Just purchased a Range Rover Sport this past Sunday and our sales experience was worth writing about. My wife and I were only window shopping until we met Ahmed the quintessential sales representative. He was knowledgeable on everything Land Rover and meticulously worked with us making sure we were comfortable within our budget. We got a fantastic vehicle and had a wonderful time at the dealership, but most importantly I think we gained a trustworthy friend that we can certainly rely on for our next Land Rover purchase. Milton is the man! I cannot emphasize enough how he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me exactly what I wanted. What I wanted: plug in hybrid, at least 4 years old, low miles, black with light interior (very specific). He got me just that. Plus, and even more importantly, I have a *very* unique set up in terms of garaging the vehicle and Milton literally drove the car *to my house* and tested the width of my driveway and garage just to make sure Id be ok with maneuvering it. He literally helped me move dusty garage boxes (many of them) out of the way to get this job done. All the while he was professional, well informed about the vehicle and I never felt pressured to make the sale. He literally offered to help me put the boxes away after we tested the width! To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. Definitely ask for Milton if you pop by this location. This is the kind of service of a bygone era.

We had such a great experience with Land Rover Los Angeles. Ahmed is the go to Guy, funny story we were in the mountains in Colorado and we call him on his cell phone to ask whether we can inflate the tires or not with a particular kind of inflator. We were going off Roading with the vehicle and he was kind enough to answer us at 13,000 feet up! We Had bought the Discovery from Ahmed the year before. The Good service never ends!

Only reluctantly leaving a negative review. My service dept contact was earnest and seemed helpful. In the end, however, not quite as good an experience as I had hoped. A big thing was having been without the vehicle for a week while a basic diagnostic was run and two recalls were handled. When the car was returned to me not all the work was done. Case in point, the rear passenger door panel was lying in the child seat unassembled. Took me some time to out back together and and I was left with a couple of extra parts. I guess we’ll see later where they go. Wanted a profile on the Land Rover app also but no one available to handle that. “Come back,” they say. 🤷🏻‍♂️Worst was the invoice being $1,000 more than the quote. No warning. Just an extra $1,000 despite the work being charged for listed as “no charge” on the quote. So in total, not happy to finish the work myself, have to come back again still, and pay an extra grande despite being quoted no charge.

On September 1st, 2021, I had the Best experience ever. Walked in one night to view a vehicle I planned on possibly buying online and was approached by Ahmed Younes. He really listened and understood what I was looking for to be financially responsible. He was very informative and within in an hour I was approved and on my way home with my new new vehicle. TL;DR – Do NOT purchase or lease a vehicle from Land Rover Los Angeles. They required a $5,000 deposit from me for a Defender. Five months later, they will not return the money nor produce any evidence that the car is in production. They – in particular Steve Brown, the general manager – will not return numerous phone calls. A salesperson, Renata Grinshpun, wrote to me that the deposit was refunded and would post to my credit card in approximately 5 business days. That time has passed, the refund has not posted. Months later, I will now likely have to file a small claims action against the dealership, which is the last thing I want to do. Land Rover Los Angeles took my money, my time, and caused me aggravation. The experience of buying a vehicle should be different. And, it is at other dealerships. Go somewhere else.More details: On July 18, 2023 – 5 months ago – I purchased a Defender from Land Rover Los Angeles. The vehicle needed to be ordered from Land Rover itself. I have on prior occasions with other dealerships ordered vehicles to my specs without any problems. The salesperson told me that his dealership had an allocation for a Defender and therefore could promptly complete the order. The salesperson told me that I was required to pay a $5,000 deposit, which I paid on a credit card. In the months that followed, I requested Land Rover provide me with evidence that the car was in production. That was not provided.I then placed multiple calls to Steve Brown, the general manager. Mr. Brown never took any of my calls. At times, I was sent to voicemail. Mr. Brown did not return a single voicemail. Not one. He did not direct someone else to return the call on his behalf.Finally, we reached a salesperson, Renata Grinshpun. Ms. Grinshpun promised to take care of the refund. After looking into the issue, she sent a text which stated: “Hi! We should have the refund processed by the end of day and reflecting in your account within ~ 5 business days” Eight business days (10 calendar days) later, the funds have still not posted.More than 5 months have passed and Land Rover Los Angeles will neither provide me with evidence that the car is in production (which I don’t even want anymore) nor provide the refund they have promised.I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from this dealership.

