabin filter. I didnt give the ok for the front tires or alignment due to the fact that I just purchased this car two weeks ago as a certified pre owned, and I was wondering why did they sell me this car when this dealership is telling me that I need two new front tires. My last communication with Joesph was on Wednesday at 3:28pm via text.Thursday May 30th comes around and I hear nothing on the status of the car, because they were suppose to have the part in already. Joesph doesnt respond to my text or my call. So Friday Morning at 8am I show up at the dealership to see what is going on with my car. He said that they part should be here already and so on, he gets on the phone with the parts department while I am there and he was told the part kept getting delayed but they were going to receive the part on Saturday morning at 6am, but the tech that works on my car wont work on it til Monday. But the car should be ready to pick up by the end of the day on Monday June 3rd. Durning this visit I also tell him to go ahead and change the tires and do the alignment.Monday morning comes I hear nothing from Joesph so again here I am reaching out to see if we are good for a Monday pick up via text, no response and he doesnt call me back.So on Tuesday I had to call the main service line and have them patch me through to him directly. He tells me that the my car will be ready by the end of the day, ok no problem. Then at 1:03PM I receive a text from him saying that We are working to get your Rover finished ASAP, but it looks like this is going to carry over into tomorrow, Will that be OK? I replied via text that tomorrow is the last day, since this would be the last day that I have a vehicle to use.

They kept my 2023 Range Rover 2023 for a week. They did not call me to tell me the car is ready for pick up. I had to call them. They said the inspected the car and the only thing they did is software update. I picked up my car after a week, dirty, left unattended with a scratch on it. This is happening second time. Twice I took it to Woodland Hills, both time had a long white scratch on it. Not happy at all with the service. The only reason I take my car to them because they have a loaner. Otherwise I would take it to Pasadena.

The worst experience ever. I feel like I’m not in America anymore. No one cares about the client all they care about is selling and to make money off the clients. They sold me bad car even brand new one is having issues. The service department is even worse than the sales department never calls you to let you know what is going on with your car I had to call their corporate office to get a response. This use to be my most favorite dealership when they were in Encino and it was a different team working there as soon as they changed the old team everything started to go downhill in customers service it’s so sad but because of this dealership I will never buy a Land Rover ever again so so so sad. I had the experience of a lifetime purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. It was a hectic morning for me and I called in to inquire about a G37 IPL. The sales associate Amin, was extremely kind and helped me into test driving the car within the afternoon! He showed me a lot of detailed paperwork which showed all of the service records and walked me through everything. Jonathan, the finance manager, helped me secure a warranty on the car, and was so kind to answer all of my questions during the signing of the contracts. He was extremely transparent of the process and even let me look at his screen. All in all, I felt like I had 4 warriors on my side, Amin walking me through everything and helping me understand the cars history while addressing all of my little concerns, also a loan manager whose name I did not get, fighting to help me get the best loan from the banks. I only glanced once into his office, but I felt the immense pressure he was under from jumping hurdles to help me secure the best deal, and Jonathan helping me get a warranty to protect me, reminded me to get insurance, and also addressed all of my little concerns about the contracts, and not to forget Haroud, who really helped hype me up on the purchase of the car!!

I am not typically a person to post feedback but my experience with Sean snd this dealership along with Fay in financing deserve a huge shout out!! Ive been looking for a Defender for the past few months. Several dealerships I talked to were difficult to deal with and some never heard back from. I called this location and Jeremiah from sales picked up and was very responsive and easy to work with when I asked him about a certain model in transit that I was interested in. He reserved it for me with no fuss, no hassle and told me it would get there in a month. A little less than a month went by and he got in touch with me and told me the car was in! I came to trade my car at LandRover dealership on Topanga canyon and Erwin . I went sat & in a chair which was located in front of entrance door . A guy by the name of Bobby Habibi came in and said this is my desk for sales.. no hello, nothing or to say they have different sitting area. Very rude and dry personality. I was shocked for Bobbys approach.Guess what!! As soon as I finished with my trade in, I saw a car that interested to purchase .. I went in with multiple issues with my Discovery. I had taken it to a different Land Rover location and the service wasn’t great. So I took it 30 miles away to Woodland Hills. The Service Advisor was very responsive, always returning my calls texts with very little wait time. But the best part is how he handled my warranty company. I was prepared to pay out of pocket and he insisted he keep hounding the company until they covered all of my repairs worth. He didn’t have to do that. He was incredible. Very upset, spent $2700 for a “suspension light “ on initially after waiting for 2 weeks for the repair to be finished within the first night the light came back on, I brought it back in the morning and now told I need a height sensor for $845 dollars .this should have been detected in the beginning . It’s just one thing after another never finding out in the beginning what’s wrong more stuff just keeps popping up . I’m very skeptical . Was also told I needed 4 new tires for $350 each only to go to a separate tire shop and be told I only need 2 new tires not 4 and they were only $130 each same tires as jaguar quoted me . A lot of price gouging going on here I think . I know jaguar caters to primarily a wealthy clientele but this is jusy not right and I feel am being taken advantage of . Very upset

