Marshall came out twice, first to diagnose the failed compressor and ordered the replacement parts on the spot. Then came back a week later and installed the new compressor and dryer. Today I had the most wonderful service from my refrigerator technician Raymond. He arrived on time and was very pleasant. Raymond took his time and assessed every possibility as to why my freezer was not freezing. What could have been an $1800 service call, turned out to be $250. His thorough analytics found the problem and it was an easy fix. I am so pleased with the overall service I received from Lake Appliance and especially the problem solving brain of Raymond’s. Our washer needed to be repaired. The warranty insurance sent Lake repair out to do the repair. Technician Miguel arrived and did is diagnostic which took no more than five minutes and stated he needed to order parts. He stated that all parts are delivered to customers home and once they arrive to call the office and schedule an appointment to come back out. I asked what the turn around on this would be and he stated 2 to 3 weeks once the parts arrive.I called Lake repair and spoke to Tyler the manager to ask why it would take 2 to 3 weeks for a repair. He was rude, unprofessional and very short with his answers. He stated that technician who came out would be the one doing the repair. All he could say was, “ is that it.” A two to three week turn around unacceptable especially when the only tech able to do the work is unavailable. According to Tyler they would not send any other technician. The only one was the one who came out and that’s final. Those were Tyler the managers word.

This is a great company and we can’t say enough good things about Lake Appliance Repair and our technician, Marshall! They are courteous, responsive and dependable. Always on time and their service is excellent. Love the text they send so we can track their arrival, and Marshall calls when he’s on his way to us. He’s very experienced and knows his stuff. Glad I found this company, no one else within 30 miles would work on my Sub Zero fridge. The tech was easy to schedule and communicated well before his arrival. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered up a part to replace. When the part to replace didn’t work as disclosed, he came back out, ordered another replacement, and came back for final installation and validation. The team went above and beyond to make sure we were back up and running as quickly as possible.

Great experience with this company. Kayden diagnosed the problem with our dryer in about 10 minutes. He didn’t have the part with him but went and picked up the part needed from a local part house and the whole job was completed in a little more than an hour. First off, I have to think Costco… They took a little time, but finally dispatched a service person to work on a refrigerator… the ice maker died hard… Michael from Lake Appliance came out and looked at the problem and was extremely positive and determined that he would be able to fix the issue right away! It took about 30 minutes for him to disassemble the refrigerator, defrost several parts and rebuild it, just as good as new… Michael from Lake Appliance was absolutely amazing. Did a wonderful job putting everything back up and the refrigerator is as good as new.

Raymond of Lake Appliance Repair arrived 5 minutes early, which I was impressed and felt unusual in todays world. Raymond was a very courteous technician and knew exactly what he was talking about. I could tell because everything he stated he backed up with explaining the problems for me to understand. He was extremely protective of the wood floor and provided means to protect the wood floor from damage. He was very meticulous in his diagnosis, his disassembly, his repair and his reassembly. He breathed new life into my refrigerator and I will use him for any needs in the future and refer him to my friends.

James was very knowledgeable and informative. Very professional as well. He really knew what he was doing and gave me great advice on whether or not to repair versus replace my refrigerator. Turns out I got a very expensive refrigerator that is inherently defective. Instead of trying to push an eight hundred dollar repair, he was honest and told me that this fridge is known to have this problem and this repair would be repeated every 2 to 3 years. On top of that the compressor on this unit is known to be defective as well and will likely go out soon. Thats the $1200 repair. I really appreciate his honesty. Instead of trying to push a costly repair that would only need to be repeated in a few years, he gave me the information I needed to make a rational decision on whether to replace it or repair it. I will definitely be using Lake Appliance, especially James, on any future Appliance repairs.

The technician (Oscar) did a fantastic job. This was an LG refrigerator under warrenty. There was a water leak in the ice maker and a bad circulation fan. The technician quickly fixed the water leak on the first visit but had to order parts for the fan repair. He returned and fix the fan and everything is working now. I would highly recommend Lake Appliance Repair.

Unfortunately Lowe’s subcontracts with Lake Appliance. I called 5/15/24 to schedule a warranty repair on my brand new dishwasher. No one was available until 5/21. My window to wait at home was 8-12. No one ever showed up today. After texting and calling - someone finally calls me to tell me they can’t come until next week, 5/28. I don’t have high hopes that anyone will show up next week and we’ve already been without a dishwasher for weeks now. Totally unacceptable. I am so frustrated. How can it take another full week? I guess warranty customers are at the bottom of their priority list.

