Dr. Vadecha and his entire staff were absolutely phenomenal. They made the entire process so easy from start to finish. The office environment was always so pleasant and the staff was always smiling and so kind. They helped my daughter feel extremely comfortable and always took the time to inform us of what to expect with each visit. Highly recommend them !!

I was referred here from my dentist after all my work was complete. This place was amazing from day one. All the staffs are so friendly and make you feel very comfortable. They answered every question I needed. They’re very flexible with my schedule. I was told that my braces would be estimated for 18 months. 18 months later they’re are now off as of today. I’m very happy I was referred here and strongly recommend to any one else.

Both of my children had braces at the same time. The staff here is great from the front office to the to the dental tech to the doctors. They were always accommodating for any broken brackets or wires. Great experience!

Got my both kids auto treatment from this office. Paid full payment.During the covid it was not allowed to take kids after a year and half the doctor said treatment is done, and my kids regular dentist teeth are not allied I discussed with Indian doctor he said it will be $1500.00 more . The doctor made an excuse by saying he has to grind the sides to make space he made patients and their parents FOOL by saying that.reference before taking your child to this clinicNOTE :- MAKE SURE YOU GO AND SEE YOUR CHILD WHAT ARE THEY DOING TREATMENT, HALF THE TIME YOU DONT KNOW AND CHILD DOES NOT KNOW EITHER AND THATS WHERE THE DOCTOR MAKE FULL OF THE PATIENTS AND THEIR PARENTS. Dr. Neil Vadecha is AMAZING. Two of my children have received treatment at Lakewood Orthodontics and I highly recommend Dr. Vadecha and his practice. He is a kind doctor and genuinely cares about his patients. Both of my children have had a wonderful outcome and treatment was quick and efficient. With the whole COVID-19 situation. It was very reassuring at my appointment to see the precautions and safety measures they take. Not only for me as the patient but for themselves. Checking temperatures, mouthwash there, wash hands, disinfect the seats and door handles between patients. It was comforting knowing that they’re taking that extra step to ensure my health and safety along with their own.The staff is amazing and super nice. In my time of being a patient, I haven’t had a bad experience with them. They’re very thorough with explaining what they’re going to do and what steps to take for your own self care at home in between visits.Overall I am very satisfied and glad I was recommended to this office. Lakewood Orthodontics is by far the best service that I have received. This is my second time getting braces, when I first entered the office I knew right then and there that this is where I wanted to get my treatment done. Dr. Vadecha is by far the best, so kind, mindful, and nice. He will tell you how it is in a very sincere way. He gave my mom advice as to treatment procedures for my sister, as if that was his very own daughter. He knows his patients very well, I felt like family in his office! Every single one of his staff members treat you with respect and they make you feel comfortable! I highly recommend this place to get your treatment done. Super friendly place and the service is great. I love the way my teeth look and Ive gotten so many compliments on my smile. When I had my actual braces on I looked forward to coming and get my wires changed because it felt like such a nice place to be. I had my braces out on right before my junior year and had them removed right before I graduated high school. The instructions given from start to finish are so thorough and easy to understand and they are always happy to answer my questions. Now that Ive had my braces off for some time now I dont need to come back and Im actually a little bummed about it. Id recommend this place to everyone. 😊 I love it

Over a year ago I started my braces treatment with Dr. Vadecha. I was extremely skeptical and nervous about doing them but Dr. Vadecha put my mind at ease to how simple the process was. He showed me that the long term benefits would be worthwhile. His team is extremely professional and very friendly and during the last year I have enjoyed going to his office. Im so happy with the results thus far as I have been trying to achieve a perfect smile for my wedding day. I currently reside in London and travel to LA for my follow up appointments. I have not found a better orthodontist who truly cares about what the client is trying to achieve. Dr. Vadecha has always managed my expectations to what results I will see and so far I am not disappointed. He has a great staff and office, I highly recommend Lakewood Orthodontics.

The staff at Lakewood Orthodontics is very helpful and nice. I was a patient at Western Dental and I did not like the service there at all. The staff never informed me on what they were doing to my teeth and it was just an overall terrible experience. Lakewood orthodontics is by far the best way to go. After a year of being treated at a different facility and not feeling content with how things were looking, my brother and I decided to find a different orthodontist. We immediately noticed the difference and professionalism that Lakewood Orthodontics offered. We were informed that our brackets were randomly placed. This was a shock but correcting the problem was an ease for Dr. Neil Vedecha. Two years of attending my appointments were always comforting because of the staff. Just yesterday my braces were removed and the results are amazing. I can proudly say that Lakewood Orthodontics is definitely a place you can trust and will never fail to make you feel welcomed. Both of my sons are patients of Dr. Vadecha. He is simply the kindest doctor that I have met. My youngest was very afraid of going to the dentist. When he was small there was one that strapped him down and since then its been a nightmare to get him through the front door. When we first went to Lakewood Orthodontics it was the same experience. Hello, I was seen by Dr. Vadecha several years ago. He had me on Invisalign for 2yrs to straighten me bottom teeth. He charged me 2,000 and my insurance over 4,000. At the end of the 2yrs of treatment my payment were complete and so was my treatment even though my teeth were not straight. I complained to him and he said well at least your can clean them better. Dr. Vadecha has been my girls orthodontist for the past few years. My girls are 8 and 10 years old. Of course, it had to be MY kids who had special conditions that required early treatment with braces! Fortunately, they actually enjoy going to see their orthodontist! They love being able to check themselves in, participating in the monthly coloring contest, and receiving tokens each visit which they can save and use for things like Jamba Juice or Yogurtland gift cards and other fun prizes. Dr. Vadecha never makes you feel like he is rushing (even though his office sees a constant flow of patients), but is always willing to answer questions and explain exactly what is going on with my daughters care and progress. From the get go, the problem/need for orthodontic care, treatment plan, timeline, and cost of treatment were clearly outlined for us. Dr. Vadecha is professional, good at what he does (probably THAT student who set the curve in school), and just a nice, friendly guy. The staff at Lakewood Orthodontics are also professional, organized and efficient. The office really does run like a well-oiled machine. We never have to wait very long in the waiting room to be seen. Finally, my girls teeth/smiles are now healthy and beautiful! Couldnt have asked for more!