Dont go here! They will waste your time and in the end will add some market adjustment once you like one or other car. So i went to this dealership because of friend recommendation. I am a BMW guy but my wife wanted a more luxury SUV, went here 1st day, test drove couple models for 86k$ 99k$ and 107k$, sales guy was very nice and spent time with me as need. I went back home that day because i could not decide what i want. Being called every fay and spammed with emails i chose a car on the website for 99k$, guess what? I liked, it was black with nice interior that almost stole my heart. We went to discuss the prices and i was counting the lease will be approx 1500-1600$ per month, but i wasnt! Without letting me know they added 10k over and i was blown that manager tried to lie about over msrp when i asked why it comes to 120k, he said this tax added some fees until i saw the paper showing him the 10k add. In the end he told me this is a limited edition car and they need to do that because i am first time buyer on Range Rover, hahahahs, really? I drive my 6 series and X5M that was more expensive and this is how you treat first time buyer? Hmm...i dont think this will attract new customers, shame on you

I wrote a complaint about the service to the service manager and received no response. I dealt with him in the past as well and he was not helpful and quite abrupt.

I had an okay experience until the next day. I now feel that I bought a car from a used car sales guy from Craigslist because since I left the dealership multiple lights have came on the dash. It was first pass airbag off, then tire which is still on and can be a safety issue, and now a battery light just came on. All in the matter of 2 weeks. I specifically bought this car from this dealership because I felt that they would not sell a used car on their lot that had issues to destroy their reputation. My brother told me the car he bought 2 years ago from them was good so I trusted them. The staff was nice and friendly, but I think they either didn’t check this car or just wanted to push it through to someone to get it off their lot. I was excited that a bought a new car and now I feel ashamed because I thought this dealership and the team would have done their due diligence to make sure a car okay before they sold it. Nobody should feel this way when they buy a new car so just be careful when buying a used car here.

BEWARE. bait & switch. he screamed at me as I was purchasing a range rover, for not agreeing to spend 2x my car payment on a warranty. I could have bought my car via chase online and they PROMISED i would have a better deal by coming in. and that i would not pay $1 more than what i agreed to via email. False. They left me in that interrogation room with him for 3 hours. He lied about my warranty expiration. He belittled me. He then charged me more than I agreed to on my payment. He tried to switch out my payment term and APR without me noticing. Chris the owner did nothing. I filed a complaint with BBB and no response. Do. Not. Buy. Or. Lease. Form. Here.

I book a next day appointment for a service issue. My “check engine” light was on. When I arrived, the service center said that t would take days to get it looked at. (I was an hour away from home). Feeling a bit distressed Megan Cantu, immediately jumped into action. And not only got in me in immediately, but the arranged for me to have LYFT home. Since signing and making my purchase, it has been nothing but a hassle. My car required service, and the warranties I purchased from Veritas have provided me with terrible customer service. I strongly advise avoiding this company! It didnt take long before my car ended up in the shop, and I had to constantly hassle them for responses. The saleswoman who sold me the car was hardly responsive, and I still havent received the car manual. It has been nothing but a headache, and I will never purchase from this location again. I am even willing to cancel my warranties just to have peace of mind and pay for any repairs out of pocket. Dealing with them has been a complete waste of time and extremely dissatisfying. I used to love this branch when they were in Encino before the pandemic, but now its just a disappointment. Its unfortunate because we are clearly spending a significant amount of money there.