For the past three years, I was the proud owner of a Land Rover, a car that was more than just a vehicle to me - it was my dream come true. However, my lease end experience with Sales Representative Sean Yeganeh has left me feeling disheartened and disillusioned.I approached the lease end process with excitement, eager to explore new and refreshed options. However, my experience was far from pleasant. It was filled with disappointment, unprofessionalism, and discomfort. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I sought Sean’s assistance, as I was navigating the lease return process for the first time. His response, ‘This is my job, isn’t it,’ was not only unnecessary but also set a negative tone for the rest of my visit.Throughout the process, Sean’s demeanor was unpleasant and his attitude was rude. His repeated assertions of ‘you owe us money, you owe us money’ added to the discomfort. I returned my vehicle on its maturity date, but for some reason, the registration had expired four days prior. Instead of making my experience pleasant and explaining the process, Mr. Yeganeh insisted that I was ‘responsible for the next year’s registration.’ I find it unfair to pay an additional $850 for registration when I only had possession of the vehicle for four days of the year I’d be purchasing registration for. I expressed my willingness to pay for the four days if necessary, but I can’t help but feel like Land Rover purposely set my maturity date four days after the registration expiration date - it seems suspicious.This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, tarnishing not only my holiday season but also my entire three-year relationship with Land Rover. It’s disheartening when a single negative experience can overshadow years of positive ones. I had high expectations from Land Rover, given its reputation for customer service and quality. However, this incident has made me reconsider my association with the brand.I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration and that no other customer has to go through a similar experience. Customer service is not just about selling cars, it’s about building relationships and ensuring that customers feel valued and respected. Last Saturday, my husband and I visited this dealership to check out a used Cadillac they had advertised. Right from the beginning, we were straightforward about our intentions. We didnt haggle or ask for discounts, even when I pointed out issues like the ripped door trim. Surprisingly, they voluntarily offered a $500 reduction from the asking price.During our inspection, we flagged a few issues such as the hoods condition and the non-operational screen and radio. The staff promptly addressed our concerns, even offering to repaint the hood and assuring us of fixing the tech issues. We spent quite some time at the dealership after quickly agreeing to the terms. The teams professional demeanor was notable. They were insistent that we shouldnt finalize paperwork until the cars issues were rectified, a stance we respected but were willing to work around.Our initial positive perception was jolted when they later called us. Instead of a status update on the cars repairs, we were informed that the vehicle was sold to another buyer who was indifferent to the existing problems. To say we were taken aback would be an understatement. We were poised and ready to finalize everything and even prepared to sign the paperwork with the commitment of future fixes.This experience has been frustrating, to say the least. Its one thing for businesses to make decisions based on profit, but disregarding a verbal agreement is unsettling. We invested time, took a hit on our credit, and had our expectations dashed. Its disillusioning to see businesses not upholding basic principles of trust and customer value. We thought this dealership was an outlier, but it seems we were mistaken.

I purchased a year old Range Rover from Ahmed.Ahmeds communication was efficent from the moment I reached out to inquire about the car.. During that initial meeting he told me which deals were good in his opinion and which were not the best.We went on a test drive and he explained the features on the car, and why he believed it was a good fit. The paperwork process was seamless. I told Ahmed I was going to trade in my last lease that I had and he advised me on the best strategy to use with the dealership for my lease so that I could retrive the maxium amount of equity. While I was at the other dealership I let him know what they were offering me for the lease and he looked the value of the car in his database to let me know whether their offer was fair or not.When I purchased the car from Ahmed, I told him about a small scratch in the rear bumper and he painted that for me with no extra charge and made sure to add back in the privacy cover as well to make the car good as new.It was a pleasure dealing with Ahmed as he is a professional advisior and truly does his best to make your experience world class. I recently purchased my 2023 90S Defender from Land Rover Los Angeles and all I can say is wow! My dealer Ahmed and the rest of his colleagues were in a word, extraordinary! Not only did I get a great new car that I love & is super fun to drive but I actually feel like we have a new “car family.”Yan in Finance was wonderful, he took his time to explain every single form before I signed anything. Ahmed and Joe (sales manager) were also very supportive. Joe sent us the most incredible follow-up email while we took the time to contemplate a new purchase. When we were ready to buy, Ahmed was there providing us one on one stellar support! Aaron took great care of us too and introduced us to our vehicle (Land Rover car drive instruction) thank you sir! These are really some very nice people who know how do their jobs. The dealer’s leadership is doing something right - every single person we met told us they had been working at Land Rover for years. Went in to buy a car that was advertised, and really liked my sales experience at first. I didn’t want to make my decision right at that moment but was told I needed to put down a completely refundable deposit of 5000- or the car would be sent to auction the next day. I did some research that night and found out I wasn’t getting any great deal so that evening I left word on the sales managers cell phone that I will not be purchasing the car. The next morning told the sales person same thing and I would like my credit card deposit refunded . It is now almost 10 days and 8 phone calls and messages still have not received my deposit back but the keep transferring me from one voice mail to the next. To top it all off the car wax sent to their other dealership in Newport beach where it was listed for less than what my offer was but out of principle I purchased somewhere elseI did finally get my deposit back my sales person Lina was professional and apologetic

