Pricey for what you get. Rooms were relatively clean, coffee pot hadnt been cleaned in some time, poor water pressure, bathroom shower head was broken and not fully working, water didnt get hot, and service at the desk was poor. The workers were friendly, but seemed to expect you to fend for yourself during your stay. Often got sent to get things for myself, then got chewed out when other workers saw me doing so - even though I was sent to get it. Mattresses are old spring mattresses and not super comfortable. Saw rats running around on the property, drinking from the pool, and no traps to speak of. Carpet smells like dog pee. If you just need a place to stay for a night and youre desperate, its fine. But there are nicer places that are cheaper around Anaheim.

Room was clean except for the headboard on queen bed. It was very obvious that it had not been wipe down and neither was the night stands, it gross me out. The pillows were flatter the heck and the bed was so hard. My poor kids had to sleep on a sofa bed that had a worn out mattress that was so flat and springy. We were told there were 2 queen beds but when we checked in they were all taken. The blankets had stains on the too. For what we paid for 1 night I guess could have been worst. I dont recommend unless you have no choice. The breakfast was delicious though. Also one last thing that was weird was the bathroom sick was inside of the room on the dresser next a tv, goid thing water didnt splash everywhere or else there could have been electrical problems 🤔🤢

The Room Service greatly improved from our first few days, the Front Desk people are the best, everybody is cordially warm especially the Manager who accommodated our requests. Rooms are very clean with plenty of space to move around. Amenities are superb. This is our 4th week here and were planning to stay longer for another 4-6 weeks until our house is repaired.I encourage everybody to try this hotel and see for yourself the big difference from the nearby hotels. Thanks so much Laguna Hills Inn for making our family very comfortable.

The hotel is a fine establishment for accommodation. The room was nice and the staff was great! The pool area is a bit small and could use a update but then again, with all the beaches, who really needs the pool area! The continental breakfast was very nice, too! I gave it four stars because of the pool area, everything else was wonderful!

Clean rooms, helpful staff. Quiet if you close the windows, and lots of fresh air if you dont mind freeway noise. Pool closed due to COVID, just as in every hotel the whole state.Had a room with a broken refrigerator (previous guest had punctured a refrigerant line in the freezer) and got transferred to a better room promptly.

Absolute crap hole, not a full service hotel (whatever that means)... Old, run-down, and in need of someone who gives a crap, because the current owner does not. A semi refer unit buzzed outside all night, and thats the least of our concerns...Our room did not lock, our sliding door didnt even have one!!, and the fridge was all iced up, and would not cool... I had to defrost it myself to make it function.The room had only 2 towels for 4 people, and those were stained (or possibly not clean) and the pool had zero towels... the man in the office said We are NOT a full service hotel. Apparently, we didnt pay enough ($200 a night) for the full service feature of towels...We had to dip net the debris and bugs out of the hot tub before using it because, and Im guessing, the filter doesnt work and is likely as neglected as everything else at this property.Not only are we never coming back to this sad, neglected property, we are no longer going to ANY Choice Hotels property because this appearantly meets their, now very questionable, standards.

In case you missed the part of my review that said I will NOT be returning to your dump of a hotel. This place SUCKS. Who wants to stay at a hotel built next to a sewer reservoir that stinks to high heaven and is the reason there are rats crawling all over this place. The housekeepers give you attitude if you don’t check out early and the breakfast is horrible. They can’t even get orange juice right. DO NOT waste your money at this place.

This place is very underrated for the quality of stay they provide. I have been here multiple times and have had no issues. The rooms come with flat screens with Cox cable and the bathrooms are very clean and modern. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Plus they have a great complimentary breakfast in the mornings. There is also a swimming pool and hot tub and it’s located right next to the Irvine Spectrum so there’s plenty to do close by.

I was deeply disappointed in the overall quality and cleanliness of this property. Upon going to my room after check in, I pulled back my covers to rest in the sheets. There were several brown marks on the white sheets. Yikes! I then looked more closely at my room. The duvet cover for the bed had multiple stains. The white comforter had 2 very large brown stains (a former guests coffee?) I had noisy people outside my room in the wee hours of the morning that woke me up. On a positive, after my room being as it was, I was concerned that the continental breakfast would be a dirty place too but it wasnt. Whew.

Do not stay here if you are looking for nice accommodations. The rooms clean but not really clean. The rooms are run down. They look to be under new management since they had a make shift banner with the new name on the outside of the hotel. They gave us one towel and one hand towel and one wash cloth. We stayed three nights and that happened every time they cleaned the room. The pool was small and dirty. If you want a equivalent to motel 6 then this is your place. Don’t believe the pictures this place is not that nice.
