I love Dr. Tale and his staff. I lost a filling while out of town and they got me right in when I came back. He made some recommendations but told me what he would do which was the least expensive option and I truly appreciated that. Everyone is super professional. I actually look forward to my regular cleanings!

Dr Tale team is excellent A Team and I strongly recommend to anyone for dental work. I came to them with anxiety from past bad experience but now I feel at home with them 🥰. I had a lot major work done such as root canals crowns infection control for periodonditis and dental implant. He was very gentle and detail oriented in these procedures and my pain control was mainly with ibuprofen. Assistants Alma and Anna are wonderful and made me feel comfortable in these procedures. Gabby is wonderful working with me and my insurance to make these procedures affordable and worked with me to schedule appointments making convenience for me.

Dr Tale and his entire staff are by far the best dental provider I’ve ever been to. We literally choose our dental insurance based around his office. We still come to see him even after we moved to Palm Desert and sometimes it is a 2 to 3 Hour Dr. if traffic is extremely bad. Will never ever go anywhere else.

Dentist has high tech crown making machine saves a bunch of time. I’m glad I found these guys because I really got tired of other “group” dental offices pressuring me and upselling like I’m at a used car dealership. I didn’t get that feeling here at all and didn’t feel pressured. Dentist is knowledgeable and does what needs to be done. Good experience.

I have been going here for several years now and have always found the staff very personable yet professional. This year I had to have my four front teeth capped...and I was terrified, to say the least! But, I should have known better Dr. Tale-Yazdi was excellent! There was no pain or discomfort during the initial visit nor on the follow-up when the caps were put on; the caps are BEAUTIFUL and a perfect color...hes a true artist! I cant stop smiling!!

Great dentist, straight tells you what you need without added fluff. I was very nervous about a procedure but doctor is very smooth, confident, and knowledgeable. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Reception ladies and assistants are very nice.

I had a great experience at Lake Forest Dental Health Care! The receptionist was very helpful and nice, I was able to submit all of my paperwork prior to my first visit which was great! The dental Hygienist Melanie was so great! She was personable and did a great job with x-rays and cleaning. The Dentist was also very nice and gentle yet thorough. Great staff, comfortable offices and reasonable prices. I am very glad my co-worker recommended Dr. Tale!

Best Dentist, hygienists, front office and crew anywhere! Dr. Tale and his entire crew are fantastic. I have not met anyone there I dont like or who is unpleasant. Its super clean, I feel safe and taken care of, and always in good hands. The quality of work is good too. My implant experience so far has been more pleasant than I could have ever imagined. I was so nervous, and I am always put at ease by everyone there. No pain, never a bad experience soup to nuts. I sometimes get wound up like a cheap clock before the dentist but Im always put at ease as soon as I arrive. Highly recommend if you want to like your dentist, their work quality, and everyone that works there. Sometimes you like your dentist but the office staff are terrible or incompetent, and that is absolutely not the case here. Everyone is fabulous.

I found in the past it very hard to find a honest and professional dental office and so happy I found Dr Tale I really feel I can trust his diagnosis and he not recommending unnecessary treatment. He very funny and makes the dentist visit a painless experience in all ways. He very detailed in his explanation and you can tell he has true passion for his work. The work I had done was efficiently done with impeccable workmanship and I felt very comfortable through out such a better experience than my previous dentist. I definitely found my new dentist.

I just had a tooth extraction and Ive had many before but by far this doctor is superior and so are his assistants. I received great care and superior work. I highly recommend this doctor and dental center for anyone that requires dental work. Its also a beautiful place, very comfortable the office staff there is great. If there was a rating greater than five stars I would give it.

I usually hate going to the dentist since Ive had terrible experience in the past, but Im so glad I gave this place a shot! This was hands down the best dental experience Ive had. It was so easy to schedule an appointment. I called Monday evening and was able to get get appointment the very next morning! Melanie was great at her work and hilarious! Dr. Tale-Yazdi made me feel at ease and addressed my issues with great care. They got me in and out in time to take my meeting. Highly recommend this place

But I have to give Dr. Tale and his staff props though because I had an excellent experience with my root canal.Everyone I spoke with was genuinely welcoming and nice. They treated me like a friend, rather than a patient, which put me at ease. The office was clean, and the service was quick. Dr. Tale was relaxed, funny, professional, and informative. He took the time to get to know me and make sure I was comfortable (he could probably tell I was a little tense). My root canal was painless - Dr. Tale is very talented at what he does.

Several experiences with prior dentists where they literally took advantage and ripped me off. With Dr. Tale I know I am in great hands and he truly cares about my oral health and recommends what I truly need. He has his patients best interest at heart and is absolutely hilarious! Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!!! Specially during this COVID-19 time, its very valuable to find a doctor that truly cares about his patients and their safety. The office is very clean. He has so many precautions as far as disinfection, air purifying filters, sanitization all across the office. They are all very organized, very professional and compassionate! I had a bad toothache that they managed to see me right away. Dr. Tale took out the tooth and placed an implant. It was the best dental experience I have ever had. Its really weird to be excited to go to the Dentist.I would seriously hang out with these people. The entire staff is awesome.Poor Dr. Tale had to see my goofy ass every 2 or so weeks for a few months, and every time he was so patient and kind. He does an awesome job at making you feel valued as a customer, and is REALLY freaking good at remembering small stuff that you talk about. Every time I see him he talks like we just saw each other the other day.The facility is always clean, and the techs prep the equipment in front of you so you can tell how sterile the tools are. They clean the x-ray gown after every use. I never feel gross when sitting in the chair.Dr. Tale and his staff are so freaking awesome, I cant recommend them enough. If youre looking for an honest, friendly, and really funny dentist, Lake Forest Dental Healthcare is definitely the place to go.