Honestly, a joke of a dealership. Been a Land Rover client for years and they managed to end that. Walked in with a 165k cashier’s check to buy a new Range Rover, after negotiating, and the two managers there didn’t want to sell the car. So they came up with whatever excuse they could to keep the car. 16k over sticker. Still not happy. If they treat a cash buying client like that, I can only imagine what they do to the rest of the clients.Y and K, you cost your dealership business and I hope you get the training you need, because you’re also costing Land Rover business.There are plenty of better Land Rover dealerships in LA. Go to the other ones and you’ll be much happier, guaranteed.

I tried to do an appraisal on my 2023 Mercedes Benz as well as get a pre-approval for a Range Rover with this dealership, online. I was contacted by Lina and I specifically stated that I wanted to know what the pre-approval numbers were looking like before coming in, so it wasn’t a wasted trip. I provided all the information she requested and waited hours for a response, but she kept saying the finance office was busy with in person clients. Well, I decided to come in person after hours of waiting, and Lina was busy with another client, so she had a male colleague assist me. The man she had assist me was very condescending and plain rude! He talked down on the semi brand new Mercedes I brought to trade in, then he became quite dismissive when I hesitated to put down a large down payment on the Range Rover I wanted. I would like Range Rover management to know that I can comfortably afford a $10,000 down payment, but his dismissive tone and his condescending approach is NOT how you earn someone’s business. I’ve owned a Range Rover before, so I’m not new to this. I’m not sure if that was a sales tactic, but that was an epic fail!!

If I could negative stars I would!! I have owned many versions of Land Rovers for over 20 years (from NYC to CA) - 2 purchased at the LA dealership on La Brea. BUYER BEWARE! I always get ripped off beyond comprehension. I spend so much money and I find out after the sale all of the terrible things they did to me. I bought a brand new 2023 Range Rover Velar this past January. I traded in a used 2018 RR Sport that I had also purchased from them a year earlier with a trade in of a 2016 RR Sport. During the purchase of that 2018 car, Sam, the finance person ran my credit 3x with different banks (3 hard hits) unknown to me, now those hits are still on my credit report 2 years later, this made no sense since I am a Chase Private client and already had my loan through Chase with my previous car. If that wasnt harm enough, when I bought the 2023 Velar, as usual, they water boarded me into buying every warranty and promised me I would get my old warranty money back, pro-rated in my case, since I only had the traded in 2018 car for one year and had bought all the warranties on that car too, (this is thousands of dollars). Eight months later (Aug 2023) and NO MONEY RETURNED TO ME for pro-rated old warranty. I am now going to small claims court, since they basically stole my money and did not respond to a certified USPS lawyer letter I paid a lawyer to send to them. One person at Land Rover simply told me I had fallen through the cracks and there was nothing they could do - WTH?? When I traded in my 2018 the sales person, Ahmed, told me one price as a trade in amount but when I left the finance office and looked at the paperwork at home, because I was there for over 6 hours and they were closing, they gave me $2000 less than promised for the trade in. I have called and emailed so many people, they all pass the buck. If you are going to buy a Range Rover of any kind please go to another location. The one on LaBrea is totally sketchy and unsavory, they will rob you blind at every turn and kill your credit. As mentioned I have dealt with them on 3 different car transactions and all three had big issues plus I am still trying to fix the credit problem through all the credit agencies, (without those hits my score would be near perfect). Nothing good to say about this place - STAY AWAY! I love the brand but I will never buy from that location again. I would love to know if anyone else had similar issues since I am going to court over this terrible treatment and the stealing of my hard earned money. Please post here! The dealership should not be allowed to treat consumers this way!!