But Lakewood Orthodontics assured me that, while it will take time, it is possible. Ive been a patient here for the last 18 months and can honestly say that without a doubt I am so glad that I was referred here. As an older patient and going through the process of getting braces this late, I had many concerns. Dr Vedecha, gave me all the options available that would fit me and suggested I go with Invisalign. Best decision ever. No one even knew I had them on. I am completely satisfied with the process and its all thanks to Lakewood orthodontics. Best part... The awesome friendly staff. This office is truly invested in giving everyone their best smile and I continue to refer everyone I know to them. Even better reason to come, they work on a payment plan that works for you. There were times when I would run out of rubberbands and they would be at my door through the mail. This staff goes above and beyond. I loved the text reminders, it just brought everything to a whole different level compared to other offices. More importantly, the Invisalign process was so much smoother through their guidance and expertise, and they got me to where I wanted my smile to be.

I would like to commence by saying that Lakewood Orthodontics has a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is great♥. I went to Dr. Vadecha 2 yrs ago for a consultation for my daughter. Although my daughters case was very severe he gave me all that pros and cons of the treatment and made me feel confortable on him handling her case. Unfortunately my finances were not stable so I had to put a hold on the potential treatment. Once again 2 years later I find myself in his office for a second consultation. Again, he cover all grounds and answered all my questions on treatment. He made me feel at ease when he advise me that he has handle many cases like my daughters and hed be willing to take case despite of the cons of the treatment. He also told me if he strongly felt of it being a high risk. He would honestly advice me not to do the treatment. I was previously going to another ortho, but after a bad experience with them, well I began searching for a new ortho and came across lakewood orthodontics. I read lots of good reviews on them and decided to go for it. I called to make an appointment and the staff was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived they were welcoming and got me started right away, Dr Vadecha was very knowledgeable and helpful and told me my options, after I chose which braces to go with I spoke to their finance person who as well was very friendly, and I think its awesome that they even have a credit card option which helps you have lower payments by allowing you more time to pay. Well after talking to their finance woman I had the option of getting my braces there and then which was amazing cause I wanted to get started asap. I walked out very happy and all my appointments have been great so far, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I have had braces when I was a teen, and needed them again because I didnt wear my retainers, I was shopping around and my dentist referred his clinic. Any referrals, I usually take and Im here today to refer him because Im not only pleased with my results, but Im thrilled that I made the choice to check him out. Super pleased with my results. I came here expecting a great experience, but received assistants from a unprofessional staff member. I was going over my treatment report with my insurance and lots of codes on the report were over charged, and non existent codes. What really got me uneasy was the fact my insurance covered a few procedures and yet I was going to be billed for them. After speaking with a insurance rep. I asked the woman to charge the highlighted codes to the insurance because I was covered for it and to give me the right codes # for the nonexistent codes. she rudely refused and argued around the situation telling me either I pay for the treatment( a treatment they didnt even do yet) or I leave. So I left and took my busy else were, my advice is if you have insurance check the codes in your treatment plan! I reported them to the BBB and to my insurance company, by law if a patient has insurance there is no legal reason to charge a patient before charging the insurance.

I searched all over cities of Norwalk, Cerritos, Bellflower, Artesia, and Paramount before i decided i wanted to get my braces done with Dr. Vadecha at Lakewood Orthodontics. I love this place, they are very friendly and cater to your kids. I never had a bad experience with any of the staff. Always a quick visit, and no hidden costs. I was very scared when going to my first visit, but it was very informative and Dr. V was good at explaining everything. My daughter loves her new smile!!!!!

Lakewood Orthothodontics makes you feel at home! Everyone is very kind and answer any questions you have. Originally, I was suppose to wear braces for about 2 year, but the treatment was only for one year and 7 months!! I can smile more confidently thanks to Lakewood Orthodonitcs.

This office refuses to see my daughter, whose wire broke during her travels, who is visiting from out of town since she is not their patient. Doesnt make any sense. She is visiting from out of town. How can she see her own orthodontist?
