Julio was there on Saturday morning at 11 am when no other computer store was open so I was very grateful because my work laptop had a key that stopped working and I forgot my mouse so I really needed help to get back to work. Julio was so sweet and had the mouse so I could work faster and fixed my keyboard quickly and without charge since I bought the mouse! He is a great guy and a local business we should all support. Julio is incredibly talented! He helped me twice...1) My computer crashed due to my own over sight. I tried everything to restore it with no luck. I took it to Julio and he was able to reboot it and restore all my data!!!2) I had spent 3 hours with Microsoft support. Three different techs couldnt fix my issue. I called Julio and he asked to remote in and fixed my issue in 2 minutes. Superstar!!! If you have an issue with your computer call Julio! Youll be glad you did!

Spilled Gatorade on my MacBook Air and it stopped charging. I brought it into Lake Tahoe Computers and for just under $200 they took it apart, assessed the damage, cleaned out, changed out a post, and got it back working again - all in just a few hours! When I picked it up, they had taken pictures of the damage inside and what they fixed. I felt very well taken care of and the communication was great.

My phone got water damaged and I needed a screen replacement. I took my phone to this place and they changed the screen in 2 hours. This is a great business! The owner is amazing and has such great customer service. They repaired an interior screen damaged for a Mac Pro at a reasonable price comparable to any of my local places here in Orlando, FL. I highly recommend using their business, I shipped my computer to them and in less than a week, I received the fixed computer. Just a heads up folks if u think this place is cheap and quick your sadly mistaken. In Sf a iPhone 7 costs 50$ to replace the screen in Los Angeles about the same you can do it for yourself for 21$ and get the screen and kit from Amazon I thought 70$ in Reno was horrible these people are straight finessing you 120$ hahah that’s robbery. Please go somewhere else if your not rich because this is just a straight ripoff and it only takes 10 min not 2 hrs….

Def recommend going to this little shop to get your phone fixed. I broke my phone screen and luckily they were able to fix it within an hour the next day on a Saturday! Your computer dying on you is not a situation you like to come across in your day to day. At Lake Tahoe Computers, the repair was efficient, informative, and not super costly. I have a macbook pro from 2018 and was worried it was going to cost a lot of money to get fixed. he took photos of my burnt battery (literally, burnt) to show me, and that was something I really appreciated. I will recommend Lake Tahoe Computers to all my Tahoe based, computer-issued friends!

I knew I had water damage in my 3 year old LG phone but wasnt sure how bad, and I knew I had backed up my phone but wasnt sure where (sd card/cloud). I got a diagnosis a couple hours after drop off and what parts, money, and time would be spent if I decided to save my phone. I went back.I didnt get the name of the man helping me, but he was beyond informative in answering all my questions. After I decided I wouldnt wait for repairs, he went online and compared specs of the unlocked phones he had for sale and personally recommended the more durable phone for my needs. I thought that would be it, but he then helped me set up the device. Turns out you can reincarnate your phone across brands if backed up.The cherry on top was the deal he gave me on a brand new phone after paying to diagnose a phone I parted with.Exceptional service and timeliness, and I really like my new phone. 10/10 would highly recommend. My family and I went on vacation in Tahoe and during the packing process, I forgot my daughters power supply on her Lenovo laptop and she was really bummed. Luckily, I tried my bet and hope to find the power adapter with Lake Tahoe Computers. Sure enough, the person who was very helpful was able to save the day and was able to provide me the adapter I need. The price was comparable to buying it through Amazon. This is a great business! The owner is amazing and has such great customer service. They repaired a crack/smashed/blacked out Andriod screen for a reasonable price that is comparable to Carson and Reno after numerous calls around around town. I highly recommend using this business in place of the sad Verizon and T-Mobile stores in town for any screen repairs. I went there to fix my I phone 11 that I had broke the same day on 02/18/21. Not only were they super nice but they were super helpful answer every question I had and never made me feel bad for it. They fixed my phone really fast I would say about and hour which is nuts! They had a really good price compared to everyone else in the area. Lake Tahoe Computers went out of their way to fix my phone. They came in early on Saturday and fixed the phone I thought might not make it after getting water damage. They were able to take the phone apart completely dry it out and fix the screen. They did an amazing job and were cheaper than getting it fixed back home. Just picked up my HP Laptop that is getting old that had a hard drive failure. Not only did Lake Tahoe Computers save me by recovering all my data but then installed a new lightening quick SSD drive. I feel like I have a brand new computer. The price is unbelievably reasonable and I almost venture to say cheap compared to what it would have cost be elsewhere just for the drive replacement with out the data recovery or if I had to completely replace this laptop with a comparable option.Ive used them more than once and the customer service and very reasonable prices are above any other place. My daughters iphone 8 plus broke on July 4th. The taptic engine was messed up and would buzz every time she hit the home button. I emailed Lake Tahoe Computers right away, so I would not forget on Monday when businesses were back to work over the holiday weekend. They got back to me almost instantly to tell me they would be in the office Monday and provided me with an estimate. Went all the way from carson for a 1200 watt power supply when i got there the box was opened but they tried to sell me evga cabels with a corsair psu. pretty bad to me that they don’t even know you can’t mix match cables on psu’s i wonder how else they try to fraud people.

Lake Tahoe Computers upgraded our businesss wifi to a commercial grade network so that our wifi connections are available throughout the property for the multiple users who depend upon it. The system has worked flawlessly.About 4 years ago Julio also installed a professional security camera system for us which has worked well. I stopped in just for a wireless keyboard not expecting much from a mom and pop shop. They had a nice Logitech kbd and mouse. What really caught my attention was how much high end network equipment they had. Not many places carry Ubiquiti and Cisco. Their prices are pretty close to Amazon as well. I felt compelled to talk with the owner Julio and his wife and see what they know about their products. I own a IT consulting firm and work for one of the largest IT companys in the world (25 years). I would actually hire Julio for contract work in a heartbeat.