Todays visit left us feeling disregarded and disrespected after speaking to Ahmed. After waiting 25 minutes for someone to help us, Ahmed explained that the Range Rover we were looking for was unavailable. Instead, we asked to test drive another model that was in inventory. Alongside Ahmeds effortless attitude, he made us wait 15 minutes, and eventually showed us a completely different model that we were not interested in, and asked me one question, if I was going to purchase today. I briefly explained that I might be able to the next day, and if I had liked the car and would just need a day to consider it. He immediately responded, assuring me that I couldnt test drive the car if I couldnt purchase exactly this day. I wouldve happily been able to purchase a Range Rover today or the next if I had certainly liked the vehicle, which Im sure I would have, but unfortunately this contemptuous behavior I am always favored with is absolutely unacceptable and I hope Ahmed is held accountable for this inconsideration.

Every three years I usually get my Range Rover from these guys. This year when I went to get it after having my new range rover for two months I noticed that they had overcharge me by $8400. When I told him about it they apologized and said they would immediately refund the difference and I’ve been going back-and-forth with them for three weeks now and they’re sending me fake receipts that they’ve returned it to my credit card and my credit card company has said that they have received nothing. I’ve spent more time on getting this little bit of money back then the time I would’ve spent making enough to get a new range rover. These guys have turned into thieves since they have new ownership don’t buy from them go to Galpin or the Woodland Hills one or anywhere else just don’t go to these guys the criminals in suits

Trying to get hold of a department for 30min is unacceptable. Being bounced around on 5 separate calls. Gary Warnes reached out to me upon inquiring about a vehicle via the site & my experience with him has been HORRIBLE to say the least. To begin with, he lied & stated that I couldn’t apply for a vehicle in my business name without a Personal Guarantor (completely inaccurate). I have worked with and dealt with many car dealers in the 10 years I was in the automotive industry and EVERY single person in this dealership that I interacted with has been beyond friendly and professional.Four months ago I was looking to buy my first Range Rover and since I live in San Diego I decided to go to Land Rover San Diego. It was an awful experience from the start dealing with the people at that dealership. They had the exact car and color combo I wanted with all the paperwork ready for me to sign but I backed out last minute due to how poorly they treated me. No one should be treated that way no matter how much you’re spending but especially not when you’re paying over 90k for a car. Even the day I went to pick the car up everyone including the sales advisor/sales and finance managers were rude with the attitude of “You’re lucky we’re selling you a car” and I felt that it was overall a very negative experience so I decided I didn’t want to purchase a car from a dealership that treated me so poorly.That is when I called Land Rover Los Angeles and ordered an even better version of the car with Misko and from my first phone call with him it was a very pleasant, positive and easy experience. You could tell Misko truly loves what he does and cares for his customers. From the start without ever meeting me until today(when I went to pick up the car) he treated me like family/friend. He was very honest (which is rare to find in the car industry) and extremely professional. Today, I finally went to sign the paperwork and pick up my car and I could say it was the best experience I’ve ever had in any dealership buying a car. Everyone at this dealership was kind to us. Misko, Eric, Katrina and Kolone were all so helpful, kind and professional. They really took their time to go over everything and did everything in their power to make this a pleasant and positive experience from the start. Gas Tank was empty and according to him thats not his job to fill up tanks or clean but he still ended up filling it up but at this point was just over the whole day. Went into the dealership to buy a Range Rover in cash. We walked in and the receptionist didn’t have her mask on but promptly put it on upon seeing us. An older gentlemen approached us and I explained that we were looking for a smaller Range Rover since we already had a Tesla X and had limited space in our driveway. He walked away without saying a word and never returned. We wanted help navigating through the models but got no help whatsoever. We then went to the Jaguar side and wound up looking at the E pace but had never heard of it before and were trying to figure out if it was a hybrid. The sales person was slung back in his chair and was on his phone and couldn’t be bothered to help us. We left never to return again. This was the worst service we had ever experienced in any dealership in our entire lives. They were lazy and completely unhelpful and we will never go back nor will we ever buy either brand of car based on this experience. What a lost opportunity for the brand and dealership.

