The experience we had with Lancaster Home Staging was excellent! Michellie staged a listing of ours in Vista and really met all our needs. She is professional and offers great customer service. We were on a time crunch and she came through in a pinch! The house itself didn’t have great lighting, but with her staging expertise she brightened the place up and really transformed the entire home. She thought of everything down to the last detail. We won’t hesitate to call Lancaster Home Staging in the future!

Lancaster really did a great job on my last staging. Michellie was able to work under a tight deadline, always with a smile on her face. Staging was outstanding and detailed, down to flip flops by the pool. Photos turned out great and the house went into escrow in 2 weeks at full price. Would use again.

Lancaster Home Staging & Design did a wonderful job on my listing in Vista. My seller was apprehensive at first but once her home was staged by Lancaster Home Staging & Design she could not believe the transformation. We are now in escrow and scheduled to close soon.

Almost immediately after Michellie staged our home, we had three offers on it. That was preceded by a few months of zero offers. We were impressed both by her as a person and by the quality of her work. She was very easy to work with. Her artists eye caught immediately what our home needed for maximum appeal. I had the opportunity to work with Michellie on a project recently and she did a fantastic job. I have a window covering company and she brought me in to do all of the window treatments. She did a really good job of leading the customer down the path of decision making, but letting them feel like they were making the best decision possible. He ultimately relied on her expertise and the final product turned out amazing. I would highly recommend Michellie and hope to continue to work with her on future projects!
