Francyne was an outstanding agent and super diligent in all aspect of buying a multi tenant property in Venice Beach. From the start, she identified the right property for us and worked through the offer and escrow processes with accuracy and on-time response. Francyne is a consummate real estate professional and was a tireless advocate for me during the sale of my property. Even during a difficult market period she persisted until the sale was made. I received regular updates on the progress of the listing and encouragement along the way. She worked diligently with the property manager and prospective buyers to achieve the desired outcome at minimal disruption to the tenants who lived there. I really like all the tools Francyne uses at her fingertips to listmy property. Her team is very helpful and nice. She was veryfocused on my needs. One step ahead of escrow in getting thingsfinished on time. Her response time to my texts and e-mails wasalways prompt. As a longtime Santa Monica family (since the 1930s) we have known and worked with Francyne and Carl through the years. When my mother passed away and our family decided to sell our apartment building, Francyne was the broker we turned to and it couldn’t have been a better choice. She took care of every detail she could on her own, was compassionate, kind, and incredibly thorough. Francyne kept me up-to-date every step of the way and was always available if I had a question. Now two years later, I had Francyne sell my apartment building. She did an outstanding job as it was a complicated exchange with tons of moving parts. I have know Francyne and Carl Lambert for a very long time, but it wasn’t until a few months ago that I decided to sell and list my two apartment buildings with them. Francyne is a true “Jewel of The Nile”. Both buildings were purchased by the same buyer and escrow was opened within 3 days of listing with sale prices at top, and above, asking. My wishes had truly been answered. As an owner of my buildings for more than 40 years, Francyne created a smooth change of ownership transition for me, and for my tenants. Francyne is a true professional, immensely knowledgeable of commercial real estate, attentive and communicative. I join others in their review of Francyne that her personal touch and personal ethics are rare to find these days. It was a true joy to work with a friend. As the surviving trustee and executor of my parents’ estate, I had the responsibility of selling two adjoining eleven unit apartment buildings located in Santa Monica, Ca. I do not live in the Los Angeles area and I spent approximately three months (April through June 2016) on the telephone talking to/interviewing Francyne and Carl Lambert (Lambert Investments Inc.) as well as representatives from one small and two large commercial real estate brokerages. My parents were absentee landlords and in my opinion the properties were poorly managed especially in light of the Santa Monica rent controlled environment. The issue became how to market an underperforming property to achieve the highest valuation. Francyne Lambert and Lambert Investments Inc. slowly but surely became my number one choice to sell/list these two apartment buildings in that Francyne convinced me that she would not simply rely on multiple listing services to market the properties, but would also utilize the contacts she has built up during the 30+ years she has been in the commercial real estate business in the Santa Monica and West Los Angeles areas and that she would personally explain to potential buyers that, in her opinion, the apartments had not been properly managed to maximize rents and that the apartments had a value in excess of their current gross rent multiplier. During this interview process it also became clear to me that Francyne was very organized, followed through on commitments and had the honesty and integrity that I demand in anyone representing me and my family members. I chose Lambert Investments Inc.to list the apartment buildings and they certainly did not disappoint. Within a few days after listing the property Francyne presented an offer, above the appropriate original list price, from a very well qualified buyer. This buyer was cultivated by Francyne rather than from a multiple listing service. The close of escrow was somewhat complicated due to Trust-related issues and Francyne and Carl Lambert provided assistance in this area as well to facilitate the close of escrow in a timely manner.In closing, I enthusiastically recommend Lambert Investments Inc. for the purchase and/or sale of commercial real estate properties.