Let me share my story with this location. I wanna all Land Rover head quarter and all the future customers to know how bad the service that Ive got. I bought brand new car Range Rover Velar 2023 in January 2023. I honestly got good customer service from the sales department but there is misleading info that I have been provided. After making the deal and make the payment, they told me that Im going to receive 1 key fob with car now and were going to ship the other key fob to your address in 4 weeks because they have shortage. Of course I was so cooperative and I said Thats okay guys. After 4 weeks I checked with them, they said we still complaining from the same issue. I said Its fine. now after 7 months. They are telling me, now we have the key but you have to bring the car all the way down here, however I dont live in LA, Im living in SD. I said I cant drive 175 miles back and forth. You guys said that youre going to ship it to me! They said No we are sorry we cant ship it to you. Or you can go to another dealership here in San Diego and make an order!! Of course Im going to wait for another 6-7 months again.. I really disappointed with the service and still cant believe this is Land Rover company. My advise to the future costumers if you decided to by from land Rover, DO NOT agree to take the car without 2 key fobs. Otherwise youre destiny is going to be like me. Got a flat tire, Land Rover roadside assistant dropped the vehicle off at this location, 24 hours later and no progress. 2nd day they said they are working on the car… ITS A FLAT… 3rd day they call back to say they don’t have the tire in the shop, it’s being ordered and warranty has declined coverage… back and forth I realize they had submitted wrong information on purpose in my opinion because warranty only pays them cost and I’d have to pay them their price (whatever profit they want). Prior to that on another service appt. it was there for weeks before issues were addressed. To be fair all Land Rover dealers seem to fall into this situation. They are so overwhelmed with Land Rover repairs and are so backed logged. My advice after ownership of a low miles LR4 since 2013, DONT BUY ONE! Yes they look beautiful and fit and finish are fantastic but they break down just parked in the garage. This brand is just the worst. I think they hold the record on the Do not buy list. Ownership of this car has been my worst experience ever for service and mechanical issues. So in conclusion, this service center in Woodland Hills is probably the better of all the others I have used in the area but this expensive, frustrating and time consuming.

This morning, I had an appointment to test drive a car that I had arranged with the sales executive over the weekend. Despite the long drive and arriving on time, the executive was not present, and even the manager seemed unaware of the appointment. Although the manager tried to assist me, it turns out they had removed the car from the listing as it didnt pass the security check. Its disappointing that they advertise cars on Carfax before receiving a green flag from their technicians. And for sure the sales executive didnt think it would have been a good idea to inform me...As a result, I ended up spending 1 hour and 30 minutes in the car, and I had to spend over $80 on Uber, which they did not offer to refund. Its clear that they didnt take the appointment seriously. I would advise caution when considering their listings on Carfax.

One month after my one year certified warranty expired (purchased a used certified Velar), an engine coolant pipe failed and Land Rover would not cover it. The $6k Veritas extended warranty I purchased also would not cover it. That cost me $2,700 to repair. Months later, one of my daytime running lights started going out. Land Rover advised it’s not a bulb replacement but the entire light housing needs replacement. Again…..neither Land Rover nor Veritas would cover it. This will cost me $6k to fix… for a headlight assembly. When I spoke with CASEY HELTON, the General Sales Manager, she wouldn’t even stop typing on her computer to give me the proper attention when asking for some type of assistance. She made me feel like I was bothering her. She replaced “Sammy” which is a horrible mistake by this dealership. So now, I’m driving my 2018 RR Velar with no right side daytime running lights and the left side partially working. We drove Mercedez for years and never had these type of issues and their customer service was always at the highest level. What was I thinking to switch to Range Rover. I will NEVER purchase Land Rover again and because of Casey Helton, would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Range Rover.