If I could give a negative review of this dealership I would. Let me start off by saying I was working with a truly great salesperson by the name of Lina to purchase two vehicles for my company. She was on top of the game, staying in contact with me constantly to get the deal worked. As of Wednesday this week I was supposed to get a call from the finance manager, and the general sales manager to wrap up the deal and get final numbers to wire the money. I have had the worst experience here! Got a leased car and at the time they couldn’t find the second set of keys. Over two months later I have requested for keys to be ordered with zero follow through. ALSO my brand new car has a ton of issues. Back up sensor goes off for no reason, suspension is uneven, car play cuts in and out. And literally the other day the entire USB port didn’t work, couldn’t even charge my phone. No one seems to care that they sold me a bad car, and to be honest I have a feeling they knew about these issues beforehand and still sold it to me. Then when we arrived home after driving 3 hours in traffic, I noticed there was no Car manual in the glove box. I made numerous attempts to get them to either look for it or provide one at their expense, as this was a 2018 vehicle and it SHOULD be in the car. We serviced our 2019 (Mileage 14248) Land rover sport on 09/28/21. Two weeks after the service the dashboard indicates coolant level is low. I contacted the service advisor who took care of us during the service appointment and he mentioned that it might be leaking. At the same time we realized that they didnt filled up windscreen cleaning fluid either. They invoiced us $700.00 but to the point we dont know even if they changed oil . Service advisor also asked me to add water in to coolant and now there is no indication on dashboard. My concern is that if they have done the full service maintenance for both fluids to be low less than a month of service. According to the advisor that they also have a supervisor go through the service process prior to handling over the vehicle to the customerWe are very disappointed with the service department of Land Rover Los Angeles :(

I talked to pretty much every land rover dealer in the socal region and most everyone was fairly professional. This was by far the shadiest dealership that I interacted with. When I asked for terms, they refused to provide any details to the INITIAL offer. They simply provided the monthly payment amounts - which is absurd. They went so far as to say that this was their policy and that they didnt want their customers to share details of their offers with other dealerships. I purchased a CPO Range Rover Sport on 4/14/17 from Hornburg. Less than a week of having the vehicle I experienced issues with the vehicle along with certain issues that were against the CPO (certified pre owned) rules. After many attempts with the dealership staff/management I got no response I wrote an email to their marketing group which I found online. Well I was hoping it wouldnt get this far but I am sitting in the same position since when I purchased my car. Nobody returning my calls, I have written to the General Manager and no response. Only one who has been great so far is the sales person and he can only do so much and relay the message so many times.After taking my car in for service on 4/27 they made an appointment to fix the issues that were supposed to be right the first time. Well, the car sat there for 2 months. I picked up the car on 6/24/17. They could not figure out the issues with the vehicle and it took them 2 months and they figured it out. I dont think so, after the car being there 2 months it still had the same issue with the door lock. I took it to my local dealer and they fixed it in 1 hour!! AMAZING. You can see Im frustrated and hate the fact it got to this point where I need to voice myself since nobody cares to reach out to me especially the General Manager, Sales Managers, and Service Manager.I will be filing a complaint with the Land Rover Rep for service for not being compliant with their Certified Pre Owned program. BAR association will also be getting my complaint.So if youre in the market for a pre owned or even new Land Rover, make sure you check elsewhere, especially if you are planning on servicing your vehicle there.