From a manufacturer warranty referral, Lake Appliance sent out Richard to look at my Dryer. Richard was outstanding! He maintained a professional demeanor, verified that the new dryer did not work (as I reported) and quickly began troubleshooting. The technician Sergio was fantastic, did an amazing job, and had great customer service.Communication with the office, however, was very poor, I Reached out 2 days before my appointment to reschedule and got a confirmation, however, they still sent a technician. Our technician Raymond was very thoughtful and made numerous attempts to fix our Maytag washer in an effort to avoid ordering an expensive part. The service technician asked some questions and started to troubleshoot through a process of elimination. He was very thorough and determined the main control board would need to be replaced. Lake Appliance is contracted by Fegusons & Jennair to provide warranty repair services. We moved into a new home at Toll Brothers Regency in Folsom. The Microwave/Convection oven has a heating element on top. At just 7 months old, the plastic clip holding the heating element broke. We notified Toll and then called Fergusons which set a series of calls through the corporate maze. The part was ordered and delivered, prior to service. Lake came as scheduled and the tech, Kyler Avila, came and did the repair in less than 15 minutes. I was glad it was not complex. Adrian was quick to figure out the problem (we think) and ordered the part that wasnt on the truck he was driving the day he came out. We have an extended warranty through RC Willey and was referred to this company to have them repair our washer. Sebastian came out on a Friday and was late to his 4 hour window. He was in our home less than 5 minutes and did not even touch the washer. He said it needed a new control board and washer plate and would order those and come out the following Friday. My husband said are you sure to him, I have been researching and I am not sure that is it. He said he was more than positive. The following Friday comes and I needed to take off work to be home. I get call from Sebastian stating he would be to our house in 15-20 min to do the service but he was having a family emergency coming up and he would throw on the control board and washer plate and had to leave. This concerned me because what if the washer still was not working. And why would the company not send someone out todo the whole job. He came to the house, reeked of cigarette smoke and began work on the washer. Per our cameras he was in the house less than 9 minutes. His phone rang and he said he was finished and this was the call he was waiting for. He left a huge mess of the boxes and trash. The washer was WORSE after he left. My husband got home to find he never even installed the washer plate, it was still in the box unopened. The washer control board would not work at all. When we called into speak to a manager, they said they were sending him back to our house. Yet, he said he had a family emergency. HE LIED to us and to his work. We said no we do not want him here as he does not know what he is doing. The manager said he would walk him through over the phone what to do. NO THANKS! We asked for someone to be sent out ASAP. They said they could not do not that until the following week. The manager was not even in the state of CA. He was located out of state. He was apologizing for what happened but did not seem to care over the situation of what happened with their employee.Luckily, RC WILLEY took care of our whole issue which resulted in a new washer. But, I do not recommended this company.

Greg is a highly knowlegeable, kind and caring technician. He was able to diagnose the problem in my whirlpool brand new refrigerator and ordered the parts needed to fix the noise being generated. Josh was our third attempt to get the fridge from freezing. After the second visit not only was the upper part of the fridge freezing the water dispenser was no longer working. We had two previous dampers replaced that didn’t solve the issue. When Josh got here the first time listened to what had happened checked the damper it was functioning so he went deeper & found the issue. It’s working fine now the bad parts have been replaced and we are so happy for someone that looks past a quick easy fix. Thank you thank you Josh!!!

The tech was professional and did a very good job, I highly recommend him. However, the office and their scheduling is ran very unprofessional. Both times I’ve had a service call, I no sooner get a call to confirm the appointment and time frame, to then get a call to reschedule the timeframe. I ask for time off work to turn around and ask for a different time off. This time I took the day off to avoid the embarrassment. My advice is tell them you cannot change your appointment time. They can call the other client that took your time slot and reschedule. I’ve never encountered such a poorly ran office.

Both of the employees I spoke with were personable, but my issue with this company is timing. I had an appointment between 8 and 12 on a Tuesday, which is the only day they service my area. At 815 am on Tuesday I received a call, was politely asked to take a picture of the information for my microwave, then told that they needed to order a part and would come out the following Tuesday to install it. They would not be coming out today. Im a teacher, and being gone from my classroom for a day is such an ordeal. Had this call been placed the evening before, I could have avoided getting a substitute and using one of my sick days, not to mention sub plans, seating charts, and assignments for the kids. I understand I need a service they provide, but my time is just as valuable as theirs.

Our washing machine was making a shrieking noise at the beginning of a spin cycle. it turns out the replacement of the transmission would have been almost the cost of a new machine, so we declined the repair, and used the Memorial Day sales to replace it. This is the 4th time I’ve used Lale Appliances and I trust them implicitly . they were early (yay!) and professional- and while it wasn’t cost effective to repair this appliance; I find LA and the technician awesome!!!

The service was excellent. I was able to get service within a few days. Giao was polite and knowledgeable and explained the repair to me and was able to fix it that day. I had a problem with the freezer a few years back and Giao came out and fixed it. I was hoping he would be the one who would come out again and fix it. He knew exactly what needed to be done. I would definitely call Lake again. Great service and great company.