My family bought a brand new 2022 Velar. At 300 miles, the sunroof stopped working properly; Keeping true to the reliability and craftsmanship found in Land Rover. It would not retract or move at all. No worries, my father brought it in for servicing and had to waste his time dropping off a new car for a pretty major repair. Picking it up was my responsibility. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring the car to the maintenance archway from the parking lot. No services were missing. They just had to waste my time getting the car from their parking lot to the shaded pick up area. I made an appt and, upon arrival, was told the repair might take 2 days. Ive always brought my Discovery to Land Rover Encino for regular maintenance and service and have worked with a couple of different service managers, but my most recent visit with Chris and his colleague were top notch. Chris was very prompt and helpful in explaining the process and estimated time frame for the repair work I needed. In fact he was able to over deliver and get my car back to me earlier than expected. I cannot put into words the experience I had with Nathan Morrow. His ability to be personal yet professional is unmatched. I was car shopping for a few weeks and was seeing one price, yet when arriving at other dealers getting another. I thought I had found the “one” but unfortunately it did not pass the extensive safety test at Land Rover Encino. About a week goes by and Nathan sends me an email with another identical car that they had just got in as a trade in. I make the hour and a half drive to the dealer and it’s love at first sight, she is the one. As discussed the price of the car is the price of the car. Even with my somewhat challenged situation Nathan took it all in stride and I was able to literally walk into finance to sign and close the deal. I had an issue with my Land Rover and took it into the Encino dealership early 2020. The problem came back so I called the service department and a new advisor, Edmond answered. He gave me an appointment right away, and provided me with a loaner vehicle. Within 2 days I had my car back and the issue was resolved. Went in for an oil change on my 21 LR Disco. It was fine. The cashier was very pleasant. They washed the vehicle. Time was around an hour and a half, so not bad for a dealer. I have taken my vehicle here twice for repairs as it is still under warranty. Both times I have had an extremely disappointing experience. This is my first time owning a Land Rover. The customer service here is dramatically non-existent. I literally felt invisible in the service lobby. The customer service rep sat in front of me for several minutes on his computer without saying a word to me. Through the whole experience both times, I felt neither served nor regarded. There was no follow-up whatsoever. The service ultimately performed on my car seemed incomplete, and I still have a service engine light appearing even immediately following the 16-point check. I waited 4 months for a key fob that I was told would arrive in 2 weeks. No correspondence at all. When it finally did arrive, no one bothered to tell me until I called to follow up. Its the most bizarre and unprofessional dealership Ive ever experienced.

I made an appointment for my service on line. When I arrived, I was told the person I had the appointment with was off and as a result I waited nearly 30 minutes for another service rep to check my car in. He was very nice, although apparently extremely overloaded; I asked to have my car between 4:30 & 5 - the response was no problem. While I was at lunch he left me a message that aside from the services expected the service technician recommended two air filter replacements. I tried to as soon as I got the message, approx, 1:30, but never got a human being to answer. I called a couple of more times over the next two hours, no no avail and so sent an email to the address on my service reps business card. Having gotten no response, I again called about 4:30 and finally got my actual rep, wanted to be sure he had seen my email, which he responded, I havent even checked my mail so I told him I approved the air filters. About 5:30 I returned to the dealership to pick up my car, wasnt ready. About 5:45 he told me hed have me out of there by 6:30. At 6:40 I approached him and he said, oh, come on were ready just need to do the paperwork. It took another 25 minutes for him to get the paperwork done as he kept calling someone saying the paperwork wasnt right. I am very happy with my Evoque, but this experience is similar to my first, and only other, experience with the service department. I have one more service appointment left on my service agreement, once expired, I will definitely visit my own mechanic rather than returning to the dealership.

Returned about a year later in 2021 for regular service and small issues only to find that most of it is farmed out through Auto Nation, Land Rover service department didn’t even act like they cared whatsoever. He gets a 5 start from us.And I also want to let Land Rover of Encino know that we are VERY Disappointed that you changed the rules on renewing car warranty without letting customers know. I came in for a service I needed. Then I asked Edmond to help me with renewing my car warranty. He took me to a very nice lady in financing. After I explained my needs, she then told me I can only get an extended warranty if we were at 39K miles. Keep in mind the warranty ends at 50K and we are only at 46K miles and less than 4 years. She said that I could not buy the extended warranty and would have to look into other outside 3rd party to buy warranty. After I explained my frustration she offered to call and find out if they could honor me purchasing warranty, which was over two weeks ago and no one has gotten back to me yet.

Omg ! Absolutely great experience. The dealer Habibi was super awesome and caring. He took care of everything i needed. Most of the dealers i’ve contacted were so greedy that they always wanted deposit. But he literally held my car 2 days without even taking any deposit and i trusted him as much as i could trust any family member. I flew by myself from portland to LA and never purchased a car before but he even came to office on his day off to keep his promise of selling me the car. I am so happy and greatful. Thanks Habibi.

I took my Range Rover Sport in to Land Rover Woodland Hills for 2 recalls. It was an easy and painless process, dropped my car off, they gave me a loaner for the day. Highly recommend.