Ive been going to Dr Tale for 8 years now and I feel bad for not have written a review earlier. Hes such a great dentist. Hes always very transparent when doing procedures and is very informative whenever I have questions on anything. Ive had 2 separate wisdom tooth infections and this last one was a really bad infection. Dr Tale was again very knowledgable and very careful not to damage the nerves under my tooth. He administered just the right amount of anesthetic so I would not feel uncomfortable and not feel overwhelmed. The proceedure was smooth and my gums seem like they are already healing fast. Hes also improved on his procedures since I last visted him. His nurses now administer lip balm during the operation. This is such a good idea cause my lips always chap whenever the procedure takes a while. After the proceedure Dr Tale even called me afterwards at the end of the day, 6 hours after the extraction to check on how Im doing. I know that his clinic is very busy and I was well surprised that hes willing to spare some time to check on me because of the severity of my infection. He really is such a good dentist. Not to mention hes such a pleasant person to deal with.

Far and away the best possible dentist experience! From the staff at the desk to the hygenist to the doctor himself, everyone makes you feel welcome and at ease. I have hated going to the dentist for most of my life. Lake Forest Dental completely changed that after my very first visit. I had my filling and tooth bonding done by Dr. Talli in less than 30 minutes. He did a wonderful job. My front tooth looks great now with the tooth bonding that I now have the confidence to smile in front of the camera. Cant say enough great things about the entire team at Lake Forest Dental Health Care! As someone who has had many odd and negative experiences over the years, I am very picky about who I see! Ive been a patient here for a few years now and continue to feel comfortable every visit. I never feel pressured to have extra services or work done, and love that they take a conservative approach to treatment opting to wait and monitor ( instead of getting filling happy!). My appointments are right on time and last 30 mins or less. The techs are gentle and super nice to talk to, plus Doc and the staff always remember something personal about me from my last visit which is a unique and thoughtful touch. I usually dont write reviews but my recent wonderful experience at Lake Forest Dental Healthcare is an exception. During my latest family visit, I developed a severe tooth pain. I contacted Lake Forest Dental and after explaining my condition, they got me in to see Dr. Tale the very next day resulting in a root canal which alleviated my pain. I am forever grateful to Dr. Tale and his extremely wonderful staff who walked me through every step ranging from caring which I consider would be the most important part of patient care to their outstanding level of service, and wonderful dental care.Thank you very much again!Pooya

I absolutely love the team at Dr. Tale’s office ! Went for my 6 month cleaning yesterday. The hygienist is literally amazing and my teeth feel night and day different. I didn’t know how much buildup (gross!!) I had, and she was very informative on how to brush my teeth (I’ve been doing it wrong I guess and that leads to buildup), even though I floss every day. She’s a absolutely professional hygienist who knows how to get rid of all the nastiness but at the same time the procedure is not painful at all. Sharp objects next to my gumline give me the jitters, but in her hands you won’t feel any pain! Dr. Tale will never ever try to upsell you on any service you don’t absolutely need. If anything he’ll undersell. He will show you the xrays of your teeth and explain things in a realistic way You understand why you need what you need (old X-ray or tooth area vs what’s progressed over months or years side by side). I’ve time and time again gotten major major dental work done there, crowns, old silver fillings replaced with new white ones, and I have never had a scary experience, always positive and I could never feel pain ever in any of those times. I’ve been coming here for years and I won’t change dentists ! I even went out of my way to pay for dental insurance out of pocket when there was a time my employer didn’t offer their specific insurance (very rare, they offer most major insurances, the one my company had back in the day was Western Dental and that dentist scared the heck out of me cuz he just couldn’t find the right area to numb me up and did the procedure and I swear I could feel 50% of the pain -not fun So after that I was like no, I’m paying out of pocket to see Dr. Tale!!...)... the staff in front is great, and the office is beautiful, clean, and makes going to the dentist a little less awful with all the positives !! Even when I move to LA in about a year, I will literally drive down to see him cuz he is that good.... oh and I think I wrote this in another review, but they referred me to a really good oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth pulled out about 6 years ago and HE was really really good too.

Dr Foroud tale yazdi is a great and honest dentist, with passion to what he does, great sense of humor, and most importantly excellent dentist.He listens to my concerns, explains and shows in detail what he does, so dentistary is no longer a mystery for me.I trust him very much and would highly recommend him to a friend.Update:Prior to 2016, I used to change my dentist every year, simply because I couldn’t find anyone I could trust. Since I met dr. Yazdi, I have never doubted him. Hands down, he is a great dentist.

I have had dental problems on and off through out a good portion of my life. I came into DR. Tale office with horrible tooth pain after being up all night, being denied an emergency visit by my previous dentist. I called them crying, lost, and in pain they fit me in right away, not only did they make time for me, they argued with my insurance and made me a patient of theirs so I could have my insurance provider assist with cost. Thank goodness they did I ended up needing an emergency tooth extraction and bone graph done. Since the procedure I have had to come in numerous times, DR. Tale is always so warm, funny, and thoughtful. I have never had a good experience at a dentist before this one, he turned a horrible, and painful ordeal into a funny, and surprisingly enjoyable experience. Not many dentist have the ability to do that! He is a wonderful man, who truly cares about his patients!