How a not so great experience turned into an amazing experience. On Friday the 16th I arrived to Hornburg Land Rover/Jaugar in hope to purchase a new vehicle. When I enter the dealership I was immediately greeted by Ron. I went in with the idea of buying a SUV but unsure of what kind of SUV. Ron was very informative and helpful into narrowing down what exactly I wanted. He gave me a few moments to think about it and browse around. After walking around the dealership I stumbled upon the new 2019 Jaguar I-pace. Always wanted an electric car, but was under the impression Telsa was the only all electric luxury fleet that was available. Long story short, after completing all the paper work (online and physical). I was later informed that this car requires a system update due to it being an all-electric vehicle (again understandable). The car was not ready until Tuesday the 19th, a little upset but still excited I arrive to the dealership to pick up my car. As I got into my new vehicle and drove off, immediately the car started to drive funky and the entertainment system & the entire dash board froze. I pull over and attempted to troubleshoot by turning the car on and off to see if that will solve the issue but it did not. So, turn right back around to the dealership to report the issue. Unfortunately Ron had already left and gone home but he still made himself available via phone and even offer to turn back around. I had the opportunity to speak with the manager Dino who informed me the car will need to go back to the shop for another system update and place me into a loaner for the time being. At this point I was completed infuriated not only did I have to wait 4 days to get into this car but now it needs to go back into service once again? I was already ready to bash this dealership, Ron, and the company all over social media, file a complaint with BBB, I mean the works. I honestly felt like I got, got and that not right. After calming down and really thinking this over, I needed to understand this is NOT the dealership nor Ron’s fault. This is an electric vehicle, a new one for this company so not everything will be perfect (things happen outside of our control). So it would only be fair to at least give this dealership/Ron a chance to make this right before reacting.So I set an appointment with Ron and Hamid (Manager) to go over other option. I’ll be honest, I prepared myself for the back and forth. But I kid you not, Hamid made it as simple as possible; “We don’t want you to be unhappy, how can we make this right”. I was shocked, I was not expecting it to be that easy. By the end of our conversation Hamid and Ron got me into my beautiful brand new Range Rover Velar. Not only did they get me into it, I got an amazing deal. When I say amazing, I mean A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! This had change my whole experience with this dealership. At the end of the day the staff at Hornburg Los Angeles where all great. Special thank you to Ron, who was very patient and understanding through the whole process. Service manager Michael Colavitti handled my appointment.The staff were all immensely polite, communicative, and friendly. A rental was arranged for me with the on-site rental agency (Enterprise), while I left my car in their care. The rental staff were of similar professional caliber and friendliness as well.All involved were cognizant and respectful of my time, and had the vehicle repaired and serviced and available to be picked up in less than a day. Took our vehicle in for service and they could not tell us what was covered under warranty. Told us that they would have to charge a diagnostic fee to determine the issue (the same issue they had previously not repaired/diagnosed correctly), and if not covered under warranty, we would have to pay the fee. Again, for an issue that they previously did not repair/diagnose correctly.$450 for a 40K mile service, which was really expensive for an oil change and a few filters. Horrible, just horrible. To begin with, the car, for which I came a test drive, was at another dealership at the time of my appointment. So, I lost about an hour of my weekend time.Second, I was told the car would have extended 5 year/100k miles warranty, which they did not honor, explained as a sales person mistake.Third, paperwork completion was extremely slow. The whole process took me practically whole day, from 11 am to around 6 pm.Fourth, cooling tank was leaking, which I noticed only on my way back, so I returned back to the dealership, and had to use my trade-in to get back home, since it was too late for them to repair it. Was not offered an equivalent loaner. The car was delivered to me next day finally late in the afternoon, following my numerous attempts to get an ETA from them.Fifth, I was told that my trade-in payoff has been scheduled to be processed the same day, i.e. of purchase. Naaaah. They did it only after numerous reminders, some of them still remain unanswered. So I had to make another monthly payment for my trade-in, as it was still under my name on the bank records.Sixth, the payoff amount was insufficient to become actually a payoff, since they were late with it, and theres still accrued interest they have to pay me back. No idea how long it will take them, considering they way of communication. Most likely, I will start charging them an interest on that one, just like a credit card company does.Seventh, I just replied to an offer to leave a feedback on their site, which I am reiterating here now. And I am doing it here, on Yelp, replying to an invitation to confirm a beginning of excellent service, signed by General Manager Martin Dogsworth, possibly right after they read my review. They dont deserve any stars. Worst customer service ever. The financing guy Kevin said he didnt even want to try and help with financing because it would be to hard for him. He didnt even have the decency to call or email me back. The online help person wasnt helpful after I told her that the customer service guy was lazy. She actually didnt even bother responding but she sure was responsive before I complained.Horrible service, dont buy anything from here ever. They even sell lemon cars. Smh.

Called about servicing my Range Rover. My engine is having problem causing it to slow down in the highway. Got transferred to their service department and the call was dropped twice. Called the third time and got a voicemail but no one called me back. I had explained the issue to the receptionist who answered the first call. You think someone would call back? Geez, what a way to do business or maybe they dont want to touch my under warranty suv.
